There's a lot to like about this hotel. I found it to be much more attractive than it is in the photographs. I was assigned a room on the 10th floor and I liked the room from the moment I walked in. Everything worked fine.... The Wi-Fi, the TV, etc. The hot water pressure was good and the flow was constant. The air conditioning worked very well. This was important because the blanket on the bed was very thick and warm so I had to keep the temperature very cold to be able to sleep.
There's a Nespresso coffee maker in the room, a very small refrigerator and a safe. The windows appear to be double paned, and they block or muffle most of the sounds from the outside. The hotel guests on my floor were generally quiet.
There were plenty of electrical outlets conveniently placed in the room.
They serve breakfast on the ground floor from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and the selection of items is very good.
There's an exercise room with many pieces of equipment near the pool. They could use a few more pieces of equipment however, such as a chest machine and a bicep tricep machine.
The location is excellent as you can walk to any number of restaurants and bars. The metro station is only a 5-minute walk away.
For me, the only thing that needs improvement are the elevators. There are three guest elevators but most of the time only two of them were working so that resulted in delays.

I only rated with a four star, because when our room was cleaned by maid service, 2 new bras that I had hung on the back of the bathroom door, prior to leaving for breakfast that morning, had disappeared. I didn't make a big deal about the items, but I will be very cautious in the future.

We just happen to get a room that had construction happening above us. We had call down to the front to the front deck and ask them to get them to stop at about 8:00pm. Sleep time for us. During the day the construction kept on going all the day long. So really there was no afternoon napping in our hotel room. The staff on the other hand were 5 stars plus.

Ridiculous “property fee” added for every night. Then staff charged an extra $55 dollars for an extra room guest, despite the actual cost on Expedia reflecting only a $4 increase. FYI property is also a central hub for hookers working inside the hotel and casino.

The Hotel is in the centre of PANAMÁ city . Pool water was of uncertain quality as you could not see the pool floor ! The rooms are large with north American standard. The empty fridge in the room is intentionally set not to cool at all! The receptionist at the check in warned « not to expect the fridge in room to cool « ! The ice maker in the corridor works well. The facility has not been renovated for more than a decade. It is now a 3 star hotel with reasonable room prices.

First, the good part. The room was spacious, super clean and well appointed. Now, for the not so good. The water for the shower/ sink was not hot enough. The check in process was awful. Slow and tedious. I had a guest visit me and they charged me $55 for that. A total rip off as it did not cost them anything at all to accommodate me for that. The elevator service was poor. The elevators were a little dirty and walking through the entrance, we didn’t have high hopes. Once we got to the floor of the rooms, we were pleasantly surprised. The room had an odor but you got used to it. The room itself was really nice! It had an actual door to the bathroom for privacy (unlike some of the other hotels we stayed at in Panama where it was a sheer glass door). Would stay here again and would recommend as long as you don’t mind the casino.

As a pro photographer and someone on vacation, one of the Primary reasons I chose your hotel, was the rooftop pool, which was closed. I was told I could make an appointment and be shuttled to another hotel to use the pool. That’s ridiculous. Shouldn’t have even offered that as an excuse. If you had made me aware, I wouldn’t have to be shuttled, I Would Have Reserved The Hotel Next Door, and simply walk out my room to the elevator and then step out to the pool. The primary picture on your site, Expedia, and even this review, use the outdoor pool to entice….and nothing was offered in compensation in any way. If I wasn’t so tired from traveling all day, I would have left immediately. Total false advertising!

So upon checking in, they notified us that the pool was not working and that it should be working the next day, which would’ve been Christmas. However my entire stay the pool was not working. Also, there was a leak coming from the bathroom in my room I contact them 7 PM that day. It was not fixed until the following afternoon. I was not compensated for this issue. Furthermore, there was construction being done, which left a loud banging sound for 6+ hours a day. The hotel knew the pool wasn’t working and construction was being done and not once did they notify us beforehand. My Christmas was ruined.
