Location , location , location and most of their staff makes this property a five stars hotel , but the facilities are detoriariting through the years.Lack of investment in the maintenance of this hotel put it in a two yo three stars range,, but has the potential for a four stars Big shout out to Oriana at reception and the staff at the cafeteria.

Minha experiência foi horrível! O melhor do hotel é sua localização e o quarto espaçoso! Cafe da manhã segue o padrão argentino. Fiquei hospedado no quarto 800 com esposa e duas crianças. A temperatura em Buenos Aires oscilava entre 0 a 6 graus e ficamos 4 dias sem água quente no quarto! Dormi 2 noites sem tomar banho e nas outras noites, foi disponibilizado um quarto em outro andar, para tomar banho. Pedi para mudar de quarto várias vezes. Mas, foi negado, sob o pretexto de que não havia quartos disponíveis. Enfim! Foi muito estressante e uma experiência horrível. O hotel tentou amenizar a situação nos oferecendo, no último dia, um jantar de cortesia pelo ocorrido. Aceitamos por educação, mas nem comemos! Eu jamais me hospedaria novamente neste hotel! E vendo outros depoimentos, não foi a primeira vez que ocorreu esta falta de água quente. Sugiro que o Hotéis. com, analise se vale a pena disponibilizar este hotel aos clientes.

Para uma viagem rapida.
Para uma viagem rapida, sem poder perder tempo em hotel ou deslocamentos vale a pena, pois eh muito bem localizado e limpo. Porem, precisa de uma reforma geral. Colchao ruim, chuveiro bom, banheiro limpo, sem cheiros, mas tabua quebrada, linda vista da avenida, porem o blackout nao cobria toda a enorme janela. Cafe fraco com poucas opcoes, mas tinha. Horarios ruins de entrada e saida. Uma ou duas noites, nao mais.

Not like the pictures at all. Staff was ok but manager has pour customers skills. Only stay if you have to. I payed $265 for a room posted at the hotel for $90. Would have been worth it if it was like the pictures on the web site.

The hotel has no bell boy service, you have to take your bags up to the rooms. The food at the restaurant is tasteless, breakfast service is included in the price but not much variety. The rooms are not very clean and they need updating. Some times you have to call the Reception for them to bring towels or toilette paper. Towels are old, worn out and sometimes with holes on it. The bath tubs are stained. The hotel personnel is not very well trained to please the guests.

The shower floor was stained brown, door wouldnt close, sewer emitted a stink in the toilet, hair dryer didn't work and towels were tinged grey and threadbare. Wifi was free but the signal was irratic. I would take my money elsewhere.

It's a really nice hotel, clean, good enough breakfast buffet, rooms are quite comfortable but the greatest thing is the hotel location. It's close to everything, walking distance to all the great attractions of the city and a Metro stop right there. Staff is nice, they don't know much about some tourist matters but all in all helpful.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for two nights. It is a nice place for a short stay, especially if you plan to explore the city instead of being inside. Rooms are very small by American standards, but you cannot expect luxury for the money you pay... it is very reasonably priced. Upgrade would be nice...

Nearly everything in the hotel was excellent. Very clean and visitor freindly. One not so pleasant surprise for smokers: the hotel is labeled as non-smoking and, despite the fact that a smoking area has been advertised, none has been provided.

- La ubicación! Cerca de muchísimos puntos de interes en el centro, lugar concurrido y seguro, con facilidad de conseguir taxi en cualquier momento.
En contra:
- El estado general del hotel. Necesita un mantenimiento general urgente! Es muy lindo, pero con muchas fallas en infraestructura. La limpieza estaba bien, el tamaño de la habitación Delux, muy bueno y muchas ventanas.
- El internet es malísimo! En un mundo que vive conectado, deberían mejorar este aspecto urgente! Muy baja señal para conectarse y cuando se lograba conectar, la velocidad demasiado baja!

- El desayuno es muy básico! Recomendaría pedir la habitación sin desayuno y salir a desayunar, hay varias cafeterías a menos de 1 cuadra de distancia que parecían una mejor opción.

Os quartos para casal apresentam um tamanho adequado. Fomos no verão e o ar-condicionado funciona bem. O conforto da cama é na média. Foi dificil falar com o hotel antes de chegar, mas após a chegada foi tudo maravilhoso. O cafe da manhã possui variedade e qualidade.

El hotel es limpio y prolijo, pero no tiene nada que justifique su precio. El wifi no funcionó bien, los artículos de tocador no son muy agradables y no tienen servicio de té/café en la habitación (no estaría mal al menos una jarra eléctrica y unas tazas). La cama fue cómoda, las almohadas no tanto. El personal del front desk fue amable.
