We booked a suite and it was lovely. The view was beautiful and the room was spacious and modern. The location very convenient. The only negative was that the DJ at the pool played music that was very loud and inappropriate for children to hear during the day one day. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would stay again and recommend it to others.

Lots of walking distance shops nearby. Very nice pool and bar areas with very accommodating staff.The doors to the rooms are very loud when closing almost like it’s being slammed, can be jarring when your in your room and your neighbors don’t close the door gently. I was able to get my room changed but the walls are very thin you can hear conversations next door as well as music playing, a machine humming noise coming from the vent system as well . I cut my trip short because of being uncomfortable in the room when trying to relax . I am still trying to see if I could get reimbursed for the days unused with no success so far.

This place never disappoints! This is our second stay here in the last 30 days! Staff is impeccable they helped to make our anniversary and my husbands birthday special! The rooms are gorgeous and the room service and breakfast buffet are both top notch! You couldn’t be in a better area close to everything. We went for carnival and were happy with our stay. When going to Panama we won’t stay where else

I stayed at the W Hotel in Panama City and had a great experience. Everything was exactly what you’d expect from the W brand — professional, polished, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout, and both the food and drinks were excellent.
The bed was very comfortable, and the temperature-controlled room made it easy to relax after long days out. The pool area was a highlight, with service available and a great atmosphere.
Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to get around the city.
Would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful hotel! From the moment we arrived the customer service was amazing! All the staff was so kind and helpful filled with smiles. The room was beautiful the hotel itself is gorgeous. I’d recommend anyone to stay at the w hotel it was clean and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel also has a really cool lounge area where you can grab coffee during the day and enjoy creative drinks in the evening, which made the stay even more fun. In addition the hotel was either 10 to 15 minutes from all the excursions that we did.

Construction caused loud vibrations annd banging all through out the day and night. Extremely difficult to relax, I requested a different room- staff was unable to accommodate. No staffing at/around 24 hour pool. Room service took over an hour for a single beverage and also included a “delivery fee”. It was not a enjoyable experience

The room was not thoroughly cleaned; the bathroom and shower doors were not closing appropriately and the hotel felt very noisy. In addition, the pool area was not maintained, meaning there are repairs that need to take place which were not attended to. the breakfast buffet wasn't clearly marked what the food was, not enough items for people that don't eat pork, usually other options like chicken sausage or turkey bacon, had to pay for french toast normally included. fruit was okay. hot veggies they had tomatoes one day very unusual it wasn't good. even potatoes should be pretty simple like just stick to hash browns?

My stay at the W was good. I didn't spend much time using their amenities as we had activities booked throughout our stay. The front desk staff was exceptional and goes beyond to bring you satisfaction. The rooms was spacious except for the bathroom and shower personally think it was awkwardly built but doable. The hotel was clean. I did have breakfast my first day there and they had a variety of foods there, breakfast was good don't have much to say in that area. I did not spend time at the rooftop pool as it was not as appealing to me and we didn't have time. We did walk around the neighborhood to a few places and felt completely safe in the area. Overall I had a good stay and would recommend to others.

The Marin problema esa the hot tub, they offer but they didnt deliverd. There was no real hot water, they wasnt able to solve the problem, nor change to a ron with hot water, Í Rent that room because of the hot tub, was a non 5 star experiencia. And they make me lose time just to hear their explanations, and a so call compensation (they didn’t charge the dinner, but charge the mini bar consumption) over all I feel I rent in the wrong hotel, bad quality and really poor guest service

W Panamá was an absolute amazing stay! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating! I had two rooms reserved and called ahead of time to inquire on having the rooms side by side, the communication throughout my entire stay was excellent. My party and I were celebrating two birthdays and everything we asked for to be available at check in as a surprise was beautiful executed. The breakfast was delicious and the variety was extensive. I have no complaints whatsoever and truly look forward to staying at W Panamá again. Thank you for a great stay!

Staff is great. Lobby on the 15th floor is a bit strange. Room decor and design modern but not that functional. Side faucet caused water mess, shower never got hot. From the moment I arrived, I knew I made the right choice staying here. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with genuine smiles that immediately made me feel welcome. The hotel itself was spotless, everything from the lobby to the hallways to my room was clean and well kept. My room was fresh, comfortable, and perfectly prepared, which set the tone for a relaxing stay.

What really stood out to me was the staff. They weren’t just polite, they went above and beyond to make sure every need was taken care of without me even having to ask. Whether it was giving me recommendations, answering questions, or simply checking in to make sure I was comfortable, their attentiveness was unmatched.

Another important factor for me was safety, and I can honestly say I felt completely secure here. The environment was calm, respectful, and well managed, which allowed me to truly enjoy my stay without any worries.

This property was amazing and I enjoyed my stay. My only complaint was that the property needs to find a way to heat the pool at night. The pool is open 24 hours but at night it is so cold you can’t enjoy it.
