Booked a junior suite for a night for USD49. I arrived at 9am, the reception staff gave me a room right away which was very much appreciated but I don't expect / demand this as of right. The 'junior suite' is just a double room, not particularly spacious but love the simple muted soothing colours. Everything is clean, bed comfortable. Large shower but can get a bit slippery. Unfortunately no idea whether breakfast is any good since I had to check out in the middle of the night at 2:30am. The night reception staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a ride with Cabify, he helped me call the driver and also asked me to stay inside the locked gates until the taxi arrives rather than stand on the street just to be on the safe side. Another staff helped me move my luggage into the car. Overall, nice comfortable stay, good customer service.

The breakfast was above standard . Plenty of scrambled eggs and toast. Plates and cutlery were sparkling clean.
The room was clean and well maintained.
As with most hotels we were required to wait several hours until check in time. Early morning check in after long international flight times once again presented us with a long wait before we were able to access the room to sleep. This something hotels need to address.

This hotel was in a great central location. Close to sites to see and good restaurants. The staff were very helpful. And spoke some english. We had only planned to stay 2 nights but we liked it so much and felt so comfortable there we changed our plans and stayed a third night. That last night we rented a car for our drive into the country the next day and there is a parking garage across the street you may use, but they also had a small parking area that is for guests staying longer than 10 days to use. But since they had open space they allowed us to us it for $300 pesos a night, the same price as the garage across the street. Stay here if you are coming to Buenos Aires and want to have a little of the familiar comforts of home with you.

Very clean, modern hotel. I was very pleased with my whole experience there. Front desk staffer, Dario, was super helpful with both my earlier than anticipated arrival for check-in and in accommodating me for later check-out due to my later airport departure. I would totally stay at this hotel again as a first-choice within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and other amenities.

Great place to get a solid nights sleep!

Stayed in this hotel for the last night of a two week backpacking trip in the hope of getting a solid night of sleep before a long plane journey home. Highly recommend— room was clean and very comfortable. Easy to change room temperature, blackout curtains at the windows, etc. means that you can adjust the room to just as you like it to sleep. Plus checkout isn’t until 12pm :) Receptionists were helpful and spoke decent English.

Stayed here for 2 nights, property was very clean. Room was a little on the small side for my liking but the bathroom was great, had a big walk in shower.
The wifi was very strong so I was able to stream Netflix with ease as the TV only had 1 English speaking channel.
The breakfast was a buffet and the range of choice was excellent.
There is a nice little cafe bar opposite that had live music which was handy for a quick drink after a day sightseeing. The hotel is in easy reach of Congressco about 10mins away, however after dark some of the surrounding streets did not seem such nice area so we walked quickly back.

Nice room, pity about the service

We stayed here for six nights in March 2018, in a Senior room, which was spacious, quiet, clean and with good water pressure in the shower. However, our stay was marred by poor service.

We arrived at 11pm, after our flight from Iguazu Falls had been delayed by several hours. No one on the reception desk spoke English. The receptionist could not find our booking, pointing only to a cancelled booking I had made previously. I repeatedly showed him the receipt and new booking confirmation from hotels.com, but he seemed uninterested in looking this up in the system, and treated us with suspicion. Rather than offering us a room and suggesting we sort out in the booking in the morning, since it was almost 11:30pm at this point, he instead kept us waiting while he made a 10 minute phone call, presumably to the manager. Eventually he did offer us a room, which ended up being the smallest available, rather than the Senior room we had paid for. In the morning when we went down to reception, there was an English speaking attendant that was able to assist us, finding our 'lost' booking and checking us into the correct room. No compensation or apology was offered for their mistake and rude treatment the night before, and in fact the hotel refused to reimburse us the difference between the Senior room we had paid for and the small room we were given on the first night. It is unfortunate that the night receptionist did not seem to have the proper training, nor a customer service ethos.

