The windows and walls of the hotel are green with mold. The separation between one room to the other is paper thin - I could hear the couple next door going at it. The bathroom shower flooded with ease. The vinyl wood floors were coming off from humidity. There were no amenities (no hand towel, no soap, no hair dryer). Seemed to be an hourly hotel for unassuming couples.

It would be nice that the check in staff could be aware of what’s happening in the area. Able to help the tourist. Would be nice also speak more English. Room cleaning staff was great. In the bathroom create better lighting. Great area for restaurants, coffee, & shopping! The best!

The elevators were constantly out of order and made a lot of noise. The cleaners came super early at 9am every day. We told them to come back later and they never came back. We stayed for 7 days and the room was cleaned twice. The breakfast was cold and oily especially the eggs. The bread and pastries were stale. Very disappointing.

They have smart tvs in every room but not one of them work. We wanted a chill couple of nights in between travel. We switch 5 different rooms and none of the tvs worked for Netflix or prime. Why even have smart TVs. There was a cockroach in our room and they did not care. We asked for a refund and they said no sorry. The breakfast was terrible. They said from 6:30 to 9:30 and by 8:00 everything was gone already and not replaced. The coffee machine plug did not reach the outlet so had to make coffee on the floor. They had a crash in the elevator. We do not strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is not like the pictures at all. Outside and the lobby is pretty but its not like that inside. First day I got there and there is no restaurant at all at the property and nothing to eat there at night and the staff was very rude about it stating they only have breakfast. Its says its a “buffet” breakfast but there is not, its just whatever they serve that day and thats it. I stayed from Monday through Friday and there was no way to get someone to communicate from Orbitz with the hotel to cancel my reservation because they never answered the calls or the emails and I had to stay there. Dont book this hotel it its nothing like they say it is and they have a really bad customer service, there was a lot of people complaining there and the answer was that the manager was not on site until later, I never saw any manager. This feels like a scam, how sad is that they advertise they have amenities they dont. Unbelievable and Orbitz did nothing to fix this either.

When I arrived there was no bell boy to help with my bags then I had to search for the receptionist after doing so all 4 members of staff were just standing around having their own conversation eventually I had to get their attention and tell them I'm here to check in after checking in I had to wait for a long while even though check in was 3pm I was so upset and hot because the ac in the lobby wasn't working after making it to my room I noticed it was a dated and had cracks in the floor and poor repair work done then bed had a red dirty blanket the shower leaks below the door and floods bathroom the room is very tiny can't hold more than 1 person comfortable it's 1 of the worst hotel I've ever been in I don't recommend anyone staying here

Our stay at the Ramada in Panama was truly enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of by the attentive and friendly staff. The service was excellent, and everything we needed was provided with a smile. The atmosphere was welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

I was given a dark and dank room by the lady receptionist who also took so long to check me in. I did ask for a room change later that evening and was offered one from the following day onwards (4 nights). However, the staff on duty the next day didn’t seem to have the info and said she couldn’t move me! Long story short, I was booked into a new room indeed but the info not updated on their system. Also, they don’t keep drinking water in the room besides on the checkin day! Other times, you’re asked to buy! There was no water in the bathroom all day on my last day and the electricity kept going off too. On the positive, the male staff were friendlier and more helpful.

This particular hotel one can see it's been around a long time and with comes wear down. Upon arrival was not the cleanest scent in the lobby nor the elevator which were not clean, Otherwise the domestic cleaner who cleaned our room did her best. On three occasions I did see small roaches, that encouraged me to shake out my luggage before I left. The gym is not clean and the two machines are non functioning, the pool and the immediate area could use an update. The buffet was good and the staff that worked it were great trying to meet every need. That hotel is for a passing traveler not a family with kids for comfort. Other than that I guess you get what you pay for.

When we checked in we were told that the water pressure would be low. When we woke up in the morning, there was no water at all. No water for the toilet, the sink, the shower.
After booking the hotel send us a welcome message but there was no mention that the hotel would have no water.
We had to leave at 5:30 am because we had to use the toilet.
We did not wait for breakfast, I don't even know how they would be able to serve breakfast without any water available in the hotel.
The floors in the room were falling apart (delaminating) and growing mold. There was a coffee maker in the room, a sachet of coffee and some sugar, but no tea, milk, sweetener or anything to stir with.

Upon check in the room reserved was not available. I was placed in a room with 2 beds not the single bed as booked. The safe was on end in the closet. No shelves in the closet. Dry wall dust from repairs all over the floor in the closet and bathroom. Water leaking behind the tiles in shower coming our the wall corners. Electrical wires hanging on bathroom mirror. Privacy eye hole in door missing you can see straight into the bed from hallway. Light bulbs missing in bedroom lamp. Light switches and outlets missing by beds with exposed wires. DO NOT STAY HERE

The first room I was put into had a strong enough sewage-like smell to make me opt for relocation to another room - which was easy in my case. The 2nd room was better but the smell still came and went.

