The property is at a nice location, However I feel like it need to improve in the service, I stayed for 4 nights, room was too hot, try to lower the air but it set to be at 30f anyways we’ve manage to deal with it, the night before we ran out of shampoo and shower gel, I think that should be refill every day, had a Boucher for two drinks at the bar that I could never get, they were either closing or too busy to accommodate us at the bar, guy in charge of the restaurant and bar was kind of rude, the way he approached to people is not the right way for a 5 star hotel! People at the front desk were nice and the guys that help out with the luggage. Not sure if I would stay here again.

We completely enjoyed our experience with Hotel Napoleon. We arrived early, our room was ready when we arrived weary from travel. They upgraded our room to a Suite at no additional charge which was incredible, we were so happy with our spacious, very clean and comfortable rooms. Concierge was spectacular and so very helpful every day of our trip, Gerard was so special with all his kind assistance and Carlos was great! Overall staff was friendly and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The Napoleon was a beautiful hotel, and our stay was very comfortable. It's a clean and welcoming hotel and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. This hotel was one of my worstttttt experiences. Very very old. Our room was in the 6th floor and full of spider and mosquitoes. This is absolutely not a 5 star hotel do not book this place and waste your money. I got lots of spider bites on my body I even told the staff but what can they do. Perfect location in Paris just steps from the metro and one block from the Champs Elyse’s. We had a junior suite with a wrap around terrace with a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower but a magnificent view of the Arc de Triumphe. Absolutely stunning.

First day we checked in we had a problem with the shower and couldn’t take a shower so they told us they will fix it next day morning and informed us that it has been fixed ; however , the problem remained and they couldn’t move us to another room but just shower in another room , very weird !! And then again the problem wasn’t solved so finally they moved us .

We stayed in June 2023 for four days. We did not have air conditioning for the first two days and to think we paid such a high price at a 5 star hotel. They got us a fan to compensate. Also everything in hotel closes at 10pm.

Hotel Napoleon is the perfect place to stay for exploring Paris. Convenient to the Metro, we easily made our way to the major sites we wanted to visit. This was our second time at the Hotel Napoleon, with our last visit in 2009. Once again, our stay was excellent. There's a lot to like about this property. The location is fantastic, with lots within walking distance and a Metro / RER station literally out the front door. The rooms themselves are spacious and well-appointed. Our room had a pull-out couch for our daughter to sleep and it was large enough where we felt like we had plenty of room at all times. The staff were very friendly and extra accommodating. We worked through them to arrange rides from the airport at the beginning of our trip and to the rail station at the end of our trip. The only area that we found lacking was the fact that the restaurant didn't offer a full dinner service (snacks were available through the bar). However, there are a number of great restaurants within walking distance. We'll definitely stay here again.

This was our second time visiting Paris and our second time staying at the Napoleon. Great location, metro and Arc on the corner, Champs on the next block. The hotel is small but elegant and warm. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with Parisian charm. Most of all, the staff, from the desk to the servers, were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly, helpful, accommodating and everything else you'd hope for while on vacation in a foreign county. We will definitely be back!!

The hotel rooms is really nice and big for a family, on their website it said that its 24 hour room service and it was wrong , the kitchen closed at 2:30 and then only cheese platers and snaks is served which maked made me angry with kids being hungry and we had to leave the hotel to go and eat.

GREAT location! Only one block from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees for shippong. Lots of didning options around the area as well. The staff was amazing and helpfull. The room was very clean and comfortable (A/C worked great on the hot days!). We had a terrace room with a little patio overlooking the street which was very nice- and the street was very quiet.

I really loved this hotel. The level of detail on the decoration in the entire building is exceptional. The room was excellent in both design and space. The bed was also very comfortable and, despite being next to a main road, the room was exceptionally quiet. The location of the hotel is also fantastic for central Paris, as it is very close to the Arc De Triomphe. The food at the hotel was first class, and last, but certainly not least, the staff were very warm and friendly. They could not do enough for you. I will definitely use this hotel again on my next visit to Paris. Superb!
