Booked a ocean view, all we could see was trees, no wifi, so tv did not work. Aircon hardly working and we did not have one in the main bed room. We paid extra money for the spa that did not work or had been cleaned. Place had stains and was not cleaned. Shower so small it came to my chest. Worst experience.

The room was perfect for our needs with a great view over the boats and out to sea.
The kitchen was amply supplied with sufficient crockery and cutlery, and even an iron and ironing board were available.
The only issue was that the internet was intermittent and a little frustrating when it kept 'dropping out', otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

Property was fine for us, the baths were lovely looking onto one of the marinas. Facilities in the room were great. A few cobwebs on the ceiling. Lift was out of order, we managed but only had hand luggage but some may have struggled. (We were informed a couple of days before but too late to change hotel). Worth mentioning to customers arriving about getting dropped off in the car park behind hotel as less steps to contend with. Right next to bus stop. Staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. Maybe could do with but of updating.

We were on the 5th (top) floor and the lift was not working. So, apart from up and down the exterior stairs when we wanted to go out, we had to man handle our luggage and belongings up and down these stairs with no offer of assistance.

We had a 2 night stay in a 1 bedroom apartment & overall we enjoyed it. The unit was quite small but did have basically everything you need in a self contained unit (except laundry facilities). It is within walking distance on mostly flat walkways to the main street of Airlie. For the money we paid it was good value.
Downsides:
We weren't told that there are very few parking spots available for guests. Just a handful of parking spaces & bigger vehicles would have trouble as the area wasn't very high & had small parking spaces.
We were surprised at the lack of security ie doors into the apartment building were left open & no key required to use the lifts. We didn't experience any issues but it is a bit disconcerting to think anyone could wander in at any time.
The main bedroom wasn't air conditioned, which wasn't a problem for us as it is winter. However in summer I'm sure that the main bedroom would get quite hot.
The units are older but were meticulously clean & quite comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The property needs to be refurbished my bed was extremely unconfortable the mattress needs to be replaced. Also I am still waitng on the balance of my $200.00 deposit. Not acceptable, definetly would not recommend this prpoerty, the support receptionist needs further training. It was an effort for her to acknowledge guests and to provide any information and not friendly.

This was a good value property. Only a 5 min walk from the airlie port ferry terminal so if you got the ferry in you can easily pull suitcases to accommodation. Room was large, clean and tidy, somewhat dated but nice view and little balcony. 10 min walk to town with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Bus stop also just outside accomodation on main road. A motel with bar and restaurant 2 min away which was good although fairly quiet. Staff at reception very helpful with lots of information about tours etc. A pleasant stay and good value for money.worth a try

Great location, our apartment had a sea view, close to ferry port. Handy for bus stop and was pleasant 10 minute walk into town along the harbour front. Laundry facilities were great.
Liked self catering option however Kitchen facilities somewhat limited. No kitchen scissors, small sharp knife, pans were not non stick. Microwave situated 6ft above floor level - difficult to see in/ remove things safely.

Our apartment was very tired, had a mouldy smell to it, there appeared mould growing above the airconditioner. The bed was very old and hard, the shower leaked from the shower head all over the bathroom floor. I would not recommend.
The staff member who was on site each day we were there \"Bebe\" was fantastic and offered great customer service.

We wanted to stay near the port of Airlie and be able to walk in and out to the Airlie pool. We also wanted to see the sea, not just have a glimpse. A small but adequate room. Undercover parking greatly appreciated, and although above a roadway, good sound proofing to enable comfortable sleeps. Lovely staff.

A little tired but comfortable

Everything was fine, the room was spacious and there was nothing wrong, it was just a little “tired”. In my opinion, at this price point, it could do with a bit of TLC, for example, the sofa in the room looked like it was ready for the bin. No big deal at all, we stayed 3 nights and had a great time but I wouldn’t rebook here.

We stayed for 14 nights, while the apartment was a little dated, it was clean, comfortable bed and was fully self contained with all that you needed. Table 4 chairs, sofa and a further sofs chair and 2 dide tables. Balcony had great views of the ocean. We had 2 minor problems which were rectified immediately.
Great location, easy flat 10-15 minute walk into Airlie centre. Right opposite the Marina where boats etc left for Reef and other islands
The cons were that although advertised with pool and spa, the spar was not operational and i believe has not been working for quite a while. The pool while nice. The pool surrounds were never cleaned and the pool not cleaned in the 2 weeks we were there. But would i stay there again, answeris yes

The villas were is a good location within walking distance to Airlie. Contained cutlery & crockery for self catering if required. We ate at the Thai restaurant on site & this was great. Our unit was very small & separate bedroom had no aircon. Aircon in living area was not very efficient either.
Our unit also had a shower over a spar bath that was very hard to negotiate due to the extra height for aging people.

The view from the room was great and the room was clean. Staff friendly. Lift not airconditioned. Spa bath was poorly laid out meaning the surrounding tiles and floor were very wet. Shower very low above bath. A couple of jets on the spa not working and the button to adjust their intensity was stuck. We had to take all our rubbish from the room ourselves and clean the cutlery and glassware.