Some of the staff was kind of friendly while some seemed a bit impolite.

It was easy getting to the shopping/attractions from the hotel.

Overall it wasn't a bad stay but there definitely are a few things that should change for the better.

Front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming. Great that breakfast was included, one less expense for the trip. Cleaning staff didn’t really dust off beds they were just made. They did clean everything else well. Wish that towels were changed. The property has a lot of maintenance to be done, the floor boards are lifted, moldy walls, room doors have holes, shower heads spurting water, and holes in the walls. The surrounding area feels safe and so many options to eat and drink is a plus. In overall I would love to stay again if I return but things need to be fixed.

The good: great location in a walkable area. The hotel is located on a street full of restaurants, near a park and 5-10 minutes from a metro station. The staff is amazing! Every single person we interacted with during a one-week stay was nothing short of great.

The not so good: this property needs a lot of work, especially on little details. There are no blackout curtains (or any curtains for that matter), so there is no way to keep the room dark. The toilet paper holder was broken. For some reason, there were two hair driers, which is not exactly bad, but looks sloppy and takes away from the counter space. There was a permanent leak in the hallway outside our room, and the smell in our room made us believe there was some water damage that the hotel tried to quickly fix, but didn’t do a great job of it. (They did an okay job masking the smell with a scent plug-in, but I am unfortunately allergic, so had to remove it and try to deal with the smell instead.)

The staff were very helpful! The language barrier was easy to overcome. The hotel rooms are pretty small, but that just means no space is wasted! Breakfast was amazing every morning. The pool is pretty shallow, but it serves the needs for sunbathing and cooling off.

The air conditioning, shower and bed were outstanding. The room had no decor. It had a table with 2 mismatched chairs and a refrigerator. The toilet had a door yet the shower had a clear glass. The safe was not bolted down.if someone is taking a shower and you go the the toilet, you will see them showering. Few parking spaces onsite, but always parking out front. The location is great, you can walk practically everywhere in Obarrio.

I was welcomed by roaches in the room the first day! When I reported it to the cleaning staff they told me they would “let the supervisor know”. This was not acceptable so I informed a different staff member who said they would “take care of it” and later showed up with a spray. They sprayed around the door frame where there were 6-7 roaches, but a day later I saw another one between the beds. A different staff member at the reception desk apologized and said the roach problem was “due to construction near by”. I wanted to leave and go to another hotel but this was not possible and the entire time I was worry that I would return home with roaches in my bags!!!

No enough furniture to put suitcases on. Saw a coachroach in my room after the second day. Felt that hotel could have told us about the water being cut off well in advance before check in.Had no water for a few hours in the morning one day. Well I went to panama for a few days and it was a beautiful country omg like every country no everything it’s perfect but without doubt I’m coming back next year 2019 , now let me tell you this I’m not a person who look perfection but I am a person who try to be as honest possible the Ramada via Argentina was for my experience a ok” hotel nothing super fancy but it was a nice hotel beautiful resection and people are very nice the location was perfect although the street was horrible due to the construction but hey it was ok... the bed was a little bit hard for myself and I do have a big complain the ac was licking since day 1 and literally we talking about that ac could fill out a whole tank in 30 min I did mentioned to the cleaning lady and the hotel but in my 5 days stay they did nothing now I was in the hotel mostly only at night ... I don’t wanna make it like a big deal but I feel they should definitely check the rooms and oh attention to the guest request! Another disappoint was the bathroom door you could not closed that was horrible lol and the phone in the room didn’t really work to order food or nothing just to receive calls , if you ask me if would stay there again? I will say yes!! But guys fix those issues and please keep in mind we paying for the services ...
Besides that the cleaning lady the people at the hotel , the hotel, panama everything they were amazing they just have to step up in the game lol love you panama.

It was the worse hotel I have stayed in , there ad says free breakfast included as one of their amenities but then when I got there they told me I didn't get the free breakfast.

The toilet in my room stopped up one night they told me they would be right up to take care of it they did not take care of it until the next day until about noon.

Hotel lobby was nice, bathroom palatial, but the bedroom was comfortable yet bare. There was nothing on the walls. Kind of weird but I was pleased overall and would stay again. Juice at morning breakfast was great. The rest was a bit lacking. But for free it was great!

Nous trouvons que les chambres manquent de propreté et de finitions, et les installations sont vieillissantes: porte savons qui tombe dans la douche, parquet qui a pris l'eau, carrelage manquant, pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre, piles défectueuses pour la télécommande de la climatisation.
