Our room wasn’t very clean. There was hair on the floor from the previous guests. I booked my stay two days in advance. Upon arrival to the property. They told me they couldn’t locate my reservation. The Wi-Fi was good. The breakfast was wonderful. The pool was disgusting and cold.

The room was excellent served was excellent. Everything was 100% service breakfast pool rooms view 10+ I strongly recommend this hotel. They grows in the breakfast, Melissa. Magella list Daniela Monica, the pool, amazing amazing girls. They were so helpful and caring all the way. The courtesy was amazing.

Room was OK. At least the second one they switched us to after first one had a broken safe and lackluster AC. Problem is that \"0\" for the operator does not work so if you need the smallest thing, you have to go stand in line at the lobby to ask for it. Very annoying. Once you get to staff, they try to help. It's just very inconvenient and time consuming to get anything done (check-in, requests, check-out, etc).

Rooms were super dirty. My feet were black from walking barefoot for a few minutes in the room. The floor was not washed the whole time we were there which was 7 nights. There were no extra towels ever. The bathrooms were super smelly and sinks looked like they were not washed before we came. Dust everywhere. Windows filthy. The room key card kept working and then not working so we had to keep going down from the 37th floor to the lobby and wait in the line for customer assistance to make our key work again after a long day of activities with kids and going all the way up to the 37th floor just for the key card to not function. The pool area was tiny and very busy. The hot tub was literally for 4 seats while the hotel has 1200 rooms. At checkout the manager who was assisting us was saying that we used $182 of the $200 deposit whim in reality was only used $18 and she brought is back $18 of the $200 when we asked her to print the receipt, it clearly said there the balance was $182 and we had to keep explaining to her when this is what she does all day every day. I would defined not stay at this hotel again

The room was in decent condition, however, the housekeeping was managed poorly- and the room was not properly tidied ( dirty cups left from day to day, towels not replaced). In addition the scent/smell in the hallways and the lobby was overwhelming and , to my taste, rather unpleasant. Lastly, waiting for the elevator took up a great deal of time; clearly a poorly designed system.

Was not able to make flight due to Panamanian rules on passport. There's no contact number that anyone ever answers. They don't respond on their website either.
My wife reached out on Instagram but we never heard back from them. We didn't want a refund, only a credit so we could come after we got the passport corrected. Still never a response. I believe it was all a scam from the start. What hotels don't answer phones or have a direct reservation number? It's this a credible hotel? We've always booked through Expedia but now second guessing this decision as well. Because not even Expedia was able to contact a Hotel that I booked through them.

Took an hour wait in line to check in. No linens provided for the sofa sleeper and no one answered when we called operator several times over two days. There’s a heavy detergent scent in the lobby and halls trying to cover the damp, musty smell.

The customer support at this establishment was unprofessional and worked against helping you instead of being on your side. Maria at the front desk early morning was giving us the run around just to receive the room which we booked. After saying we should come back at 3pm for check in because no rooms were available we asked if it was possible to pay for an early check in. Maria assured as we will be getting a room in the same category as we booked. After making our way to the room we noticed it was missing a balcony. We went back to speak to Maria who then asked to see our booking which unfortunately did not include all the room amenities and details. After asking what can be done to make the situation right she suggested I contact Expedia directly. Upon reaching out to Expedia they were unsuccessful in reaching the hotel and asked if they can call me to speak to the front desk. Expedia spoke to Maria and explained the room which I had booked intact did include a balcony. Maria then hung up the phone and said she does not want to speak to them and needs written proof of the balcony. After showing her a screenshot of the room which I booked she then said she has a room in the same category but with queen beds and joked that would be best for us in case my partner and I had a fight. The entire hotel stay was not enjoyable. The bed sheet were stained, the shower did not drain well, hot water was only available sometimes, you had to beg for water and we didnt receive room cleani

I don't like to leave a negative review and must say we were grateful for the hotel granting our request for a room with a view of the Pandora building.

That being said, the hotel is very run down, dirty and there was only 1 restaurant open despite having other restaurants in the hotel. There aren't any restaurants in the area, but you can walk straight over to the mall where there is a Hard Rock Cafe. Most stores are closed down. The pool didn't have enough chairs for us to go during the day.

The staff was generally cordial and friendly.

The check-in process is a hassle. They strictly start checking in at 3:00 PM, and we have to wait after that time. It can easily take over an hour.

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff is friendly. However, getting an answer for room service over the phone can be a bit frustrating. They often hang up on us.

The breakfast is decent, with several options and two egg cooking stations. That’s a nice touch.

One issue we encountered was the humidity. Sometimes, you can feel the smell in the elevator hall. They’ve installed a few deshumidifiers, but it’s still noticeable.

Asked for another room it was better, but the same issue a day later, the smell.
I was also told by housekeeping they do not mop. Housekeeping was poor, there's just so much to list. Well not be same here again.

Loved this hotel! In a great location. Beautiful staff! Super friendly helpful. Only thing they need some upgrades to rooms. My toilet both got stopped up. I didn’t even use them much. The door to my balcony wasn’t secure. The part where it attaches was coming off. The rooms aren’t soundproof like it states but it’s not loud like most other places . My biggest issue was with breakfast. As a person who doesn’t eat pork nor beef. They need to do much much much better with labeling the food. Rather its Spanish or English everything needs to be labeled. How would a person know what they’re eating without labels. The labels they did have were not correct all the time. Thats a hazard too for those with allergies. The food I did have was amazing though. The fresh fruit superb. Thats literally all. Very minor adjustments

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Megapolis! I will be back. The staff was very friendly and helpful from beginning to end. I would like to give a special thank you to Antany at the Front Desk. He was AMAZING! We had language barriers but he still was helpful and didn’t get upset. So professional and attentive. We had an issue with our front entrance lights being out upon arrival. We let him know and when we returned later that evening the issue was resolved. The hotel itself smells like Heaven when you walk in! The rooms were clean, we had a spectacular view of the city from the 18th floor. I was super impressed and so happy to wake to that view my entire stay. The hotel provides enough entertainment and food options if you wanted to do a staycation as well. They have multiple bars and restaurants and activities going on. Panama itself has been added to my favorite list of places to visit in addition to my stay here. I’m a Christmas baby and was traveling for my birthday. They do Christmas right in Panama and at the hotel. The hotel is also attached to the outlets if you want to do light shopping. But if you want more high end shopping go to Allbrook Mall. I’m planning on returning again next year for my birthday and will be staying at Megapolis again, I cannot wait!

Suhail Concierge + Gent at ommelette statiin were excellent. Front Desk staff was rude, arrogant, not a care at anytime, from check in that we waited for 2.5 hours in line. Check out was the worst ever with the Agent Yatzuani and the Supervisor Evelin, they need a Customer Servicr Training ASAP, the Supervisor comes on shift while we had a challenge from 6AM at check out, not even good morning, report will follow!

I enjoyed the stay, this was my second time.
*Check-in process get there early if not you'll be standing in there for at least half an hour,* is a $100 deposit per day which is withdrawn automatic unfortunately. The Room was comfortable, clean, For Breakfast get there early ,not only you would have to wait for elevators being so croud, breakfast table, long lines to eat. But Everything else was perfect , dining options, there or at the mall that is conected by a bridge. the pool after a long day. We stayed for 2 nights then went somewhere else for more trips

Check in was horrible. First 1 person could not enter the room with the key. Second time he could enter the room but that one was occupied. You can imagine our surprise. Almost all bills in the restaurant had at least one mistake. Finally on the last day the night lock broke and fell on the ground. The front door could not close so we had to request another room
