Beautiful apartment with everything provided for your stay. Very clean and spacious. Well located at the end of the main street in Airlie Beach for easy access to bars and restaurants. Heather in reception was very friendly and helpful - thank you!

My husband and I recently visited Airlie Beach for my 40th birthday, and chose to stay at The Boathouse Apartments as a treat. I am so glad we did, it was amazing! We had come across from Daydream Island around 10am and asked to leave our bags at reception until we could check in. The staff member offered to check if our room was ready, which it was, so we were given early access. Our room was clean, spacious and well appointed, with very comfortable furniture. The room was kept at the perfect temperature to beat the humid February weather. The balconies off the room were great. We spent a fair bit of time out on the larger one after our swims. The sun sparkling on the water of the marina was so peaceful.
The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to the main street, but far enough away that it's lovely and quiet in the evenings. There are shops and cafes below the hotel, we enjoyed a meal at both cafes over our stay.
The pool was lovely. The space it's in, is really nice, with loungers, tables, chairs and BBQ facilities. We spent time there every day of our stay.
The staff we came across were all so wonderful and accommodating, not only letting us into our room early, but Mason, who was on call Saturday evening, was understanding and came out as soon as he could to let us back in after we'd left our key in the room.

This is in such a great location, you can easily walk into town without all the hills but far enough away that it’s nice and quiet! Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Pool is great and some cafes/restaurants downstairs too. Highly recommend.

The Boathouse Apartments market their property as \"Luxury\" apartments. They are far from that! The apartment we received was run down, dirty and in dire need of a refurbishment to meet \"Luxury\" standards. Even the toilet hadn't been properly cleaned.
My wife and I were reluctant to write this review, so emailed the Boathouse Apartments twice regarding our stay and concerns - both emails they completely ignored so hence we are now writing this negative review.
We could go into great detail but ultimately don't waste your money staying here. Book early and book somewhere else!

The reception staff were beyond kind, which was an extremely refreshing greeting upon arrival, after having to leave our previous accommodation due to negligence.
We booked The Boathouse Apartments, and arrived within the hour - and the staff had already ensured that all nuts, and nut products had been removed from the room (anaphylaxis) They were always friendly, the apartment was immaculate, as well as the spa, pool, and general public areas/walkways were spotless. I definitely could not rate The Boathouse highly enough!

Lovely accommodation in an excellent location. Would definitely return. If I were to be picky , I would suggest a mirror being added to each bedroom as currently only in bathrooms and awkward when a bathroom is being shared. However we had a fabulous stay.

Unit was great but could more utensils eg 2 teaspoons only. One bath towel per person is a little skimpy for 6 days. The balcony table legs were wobbly and one came off when trying to move it.

Such a beautiful spot only 5mins walk from the main shops. The staff were so accommodating. My flight was over 3hrs late and missed the reception time and they were so accommodating and providing me instructions on how to access. The view was beautiful over the port and such an amazing sunrise to wake up to looking at the mountain. I would absolutely stay here again!

Moldy blinds and outdoor couch, uncomfortable bed, shower would flood if water pressure was too high and the outdoor fan wasnt working so too hot to sit outside and enjoy the views. Needs a good clean

Property is ok but definitely not worth the price per night. Rooms have not been maintained. Blinds were covered in mild, Airconditioning had a mouldy smell and huge water stain and mild on roof. Walls were absolutely filthy. No wifi. Pool was awesome for young kids.

We are a family of 5 and booked a 2 bedroom apartment with an additional bed. From check in to check out our stay was perfect...no complaints at all. Beach towels were provided and the kids had an absolute ball in the salt water pool and the heated spa. The staff were great and quickly responded to any queries we had. We will definitely be back to stay again.

We had a fabulous stay at Mantra Boathouse apartments. Location is perfect, close to everything. The unit was spacious and comfortable. The only negative was there was no WIFI available in rooms, which at this price point is very disappointing and after an 8 night stay I had no data left on my phone which I had been using to research and book all our activities.

Two couples enjoyed three nights at the Mantra. The unit accommodated us comfortably, however a few more plates would have been appreciated as we had to wash up after every snack and meal. We liked the fact that the 2nd bedroom had access to their bathroom from the bedroom, providing good privacy.

What a great place to stay in Airlie Beach- the apartments are close to Marina, Shopping area and restaurants. No in house restaurant though plenty around the area.
The apartments were well appointed with modern appliances. Beds were very comfortable and towels were soft and absorbent.

The property was ideally situated within walking distance to the main street, cafes, bars & shops. It overlooked the marina and had great views. The only negative things were we asked for an ironing board on the Monday as the one in the unit was broken we left on Thursday and still hadn't received one. The fridge and freezer door handles were both broken so it made opening them very hard and hurt your hands.

Great location Fabulous setting and view.Sinks toilets showers and crockery were not clean.We raised this and were offered another apartment which was worse so we stayed put.We booked for 5 adults but there was no provision for sleeping a fifth -when we raised this a fold up bed arrived promptly. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful but the cleaning was not up to standard especially in these difficult times.

Secluded but still close to town
Spent 5 nights here in a 2 bed and 2 bath room. Check in/out was easy, hotel staff were very helpful and assisted us with booking tours, leasing tennis/pool equipment, etc. The shopping/dinning complex underneath the hotel was mostly closed which I assume is a result of covid, only the La Marina restuarant was operating (side note: dined here one night and waited over an hour for our food, quite busy). The town centre is only a 5 min walk away with plenty to do/eat. The distance from the town centre was great as there is less traffic and noise. The room itself did show some age with a few issues; one of the sinks was clogged and water remained in it, the ensuite is a bath/shower combination that is quite high to get in and out of (very careful not to slip), one of the blinds was stuck and so it was permanently down during our stay which meant we lost out on the view from our room. The pool is a great size (had it to ourselves for most the trip), they also have a spa but be aware this is the same temperature as the pool and not ware as we would expect.
