They offered to change my room quickly once, but I told them thanks but no thanks.

About 5 minute to a more street.

About a 7 minute walk to a place called “The Temple Club”. If you have time definitely go there! Different tickets for live performances and so many restaurants to choose from too. It’s lively and people dress nice too.

This hotel is on the famous street called guitar street.

I would go back to this hotel.

Have stayed here before and enjoyed it. Particularly the outside space on the roof with a jacuzzi and sunbathing beds. So when we arrived, it turned out the outside area was closed for maintenance. Totally spoiled the stay for us.
However location is good and was very good value.

We planned to stay only 2 nights but added 4 more because the hotel and room were perfect for us and the hotel staff do kind and professional.
The room was clean, well furnished and a very convenient layout. The beds and bedding were very comfortable.
The food in the dining room and room service was delicious and a good variety.
The decor is great, especially the use of living plant walls and refreshing green plants in many places.

El hotel esta ubicado en una zona bastante fea, la primera impresion cuando llegas es que no es un buen hotel.
La situacion cambia cuando ingresas al mismo, es lindo y comodo.
Lo unico que realmente quiero destacar es el ruido, me aloje en el hotel durante 7 noches y durante las 7 noches se oian ruidos por las noches.
Tacones, muebles moviendose y el ascensor, horrible para una persona que desea descansar.

The rooms were not clean. Smelled musty had to buy air freshener. No hand towels provided, had to ask for them two days in row. Maid failed to put toilet paper in the room on one occasion, had to ask.

Nice rooms with a kitchenette. Bathroom was kind of small, not a lot of counter space. Also the shower does not have a door (boutique thing) so water gets on the floor (which kind of sucks). Other than that I really enjoyed the room. Lovely terrace to smoke cigars. Two jacuzzies but they were only working one night we were there and it wasn't that hot. The sauna is fantastic however. I really liked that the jacuzzies, sauna, and terrace were open 24 hours a day. The hotel is also in a good location. It just sucked that Uber cannot pick up from outside the hotel because the app only has certain pickup points in that area. Very good staff.

more than happy with the Lennox and BA

we had three trips by air from BA to Bariloche, JuJuy and Igasu Falls using the Lennox as a base because of the BA transport hub. The Lennox was a pleasure to return to,whatever the time, the frontdesk staff were professional, very helpful and above all friendly. The rooms were cleaned everyday, hot water and towels were in abundance, The usual continental breakfast can be boring, but you only had to ask for eggs. We were only 2 Minutes away from the tube station and were surrounded by some reasonably priced very good restaraunts..The Lennox is Clean, Friendly, Central and extremely good value.

Nothing special about this place. The hotel, rooms and bathroom are extremely dirty. The bed sheet and blanket even had blood stain. After much haggle, the front desk personnel reluctantly changed the room. We stayed in different hotels in Argentina from Patagonia to Buenos Aires. This was the worst hotel. It should have closed due to uncleanliness.

Good location and friendly staff. Rooms and hallways a little too dark . No kettle to boil water to drink in rooms. Not enough handle bars in bathtub. My roommate slipped and hurt herself. Luckily she brought lot of medication to apply on the bruises

What was great about this hotel is that we were allowed to check in early in the morning even official checking time was 3pm. Also the breakfast was pretty good and the location is good as well. Unfortunately in the evening the hotel room is pretty dark because of the lack of the light fixtures in the room. According to Expedia, the property provides an airport shuttle, so we scheduled it, requesting to pay the surcharge by credit card. As it appeared the hotel called the regular cab company and we were told that the driver accept only cash. At first we were told that it will cost us $25 US then $30 US. Since we had only twenty dollar bills we were told that the driver will give us $10 back but in pesos which according to the hotel manager will be 350 pesos. We got back only 300. The point is if you want to pay for something in US$ you better have exact change.

I traveled with five other people, and up front, I will have to say that the hotel did try to work with us, they let us store our luggage due to the fact that we arrived at around 8 in the morning and check in was 3 pm. The breakfast bar was a bit disappointing, the eggs were only half cooked, and most of the time they did not put very much out, they didn't have very much to offer on the menu, and it was the same every morning, the only meat they had was sliced ham. The WIFI did not work most of the time and I could not get the AC to work in my room, it was stuck on one temp and one speed no matter which button I pushed on the remote.
This is not a 4star hotel, I would give it 2 stars at the most. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and they do what they can to help.