I arrived at the hotel with a high fever and coughing. I asked the night manager where I could go to see a physician. His answer surprised me as he said he would call a physician and he would come to my room. 45 minutes later a physician was examining me and proscribed antibiotic and other medicines. The Physician would not accept any payment. The night manager had a person accompany my partner to the pharmacy at 2.00 AM. I THEREFORE recommend this hotel and their staff with all my heart. The antibiotic worked and I was on my way on a cruise three days later.

Hidden Gem in Buenos Aires

If you're visiting Buenos Aires, this hotel seems like a hidden gem for the cost. I've stayed at at least 6 different hotels in BA and this is by far the best. The only drawback is the area. Being in that side of 9 de Julio puts you in the need to grab an Uber to go to most great places nearby. Now, given the price of Uber here and the distances, I suggest you stay here and spend the extra 5 bucks getting around.

Not convenient for EZE airport

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. This is a great place to stay if you are flying into the AEP airport. They have shuttle service to that airport only not to the EZE airport. Just be aware if flying into EZE it will cost $65 US for taxi from that airport. Other than that I was very pleased with this hotel and would stay here again if in Buenos Aires.

Enjoyed staying at the hotel although the area is a little rough always felt safe as always seemed to be plenty of people about.
A few excellent restaurants near the hotel.

One note when i booked Expedia website stated that each evening there was a managers reception, one reason we chose this hotel. This isn't so and the website now states a welcome cocktail (this didn't happen either).
However we did arrive at 9-30am after an overnight flight and they did allow us to get into our room which was great.

Arrived in the afternoon and upon checking into our room, we had trouble getting the safe to work, so they came up, took our bags and upgraded us to a bigger room as a sorry for the inconvenience. The staff were very friendly and the hotel throughout was very clean. Like new.

La ubicación es bastante buena, la relación calidad/precio inmejorable.

La habitación es de tamaño normal con un baño de buen tamaño y una regadera excelente, buen sistema de aire acondicionado, podrían mejorar la limpieza de la habitación ya que se nota que no limpian debajo de las camas y había cabellos en el baño.

Tiene un guardarropa con pocos ganchos, cajones de buen tamaño con puertas de espejo de piso a techo, un par de burós con lámparas y cajones bastante útiles.

La cama es bastante cómoda, las almohadas podrían ser mejores pero son bastante buenas, la ropa de cama es bastante agradable, limpia y con buen aroma.

Podrían tener televisores de mayor tamaño para mejorar, ya que tienen de tamaño chico, debo mencionar y agregar televisores en el lobby y área de comedor.

El desayuno es bueno, sin ser espectacular, bastante básico y después de 5 días con lo mismo ya es un poco aburrido (estuvimos muchos días).

Utilizamos el servicio de lavandería y es excelente, bien cuidada la ropa, a un precio accesible y con la seguridad de tenerla lista al día siguiente.

La atención del personal en general es excelente en todos los sentidos, niveles y detalles, pero bastante sobresaliente la atención de Claudio Pérez que siempre estuvo atento, amable y amigable, pero el premio máximo es para Miguel Omar Azaro que en todo momento estuvo al pendiente de nosotros, dando recomendaciones para paseos, lugares y demás, independientemente de las buenas y agradables charlas en general.

Escolhi o hotel com base na sua localização que me are excelente para o o objetivo profissional da minha visita e a avaliação de demais hóspedes.
Destaco que no momento, muitas restrições ainda estão sendo impostas por conta da pandemia que acabam prejudicando uma avaliação em comparação com o que poderia ser visto em outras circunstâncias.
O serviço do hotel merece elogios. Toda equipe foi cordial e prestativa.
O café da manhã deixou um pouco a desejar em termos de opções e é impactado por medidas sanitárias tb, mas os itens oferecidos, embora restritos, eram bons.
O quarto tem um excelente banheiro, de bom tamanho. A cama em si tem um colchão um tanto macio para o meu gosto e a TV poderia ser um pouco maior. Fora isso, tudo excelente.
Vale ressaltar que o hotel infelizmente não dispõe de nenhum equipamento de lazer, tais como piscina ou academia.
Independente dessas características, voltaria a me hospedar lá e recomendo o hotel para quem deseja ficar naquela localização.

