The location was amazing, just steps from the beach. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we wanted for a few day's stay including clothes washer and dryer and full kitchen. The pool and pool area was beautiful. There were jets for a relaxation, nice lounge chairs and even a grill for cooking out. Would highly recommend.

What a beautiful place to stay. The pool was gorgeous to swim in and the shallow part up the top was ideal to just lounge around in for hours (would be excellent if you have small children). Very quiet and private. Virtually in the middle of the main street so such an easy walk one way to bottleshop/pub and supermarket or the other way to some beautiful dining options. Fantastic view of the ocean. Was simply perfect for mine and my partners valentines day. Even having ice ready to go in the freezer was well appreciated. Most hotels have empty ice trays that you have to fill which isn't helpful when you arrive with drinks. Most definitely would stay again.

The landscaping/plants are awesome here. The pool area was clean & available. Margaret was so helpful with any/all ?????? There are noisy birds in the palm trees that are colorful & fun to watch. The beach & esplande are steps away & there is a guarded beach close by. Highly recommmend this spot for anyone interested in nature & a gorgeous relaxing spot near to many activities.

This is a well located property and Magaret is a wonderful host. The property is, however, very run down. Even things a basic as the out front signage are years past needing to be replaced. there is rust and general decrpitude everywhere. And dont get me started on the iron and kitchen appliances etc. A decision needs to be made as to whether to give this property a major revamp or put the bulldozer through. Given the current property market, I expect the later to be the better option.

The communication before we got there was poor. The manager told me she was organising us transfers and would email me some outer reef day trip options and I never heard from her. I emailed and called and never got a response. Very poor communication so ended up organising it all myself. The beds were two single beds pushed together and my partner and I kept falling down between the two beds. We ended up sleeping on two single futons in the Loungeroom- not ideal for our first romantic holiday away together. Otherwise it was fine, great location. But would choose somewhere else next time that had better communication initially and bed setup not like what we had.

Wow Margaret & Stephen are the best on site managers. Know the area better than anyone. The location is the best spot anywhere in Palm Cove. With the beach across the road, it’s the best accom by far! Pool is excellent, spent hours relaxing in it and lunch around the pool too.So many restaurants so close to Melaleuca it’s awesome!. Parking at rear near unit great. Units are very good, air con, kitchen, washing machine & dryer. We will definitely be back at Melaleuca can’t wait! 10/10

Very nice apartment block in the center of everything. Small block of 24 apartments provides a boutique and relaxed overall feel. Fully fitted out kitchen with full sized appliances, washer and dryer in the bathroom. Nicely landscaped gardens and pool area. Good sized 1 bedroom apartment with chairs on your deck. Fully fitted our barbecue dining pavilion. Palm Cove Beach is just a few steps out your door, and across the road. Very good value for the money. Very likely we will stay here again.

Listed as 4-star resort, but it’s an apartment with 80’s condition and appliances(see pictures p1-7),smelly mattress/bedroom, not trusted owners/management, hidden cost for extra kids and safety box(p-8).
Noticed the following not working: 1st day-entry door 2cm gap, moldy living room blind 5cm gap& kitchen light;2nd day-dishwasher flood the kitchen and stove not working;3rd day-bathroom moldy blind fell.....too tied to mention here and report, but afraid to get charged. The owner claimed that the dishwasher works, the flooding was due to I didn’t close the door completely. and the electric stove can cook, but only the indicator light wasn’t on. SAFETY and honesty issues!!!

Location is the best, Palm Cove is the best place to stay to see the Reef and other attractions. Having kitchen and personal laundry was very good for a week stay. Five minutes drive or bus to a very good grocery store makes it easy to cook what you want, especially if you are on a diet. But lots of restoranse around , ice cream etc.. Very good beach and walking along the beach. Perfect place to stay!

We had a lovely time. The appartment was right in the middle of Palm Cove. We cycled and swam everyday and enjoyed all the great facilities there was to offer. Steve and Margaret are great and we will be back next year.

Great apartments for self catering. Well maintained and comfortable, and had washing machine and dryer. Margaret was an excellent host, she's very helpful and approachable, organising a number of tours for us. The pool was lovely and apartments all had Foxtel. The only slightly negative was the free wifi wasn't great as we often could not connect or it was very slow. We ended up using our own portable wifi. I would certainly recommend this place to family and friends, the location was fantastic, great facilities and managers were so easy to deal with.
