Rooms are big in size with lot of amenities and cleanliness. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Food and tourism spots are within 5-10 mins drive and few in walkable distances. Restaurants and grocery stores are just outside the hotel.

Large room with small kitchenette. Large hot shower. Balcony and King sized bed. Location is good if you want to be more downtownish and close to theaters and clubs. Busy area.

The staff at the reception desk was courteous and attentive in our check in but when we went to our room we couldn’t open the door even though the card was operating properly so someone had to come over to open it. I reported it to the receptionist and said that a maintenance person will come over to fixed it however the problem with the room door continues through out our stay.

I liked everything! Have been to Buenos Aires 6 times and hands down this is the best place I have stayed for this price. What stood out to me was the way the employees from the front check-in to the housekeepers to those in the breakfast area, just everyone. Diego at the front desk stood out with his exceptional service and eagerness to help with anything. The others as well but he was there most of the time I need help. This will be my place to stay now when I visit!

24hr concierge is great when returning early hours of the morning to the hotel, from a milonga etc..We have stayed here several times to 2019. Maintenance is due and is being done. Bathroom plumbing fittings are getting tired, but still happy to stay here.

The hotel is well located in easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and tourist transport (hop on/off bus, subway). And if you are a Spanish-speaker, you are only a few blocks from the theatre district. Area is quiet, safe, and the staff are most helpful. Excellent breakfast.

I loved the size of my room! Very spacious and it had a little kitchen which I found convenient. The breakfast had a good number of options and it was good. My only concern was the cleanliness. It needs more care because the bathroom seemed to have some type of mold, the sheets were stained and the curtains looked like they have never been washed.

I read reviews before I select a hotel, sadly I see ones that people expects to be treated like kings when they are not. This hotel ia excepcional Superb for as long as you want to stay. I looked for Cons and did not find a thing. No noise, clean everything, perfect location, easy place to start your city tour, breakfast was as good as you can find in USA Hotels; some people just want to underestimate another culture that they ignore, Staff were very helpful (more than I expected. I definitely go back anytime soon.

We had a wonderful stay in Icaro Suites. Great location, close to everything. Breakfast was good. The room is clean, big and spacious. Has a fridge, eating area, small kitchen. Didn’t have the chance to use it. The bathroom is spacious. Has a strong water pressure (shower) just like the Iguazu falls. Has T.V but all channels are in Spanish. The lighting in the bedroom ceiling and bedside table need updating. It’s hard to read or do something when the lighting is poor. The staff are friendly and helpful. Although some personnel have limited English, there’s no barrier in communicating with them.. Special mention to Hernan P. Thanks for being kind, helpful and a great communicator. You made our stay an enjoyable one. We will definitely be back in Icaro Suites.

This worked out very well for us. The front desk staff could speak English very well. They gave us very good information and a map of the area. They also confirmed our dinner show and pick up for us as we didn’t speak Spanish. Breakfast was very good and they stored our luggage for us. We had a great experience.

Very conveniently located, clean and comfortable with a spacious room. I don’t speak Spanish but the staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. No language barrier at the front desk. I arrived quite early about 4 hours before check in time & it was no problem my room was ready so I was checked in with no extra charge. Also I was allowed a late check out of 6 hours for a minor fee. Lots of bars, restaurants, convenient stores, super markets and attractions with in walking distance. I felt safe walking around the area no matter what time of day or night.

Location was great but property area dated. Room 201 had a leaky shower base and the base of the toilet leaked. Breakfasts were mediocre. Bed was uncomfortable for a long stay. Stove in this facility was inoperative because it wasn’t plug in. No outlet to plug it.

Great Aparthotel in city centre
We stayed here for three nights on our first visit to Buenos Aires. It’s in a quiet residential street close to the city centre. There is a bakery directly opposite and a supermarket just round the corner. We felt quite safe walking to all the main tourist sites from here. Reception spoke English and were very helpful. They offered advice about where to change money and on local restaurants to try. The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. We loved having the kitchenette. There is a kettle, microwave and a hot plate but no pots/pans although there is a hardware store next door if you do feel the need to cook something. We enjoyed being able to eat in rather than having to find a restaurant each night. Breakfast was good with a wide selection available including fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, bead, rolls, ham, cheese, pastries and a couple of hot options. There is a self service laundry on the top floor. Ask at reception and they will give you a token for the washer, one for the dryer and a small bag of laundry powder for 150 pesos. You can even sit and enjoy a cold beer on the roof top terrace while your washing is being done. It was great value for money and feels very homey. We loved our nights here and if we’re ever back in Buenos Aires we would definitely stay again.

The staff at Icaro Suites truly made the trip wonderful! Diego, who is the morning receptionist, went out of his way constantly. Even going so far as to allow us to use his SUBE card for the bus. We also needed to print off multiple emails, and they were very helpful.
The breakfast was a little lacking, but hey, it's included in the price. I wish they had kept the scrambled eggs and bacon dishes coming; it always seemed to run out.

Comfortable hotel in a reasonably central area. Had everything we needed. Friendly, helpful reception staff who spoke good English. We especially commend George, who was on duty for a lot of our stay, for his help and courtesy.

Modern Hotel, very walkable busy San Martin location. Staff is hit and miss - friendly when asked but clearly this is a budget hotel with no service other than a receptionist, maid and basic breakfast room prep person. Cleanliness left a bit to desire - Stains on coverings and curtains, mold in bathroom shower stalls.

Fine for a couple of days stay
Initially, the location didn't seem very nice, but it turned out to be fine with a good bar almost opposite and two very good restaurants within a couple of minutes walking. The room was large, quiet and comfortable and the breakfast was OK. I was initially delighted to see that the hotel had a laundry for use by guests as we had been travelling for a week, but after being promised for two days that I could use it when they got hold of the special coins to work the machines, for some reason they weren't available. Very disappointing as we were continuing our travels after our stay here.

No help with currency exchange.. no information was given on amenities on the hotel..I would never recommend this hotel to friends and family.. I was constantly being asked my name at check in. WiFi does not work.. Breakfast Buffet not included..One of the worst experiences we have ever had at check in..

We had 2 amazing stays at this gem in the center of town. You could walk to most of the sites around the city. Hotel was beautiful and great security. Rooms are spacious and has a fridge and a hot water kettle in room for tea, coffee etc. Breakfast buffet the best we found in our travels but THE most important thing was the hotel employees. A top notch bunch, all of them but hats off to all the special help we received from Jorge. A real shout out to him who was so helpful and polite. Also to Diego who also was so courteous and helpful. In my opinion the only place to stay if you happen to come to this magnificent city Muchas Gracious!

The staff could not do enough to help, organizing transfers and trips and ringing ahead to our next hotel to arrange transfers there.
