This was our first stay at Coral Sands. The check-in process was easy. We were in building J great location. The unit itself was huge and very clean. The furnishing’s were in great shape. It had a good size balcony, which we loved. The only con was the size of the walk-in shower. It was on the smaller side. The location of the property was within walking distance to all of the shops and Coligny beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Every door had broken hinges in the room and were very difficult to shut. The pull out bed was broken and would plummet several inches in height randomly when people sat or laid. Most upsetting was the pool. We specifically chose this place and I called in advance to confirm it was heated, they said it was, sent emails saying it was, but it was freezing water. Waste of my time and money.

The pool was very nice. The condo was very clean. Our condo balcony was along the road which I did not care for. They do want to sell you a timeshare as soon as you walk in there to get your key. It’s about a four minute walk to the beach which if you have a lot of stuff it’s too far but they do have free parking by the beach. The only thing I didn’t care for was the amount of chairs that were on the beach you had to walk almost a quarter mile each way to find a place to put a tent or end up putting a tent in front of the chairs, which is not very nice. We finally found a place on our last day there and put up our tent in front of the very last two chairs that were empty around 1 PM And the guy selling the chairs asked us not to do that because it would be a waste of money for him. Kind of annoying.

Very close to the beach, it could be walkable but there is a free parking place closer so we parked there and it was easy to get all of our beach items to the beach. Place was clean, it had everything that was needed, the only thing that I really didnt like was the shower space which was kind of small. Maybe because we went to the pool on the hottest day of our stay (95 deg F) the pool felt like a jacuzzi, the water was very hot it was unpleasant. We still enjoyed our trip once our main objective was to enjoy the beach

I liked the size of the condo we rented. Three nice size bedrooms and two bathrooms with a full kitchen was wonderful. The proximity to restaurants, walking and bike paths, CVS, coffee and grocery store were convenient. Also, we only had to walk across the parking lot to the pool area.
I did not like that the club house opened so late and that the fitness center was not 24 hours. My condo was laid out nicely but the family room vent needed major dust cleaning and the couch had soke recent looking stains. I expect a very pristine place and toilets to have sanitizer paper. I think there could have been a better job. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay a lot and the ammenities.

It is a nice place to stay, the resort is fairly close to the beach (10 minutes walk.) The condo is clean. The golf cart service that they offer to take you to the beach was not bad (he told us that he will come pick us up after 12 minutes, we ended up to waiting under the sun for 30 minutes and he still did not show up-also the driver did not answer his phone call.)

The pool was amazing, especially the lazy river! The room was so nice and the bed was very comfy. Quiet at night. So close to the beach and we never had trouble parking at the hotel. Lots of cool critters in the ponds and neighborhood kitties. Only issues I would note is the filter to the fridge ice and water needed replacing and many of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty on arrival.

This is such a great resort! I wasn't sure what I was booking and I was pleasantly surprised when I pulled up to the property! This is a beautiful resort with clean and safe grounds, easy parking and a fabulous pool with a lazy river. My room was a beautiful 1 bd condo and looked very new. It had a washer and dryer and at night you could hear the beautiful sounds of the surrounding nature. I will be back!