Fabulous unit with a lovely view of the harbour. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Unit was very comfortable. Also very helpful there was a washing machines and dryers to use.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Suggested Whitehaven beach tour, which we did and thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again

Great accommodation with views of the ferry terminal (lots of activity) and easy walk to the main street in Airlie Beach. Local Bus transport just near the street entrance and very reasonable pricing for those who venture further. Pool refreshing and almost always devoid of other people. Spa out of action (being replaced?). Nice balcony to watch the dawn rise and the tides move whilst enjoying food prepared in your full kitchen or takeaway Thai from the restaurant on the first floor.

The property is self contained appartment accomodation. Very clean, excellent location less than 10 minute walk to town centre. 2 minutes to the main ferry and transfers twrminal. The staff are so kind and professional with nothing being too much trouble. A nice small pool perfect for reading, dozing and dipping when you want to cool off. A thai restaraunt within the complex is nice. It is great for families couples and friends. It is not delux and may be a bit tired but it is clean convenient and very good value

Property was old and could have done with some updating. Room the same. Not very appealing, but it did the job. Shower was over the spa, so if you were tall, very awkward and had to bend down. Once you use the products in the room, you had to purchase more from reception. Disappointing.

We checked in on the 17th February and the front desk guy was extremely informative and very friendly. The Thai restaurant next door was very good also. Only downfall was the outdoor spa was out of order otherwise a great stay :)

The room and building felt ‘tired’ everything was old and worn out and on its last legs. We stayed there because of the ‘hot tub’ which turned out to be a quacuzzi bath with pretty tatty silicone around the edge. The room boasted free digital films but the quality of picture was terrible and there was no menu to find out what was on and when… I feel I paid more than what was delivered and they need to update the rooms to ask for the price they are asking. The guy at the desk was really nice though and helped out as much as he could. Sadly I would give this a 3/10 rating…

We found this a great place to stay. We had a spa unit with views to the ocean. It's very convenient to the Port of Airlie for boat trips, and there are plenty of cafes close by, with a decent walk into the main town. It's a fairly busy area so if you are on the balcony there will be traffic noise, but it's quiet enough when closed. The staff were friendly. It only had a basic kitchenette and no sofa in our spa studio, but was exactly as advertised and the spa was lovely. The bed was comfy and there were table and chairs inside and on the balcony. It was a little strange having no curtains in the window where the spa and shower are, but hopefully others can't see in! We had takeaway from the Thai restaurant at the hotel which was delicious and reasonably priced. We were very happy overall.

I booked a spa suite and looking at the pictures I presumed I would get a spa looking out over the ocean but instead got one in the bathroom that was 80’s style. You could only fill it up with the shower as the tap didn’t work and when you turned it on it was filthy dirty! Obviously the lines have never been cleaned. Said sleeps 4 but that didn’t mean 4 people could fit in the tiny room with the 2 seater couch (which is also the 2nd bed). Says Vista apartments but we didn’t even get a kitchen just a dodgy kitchenette! It really would only suit 2 people but don’t expect what you see in the photos! It was way over priced for what it was and it ruined our holiday. The spa in the complex was out of order and being winter this was very disappointing! And it was very noisy! Neighbour’s constantly doing washing at all hours so we barely got to use the machine (yes shared machine) and the drier was in the car park! We booked for 7 nights but left early as we couldn’t wait to get out of there. It’s very out dated! Love the sign that says be careful cooking because if the fire alarms go off you will be charged $1200! How do I cook in a kitchenette anyhow, I couldn’t even use the kettle it was so skanky inside. Very disappointing! You will have to be desperate to stay here!

No air conditioning in main bedroom for our baby to sleep in, “spa” was a bath that looked every unappealing all appliances are old and aged. Nothing looked like that photos and bed was horribly uncomfortable. We had noisy neighbours with children yelling off the balcony, slamming doors, attempted to also come into our room, not soundproof at all. Toilet lever only one side worked. The room was too small for us. Zero comfort and unsettled child the entire time so much we vacated early. Will not pay that much ever again for just a view.

The filthy lounge that meets you in the lobby sums up the experience to be had and the cleanliness level. The entire premises need renovation. The dust above the bed, the bathroom leaks and swollen door from leaks, the filthy spa jets, broken toilet, etc. You can buy a new toilet seat for $15!! And for the designer toiletries promised and so heavily photographed in their ad - you don't get them either.

The apartment are in an excellent location is a shame that is that scruffy. The apartment was not clean at all. I never saw nobody cleaning the swimming pool that was really dirty so we never used it because of it? We stayed 5 days in the apartment and in all that time nobody did it. Generally speaking I’ll not recommending this apartments for anyone, is overpriced for what it offers. I think there are better options in a similar prices.

The view was good. The outdoor furniture was very old and each piece did not match the other. The spa was stained and when we filled up the bath the water was dirty brown and could not use. The plug was rusty. The vanity tap was loose. The bed was not comfortable and pillows were not good.

It was very overpriced for the quality of the motel. Compared to others I had booked in the days before and after, other hotels and motels were much more modern and offered a lot more quality for the price. Had to park in the street due to limited parking. At a lower price point, I would have no complaints. I expected more for the price paid. Service and cleanliness was excellent.
