Everything was so easy and perfect and talk about nice and peaceful with not much traffic like other beach’s. Pay the extra few dollars and go top floor and don’t worry there is a lift. Could invest in a trolley so our luggage could be taken up in a couple of trips from car park .Will be back next year if all goes well thank you

Stayed here for 4 weeks. The apartments aren’t fancy but they’re good. Washer/dryer, very comfortable bed, and updated kitchen. The pool area is amazing and be sure to book a beach view balcony! Covered parking is included. I’ve stayed here before and will stay again. The location is about 1/2 way between Cairns and Port Douglas.
The negatives - No A/C in the bedroom and no fan in the bathroom so they get hot. John gave us a large fan to pull the cold air into the bedroom, which helped.

The apartment was spotless, well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool and BBQ grill were very nice. John was super accommodating and helpful. We spent 30 days here and really enjoyed the location. You will want a rental car if you plan visiting surrounding areas. There is a bus that travels to Cairns and Palm Cove, however there is so much more to see. The only thing that surprised us was that people do not use the beach or swim in the ocean due to fear of cricodiles in the water. The beach was lovely to walk on, and there are small netted areas where people do swim. We most enjoyed our tours to snorkel the reef and our trip to Green Island!! The waterfalls and fresh water holes were wonderful! I recommend Crystal Cascades, Babinda Boulders and Eachum Lake!

Kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans and utensils. The apartment also had a stove and oven however the fees for cooking certain foods or not doing the washing up was a little excessive.

The overall stay was clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful. There was an air conditioner in the living room that worked well...but the bedroom remained pretty hot the entire time because the air just didn't move into the bedroom. The kitchen was pretty clean too, but I would suggest washing the pots and pans before use, they were a little greasy before I was able to use them.

Management was very good and responded well to queries. Sadly the comfort of the mattress was poor, being so hard. Rooms were poorly soundproofed and the people in the apartment above dragged furniture around from 12.30am to nearly 2am one night. Management responded by talking to them the following day when approached.

Amazing view of beach from balcony, clean and modern apartment with kitchen, comfy bed, lovely warm pool, fantastic walking track to Palm Cove at beach, quiet area. Unfortunately the local restaurant closed a few days before we arrived as all other restaurants are a drive away. One small improvement would be the shower water pressure andhot water running out quite fast. Everything else was fantastic!!

Great apartment could use better management

The property is delightful, spacious, comfortable close to the beach, and transport, quiet setting and a comfortable king bed. The toiletries supply of one of each item with a booking for two people for 12 nights for 4 star accom seemed a bit stingy, especially a tiny soap for 2 weeks???!! (see pic that's all they provided). I've seen better in hotels at half the price. The ripped towel was replaced, the shower splattered if hot water turned on. The electric hot plate difficult to use as it takes ages to heat up, but that's the way things are going now. Great access to washing machine and dryer, wonderful pool and BBQ facilities. John at reception was great. Would consider staying there again if management weren't as stingy.

Absolutely superb. Apartment faced the beach where we could watch the sunrise every day. John was a superb host - very friendly and always helpful. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Loved the little carton of milk in the fridge for tea/coffee - the little touches matter! Easy to park and drive anywhere to local attractions and restaurants (only 5 mins drive away). Nice a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle. Loved it and would recommend.

The Agincourt apartments are ideally located with a restaurant around the corner and the beach just in front of the complex. The apartment pool was large and very well kept and the BBQ facilities were clean and usable.

The only negative was the ill fitting bed linen. The bottom sheet in particular was not wide enough and could not be tucked in adequately to create a smooth, flat surface. Consequently the sheet became very uncomfortable during the night.

However, there were dead cockroaches in the kitchen cupboards, the utensils provided for the kitchen were minimal, and there were not sufficient cleaning materials or dish cloths to clean up in the kitchen. Lovely stay . We asked for a higher floor and this was accommodated . Same room as a previous stay which we were delighted with . Gorgeous sea view . Wi fi has been massively improved which is great. Spacious suite and we had a late check in which was no issue . Also appreciated the luggage storage on check out as we had a later flight . Peaceful location and gorgeous beach strolls up to Palm Cove or Trinity Beach . Bus stop close by for easy access into Cairns . Pool was perfect temperature to be able to cool off after a hot day . This place was perfect. We had a top floor ocean view, and I would not do that differently. The pool was beautiful, the view was beautiful. It was mostly very quiet. There was an easily walkable path along the beach, really lovely.
Everything you needed in the apartment was there and it’s easy to get to the little supermarket nearby. We did have a car, of course, and parking was perfect and easy.
We were on the fourth floor, and there was a very handy elevator.
Everything was super comfortable, the air-conditioning was beautiful. We did have an electrical problem that knocked out half of the outlets and appliances, which happened on the last weekend that we were there, but it barely bothered us. We still had one Air conditioner, which kept the apartment comfortable.
We did lose the ability to cook in our apartment, but refrigerator had not been affected. But half of the electric outlets were out.
This was fixed the day before we left.
I’m sure it could’ve been repaired on Saturday But the owners said they would call someone on Monday. And no compensation was offered for our inconvenience for the 3 days without power.
But that’s one of those things that can just happen. I would rent this place again, in a minute!

Very comfortable accommodation, right opposite the beach. The unit had everything we needed. Best part was keyless entry, so convenient not to have to carry keys to the beach! Very nice pool.

I had a lovely break at Agincourt. The hosts are very obliging and helpful.

The pool area is very special and also quiet, at least during my stay.

The apartment had an abundance of kitchen items to prepare food during the stay. And the view to the ocean is uninhibited.

The only negative would be how few days I was able to stay there.

This is an excellent place to stay for just relaxing, but it's also great as a base for nearby attractions such as SkyRail. Our apartment was quiet and clean and had everything we needed. Overlooking Clifton Beach from big windows and a balcony just seemed such a luxury. Clifton Beach shops were also excellent but you did need to drive there.

Great place to stay and close to both Cairns and Port Douglas, beautiful walking paths along beaches, down fall is 1 restaurant close which I wouldn’t recommend so have to travel for any good meals, pool area and bbq amenities are great and being fully self contained is great for the longer stay as is the full size fridge. Bathroom could do with upgrade, have stayed a few times now and will definitely stay again if in the area

Wotif showed I’d paid half as a deposit but the hotel said I had paid nothing so that was misleading. The lights in the apartment sometimes didn’t work and seemed faulty.

Overall an amazing stay in Cairns but the apartment was just a stunning place to keep our bags, the musty smell when e arrived was our first but e cleared that out by day two, the WIFI was terrible so no streaming possible and only free to air TV available, the bed was very hard, there was not enough hot water to wash a load of clothes/towels and shower two people, I was disappointed with no lock on the balcony screen and we didn’t know if leaving the lockable glass door open was safe while we slept, please don’t use Coles brand products in hotels the smell atrocious, the apartment needs some TLC but the location is simply stunning