It’s a deceptively nice place for the money. It has a dark , rustic charm that , despite its small
Size , makes it very cozy and welcoming. The weekend happy hour on the terrace is a nice touch for those who want some fun music yet intimacy. It really is worth it to check out for at least 2 nights. The fit and finish of the property could use work but that’s typical for most CABA properties that aren’t 5 Star.

the hotel location is 2 blocks from the nueve de 9 main road however i didn't feel safe to walk at night.

the hotel is well decorated to like given a cover up to hide the unpleasantness, only 1 elevator was working

the bathtub is less desirable and slippery it should be remove or maybe put something to prevent accident

the male staffs are inattentive and will give you a feeling like you're bothering them

the breakfast was so poor that you'll want to have breakfast somewhere else.
scrambled egg and bread is all they have. most of the other guest were talking and complaining about it. take so long for them to refill the scrambled eggs people have to wait for long time and just eat bread like birds given bread crubs. and we stayed here for 5 miserable days....

they overcharged us more than the Triple Luxury, we only stayed in Double Luxury there were 3 of us. they didn't change our room but charge us for Triple Luxury which is still higher than their published rate. i have invoice to prove and pictures i took.

I should have listened to the review and should not have been carrier away by the +VIP which was low value and only gave me like $1.50 discount from the dinner we had.

Will never ever come back here, there are better options than this one.

this hotel is not a 4 star hotel, as rated by Expedia. At best it is a 3 star. This hurts Expedia's reputation and brand credibility. this hotel is located in a seedy section of Buenos Aires. The entire building is in desperate need of renovation. In room 803 the bathroom tiles were painted and the paint is peeling. The rooms are dated, floor laminate is peeling. When room service delived my meals, they only brought the plates, no napkins, no trays, etc. Please downgrade this hotel to a 3 asap!

Central location, amazing room w/ AC, great staff

Lennox is in the center of BA’s main downtown area near the Avenue de Mayo. At first impression, the neighborhood around it seems a little sketchy. There are few nice restaurants and tons of construction, which caused some initial alarm. however, the longer I stayed, the less intimidating that became. What outshined was that I was close to everything, either by foot or bus or taxi. It made traveling between Palermo and La Boca easier as I was in the center of everything.
But enough about the location, what was really amazing was the superior room I had on the fifth floor. It was the perfect size, I had WiFi and I was away from the street. I loved the kitchenette as I got to make coffee every morning. The room was clean and comfortable.
The staff are also amazing. The front desk guys hooked me up with a sightseeing tour the day I checked in, which was affordable and a great way to glimpse all the neighborhoods/barrios. They are an amazing one-man show as the lobby area was always busy and only one person was available to check in/out, answer phones and other questions.
All in all a great stay in BA!

Possitives:
- Very kind and helpful staff (almost everyone was speaking english) and whichever request we had they were doing a lot to facilitate it
- location very close to everything
- fully equiped rooms even if we didnt need a lot

Negatives
- very weak or NO CONNECTION regarding wifi at the rooms (at the reception level was ok)
- when we checked in the sheets and the pillows had markings and instantly we called the reception and they changed them (again). In general it seems there is a unreasonable lack of sheets towels and pillows at the hotel which made us wonder if we will have new towels.
- hotel's wifi had blocked uber app during the whole stay so it made us walk to the nearest cafe in order to get a proper connection

Summary: we could go again if the wifi and the pillow/towel/sheet issues are improved. Still value for money

Our first receptionist wasn't very helpful and couldn't give us connecting rooms. We stood at the counter for a good 40 mins.
Damian though was amazing as he helped us with directions regularly.

Old and no maintainance

The staff are not trained enough to solve a Passenger problem. When we arrive I ask about the VIP Access Amenities, by example late check-out, but the first answer was \"everything has extra cost...\" .
The VIP amenities was 10% in restaurant and parking ( I don't use car this time).

The worst was that only the last day I can use the shower with hot water... YES!!!, Since first day the shower of the room 903 doesn't work. I talk to reception, and the told me later that was fixed, I check but don't be fixed. I told this situation again, and again, and again, but don't be fixed.

Last day the change me to another room... (of five days).

I really don't recommend to a friend this hotel.

Failed on basic needs; cleaning, internet, hot water, courtesy. TV was not working properly and internet is not connected more than 2-4 minutes. For A/C; good luck with power cable. You need to plug in by yourself.

Only good thing about this hotel is the location. Walking distance to so many things.

Noisy even after midnight, crowded, rude staff.

There is no way we could back to this hotel.

Terrible experience. No hot water!! Dirty hotel.

