This was once a good hotel, but definitely needs the renovation that it is going through now. I assume the price is reduced for the building works, but not enough to compensate for Waking up to construction noise on the next floor. While this hotel is broken, the price should be MUCH cheaper, until it is all renovated.

Best few items: the AC worked extremely well, breakfast was good a few more hot items would have been nice. Coffee was excellent as well as the breakfast staff. Good location with the mall turning around and getting new life to it. All of the staff really tried hard to make you feel comfortable.

The staff doesn't understand how the promotion works,you have 5 flavors to choose from but cannot mix and match even though its a set price. If you dont want 2 of the same rolls you ha e to pay an additional 3 dollars. I think its just to make yhe job easier for the sushi cook.

The front desk spoke English that was a huge help ... the room had a broken bathroom door lock. And didn't close. The H-VAC NEEDS TO be cleaned and sanitized. The a c did work well. Our room, on the 27 floor was quiet. It also came with a nice view. The windows do not open for any fresh air. They advertised that they have a steam room. But of course it was broke down. The stay was great however my check inn wasn’t first i booked my stay with Expedia and I pay in advance but when I reach they said that my booking wasn’t there so the give a new reservation so they could check for my original booking but it was more expensive then they said that they will charged me $140 and it will be on hold till I check out but the receptionist charge me instead now I still waiting for the reimbursement that was charge to my credit card.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean but dated, but everything worked fine. It is attached to the megapolis mall that had a coffee shop and hard rock cafe. All in all, the hotel was about what I expected. In the future I would probably stay in a different part of town closer to the Metro for ease of getting around and restaurants that are walkable. This hotel is surrounded by a lot of very busy roadways, you don't hear the traffic noice, but it makes walking to anywhere but the mall difficult.

This property is rated a 4 start property and it is not. This place is more like 2-3 star property. The bedroom were very filthy, you can clearly see mold all over the vents/AC. The bathroom are dirty very ran down. Bed sheets were dirty even the ones that they would bring as “clean”.
I paid for a suite and they moved us to a regular room because there was no hot water and the bathtub was getting plugged when the shower was running. They said they would find us another suite when available but they never did and they refused to refund me.
I don’t recommend staying at that place especially at the price they charge.