Al comprar, decía que todos los impuestos y gastos estaban incluidos. Luego me hicieron pagar el IVA y al momento del check out $400 diarios por usar el estacionamiento, algo que no se me dijo. Más allá de que estaba en la letra chica, era muy confuso porque en grande al comprar te dice que todo está incluido, y al llegar me ofrecieron el estacionamiento sin aclarar que iba a tener costo extra. Mala forma de tratarme del gerente Eduardo Giménez, nunca tuvieron predisposición para salvar la situación. Viajo una vez al mes a Capital pero no volveré a éste hotel. Desayuno muy pobre, sin jugo, cereales ni nada parecido.

Es war super! Wir waren als Touristen da, die tagsüber in der Stadt unterwegs waren und hauptsächlich zum Schlafen im Hotel waren. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für argentinische Verhältnisse sehr abwechslungsreich (neben den traditionellen Süßen Teilchen auch \"Vollkorn\"-Toast, Käse, Schinken, Ei, Cornflakes und Obst) und lecker.
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Einzig die Orientierung der Rezeptionisten auf den Stadtplänen könnte besser sein (Hotel sollte man auf dem Stadtplan schon finden....)
Die Lage war auch super zentral und der angebotene Remis/Taxi-Service zum Flughafen erschien uns sicher und ehrlich.
Manko: Steckdosen nicht kompatibel mit 2-Punkt-Steckern, aber die Rezeption hat auf Nachfrage einen Adapter pro Zimmer.

Excelente estadia! Hotel novo, muito limpo, com boas roupas de cama e banho, colchão e travesseiros muito confortáveis! Atendimento muito bom! Ficamos por 9 noites no local e todos os funcionários foram o tempo todo solícitos. Inclusive, no dia em que fomos embora, o recepcionista se prontificou a chamar um motorista particular para nos levar ao aeroporto por um preço justo. O serviço de limpeza do quarto também agradou. Quando voltávamos ao final dos passeios, estava tudo muito limpo e organizado. O café da manhã nos atendeu muito bem. São as mesmas opções todos os dias, mas isso não foi um problema para nós. Há frutas, salada de frutas, medialunas, gelatina, pães, frios, bolos, cereais, entre outros! A localização, para nós, foi boa. Não é tão proximo à Recoleta e à Palermo, mas é possível caminhar tranquilamente até o Obelisco, Café Tortoni, 9 de julho, Casa Rosada e Puerto Madero! Pagamos um excelente preço por diária (aproximadamente 180 reais, com café incluído)! Foi tudo perfeito! Voltaria a me hospedar no hotel sem sombra de dúvidas!

O hotel fica num bairro afastado do centro o que dificulta a locomoção,pra tudo tem que tomar taxi
(câmbio,onibus turismo,lugares turisticos,etc...) e o hotel pra mim é um 3 estrelas,pois não tem piscina,sala de ginástica,solarium,o café da manhã é fraquissimo,com poucas opções e todo dia igual,o pior que já vi em Buenos Aires,onde visito sempre.Não pretendemos voltar e não indiico a ninguém.

A estadia foi excepcional. O Hotel é perfeito, atendimento, limpeza, amenidades, café da manhã. Não tenho nada para reclamar. Quando chegamos, nosso quarto não estava disponível e nos deram um melhor. Como não amar? Tem um Carrefour a 20 passos do hotel. As atrações turisticas ficam a 20/30 minutos de caminhada, mas isso é Buenos Aires! Andar, curtir a paisagem, o clima, se perder pelos cafés.

Viajamos por el fin de semana largo con un niño, la habitación muy cómoda, muy buena la ducha del baño. La critica que le hago es que no funcionaba la internet.

La atención del hotel es estupenda. El personal y los directores están atentísimos de todos los detalles y te sientes muy cuidado. Está en una zona residencial, pero muy céntrica. Yo podía ir caminando al Congreso. Lo recomiendo muchísimo