I am not a type of person who leaves negative feedbacks but i do believe that i need to leave this;

- Hot water; on/off you do not have hot water at all times,
- Internet was not working; they placed a router into the room and still it was on/off. You won`t be able to connected nore than 2-3 minutes.
- A/C; it is not connected to the power. You need a ladder or chair to plug in and unplug to turn off. Pic is attached.
- TV remote is not fully functioning; you need to get up and use the buttons on tv to switch channels or to control the volume,
- Noise; super noisy street. Buses/cars are passing by even after midnight. People are on street most of the time so good luck with sleeping.
- Cleaning; they want you to keep using same towels although you leave them on the floor. They hang it back for your use. They give you new ones if you ask tho.
- Breakfast is kind of joke; not even eggs. If they run out anything they do not re-fill. You need to be there by 9 am if you want some scrambled eggs or bread. This is the first hotel i have ever seen shuts up entire service at 10 am sharp. They block the entrance and turn off coffee etc. No forks, knifes on tables; you need to ask and learn spanish.
- Check out is by 11 am sharp. If you have a late flight and you need to keep 1-2 hours more; they charge you half day price.

Lennox is a fine hotel--great staff, solid breakfast and spacious rooms. And the price is reasonable. But the decor reminds me a bit of Las Vegas circa 1980s. The rooms are dark with black wallpaper, LED mini spotlights and mirrors. I expected a torch singer to pop of the closet at any minute. Also enjoy the giant image of bamboo in the center atrium of the hotel....not quite sure of its relation to Buenos Aires!!

1st time BA visit was great experience!

Overall this hotel was very comfortable, clean and nice. They offered a nice variety for breakfast, the staff and front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the closet door on our day of departure and they were very expeditious in correcting the problem. Beds were great! Sitting and kitchen area in the room were nice. Wouldn't recommend the room next to the business center room as it gets a bit loud during the week. It was quiet on the weekends. Would recommend to friends and would stay again.

This place does not deserves to be a VIP on Expedia, this is not a 4 star hotel. Looks like a dirty motel. The shower was broken, there were fongus on the walls, the lamps were completely dirty broken and full of mosquitoes. The door didn't close properly. The staff not helpful at all, I asked for the sauna and they never turn it on and when I complained because of the room they just said sorry. It seems it is not the first time. I attach pictures of the room and I will complain directly to Expedia

Beautiful Hotel

The A/C barely works in the room, had to leave my door open to get some cold air.
The fridge didnt get cold at all.
The wifi barely worked inside the room, I had to sit in a chair at the door or go out the door to connect.
It had 2 jacuzzis that were pretty filthy, not sure when they cleaned last.
The breakfast was meh, mostly carbs not much of a selection.
My room was chic & roomy, the lobby was sexy & modern.
Other than that it was centrally located & walkable. For the price, I would stay again

Not a very enticing neighborhood

The magazines in the lobby are from 2004, room wasn't cleaned or beds made the first day, I had to call front desk. Again there are much better places to stay for similar price.
Stepping out of the hotel in the Calle Talcahuano are homeless sleeping on the sidewalk, even we saw a family with 2 little kids.

Easy access to all the main points of interests in downtown Buenos Aires. It's a boutique Hotel with a nice decoration .Great attention , always willing to help if its needed . Comfortable beds , quiet room at the 9th floor . It was a nice stay , I would came back in the future.

The hotel is nicely renovated and the complimentary breakfast was good. The inner court yard was a wonderful retreat in the midst of a busy city. The staff went out of their way to help and all spoke English. The only problem is the dark,front street at night did not feel safe.

Fantastic hotel, amazing staff

I was here for 6 days. The reception and concierge staff are amazing & helpful with all aspects of the needs of a traveller. The room was very comfortable with some quirky fittings, the restaurant had great food and an awesome waitress. Breakfast was always nice with maybe the only criticism being the eggs were always a little on the cold side. 100% Luv'd it here.

Nice hotel, neighborhood a bit sketchy

Not a bad deal for what you get. Wifi was a little shotty but that's the case everywhere in South America that we experienced. Neighborhood was dodgy at night but not so bad if you stayed away from the dark streets in the industrial areas. Staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was decent, they actually served eggs and they had pepper! Dairy products like yogurt and milk tasted sour though.

hotel lennox a super hotel in BA

the hotel staff was most accommodating and helpful. you were made to feel welcomed and told that they were there to make your trip a good one. e.g. they gave me a metro pass which i otherwise would have had to buy. interesting atrium. always asking if they could help me with directions. hotel is not on a beautiful street and can throw a traveler off. however, it is fine.
