Air conditioner in the room made a high pitch noise.

Everything was great, except the ice machine was really loud right by our room. Don’t get a room by the ice machine.

Grayson was great during check in … addressed my room issues immediately…
Tonja
Very comfortable. The staff was super friendly and everything was very clean
Christine
The AC unit in my room was very loud when it cut in and out as it interfered with my sleep. I tried to watch Netflix and the connection was poor and gave an error message that the tv was not connected to the internet. It was hard to press down the toilet handle. The door handle should be less piercing in the hand when you open it.
Anthony
Got there after 10 pm my room wasn’t clean had to wait for my room that time of night I just wanted to get n my bed and go to sleep the staff was overly nice and it wasn’t just me it was a line of guess wait for there room I was totally disappointed

There was no complementry breakfast and no coffee pot in the lobby. The desk clerk was not at the desk. You have to knock on the desk and yell to get the desk clerk to come out of where she was hiding.

Just stopped for the night. Very convenient and safe
Rhonda
Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff but we found nail clippings and cereal crumbs in the bed so I think the place is not cleaned thoroughly and not checked by mgmt
Also we couldn’t get the room we reserved bc it wasn’t cleaned that day and instead got another room that only appeared clean on the surface

The property looks good, and our room was okay but not clean. There were a pair of dirty socks and a napkin by the bed, and the areas around the TV, door handle, and glass table were dirty, as if something had been spilled and left to dry.
sarah
Person who checked me in was extremely nice and helpful
latonya
I heard EVERYTHING from next door. The walls were very thin. I did not rest/sleep at all….wasted stop.
Matt
It had a great lobby and work area to sit on your computer etc. Nice atmosphere. Would be nice to have some gratis snacks or cookies for hotel staying patrons. Otherwise a nice overall hotel.
MAXINE
It was a great place to stay, and all of the Staff were professional and friendly.
Jaimi
Disappointed stay.
There was only one staff member in the lobby when we checked in. When he checked us in didn’t talk to us at all. I told him my name and he said “card for incidentals” and then handed me 2 room keys with the room number on it, that was the extent of the interactions.
There wasn’t any coffee or water in the lobby as the hotel description said. When I asked about it I was told I could buy some from the Starbucks counter, that happened to be unstaffed. The room was average, it was clean but not particularly special. When we checked out the next morning we went down to find the “made to order breakfast” and found nothing. So I’m not sure what that was all about. Overall I was pretty disappointed.

A run down property. Staff not available upon check-out.
jayma
Standard for a Courtyard. Clean, comfortable, and well managed. Definitely will stay again
LISA
The property was clean and staff was very helpful.
Amy
Our air conditioner was leaking water in the carpet. Other than that, it was good. Enjoyed having an outside space to sit in the evening.
Cory
Not a great stay
Had booked a King room for my wife and myself. Upon arrival it took 10 minutes to find someone to work the front desk and check us in. The receptionist told us they were having computer issues and had to go check if they had a room, she ended up putting us in a double queen room that she had to go make sure was clean and ready for use. She gave us a coupon for free breakfast so the next morning came and again, we had to search and wait to find someone working the breakfast bar to place our order.
Upon talking with other guests who had the same issues we learned that they had bedbugs in their beds and had to change rooms.

Upon arrival, there was nobody at the front desk. There was a long wait before anyone arrived (10+minutes). The first gentleman in line was there to collect towels and toiletries. He’d been there for 3 days, requesting towels, soap, and toilet paper each day, and the staff had yet to able.
While in line, I watched the woman working the bistro shut down the restaurant and bar , on Friday night, before 8:00. She was very annoyed when she announced to us that she had worked all day and had had enough. I had planned to have a snack and a cocktail there, but that plan was thwarted.
Finally, the line cleared and I was checked into my room. When we opened the door we were greeted with high temperatures as the hvac unit was set to heat. The couch had the giant stain that’s in the attached photo. The bathroom, especially the shower, was dirty. There was supposed to be body wash, shampoo, and conditioner on the wall in the shower. All 3 were completely empty. Additional shampoo and conditioner dispensers were located across the bathroom, but had not been installed. There was not any body wash.
We set the air conditioner to cool with a constant fan. It turned off multiple times during the night, resulting in a temperature fluctuation in the room that constantly woke us both up.
I hate this hotel so much that I cannot describe. I am very easily satisfied by meager accommodations. I just need a cool room, a comfortable bed, clean conditions, hot water, reasonable service and soap.

The staff / manager were great . However , our first room was missing standard room item (phone) and the 6 pillows had no pillowcases. The manager onsite was excellent and quickly moved us to another room and made sure all was well. Property is nice but lots of dust
Hazel
Overall property is great except not so friendly front desk staff and hard beds. Other than that, remaining staff was very friendly and the hotel is very clean in a safe location.
robin
The hotel was overbooked and instead of a room with 2 queen beds we were offered a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. Also the sofa bed didn’t have a sheet or blankets. We had to get those at the front desk. The positive was that the person at the front desk was awesome.
Lisa
This wad the worse Court yard property that i stayed at. Will not stay there ever
William
The temperature throughout the hotel was 65F. I don't think the bathroom floor was moped. There was sand in the bed. Makes me think that the sheets were not changed since the last guest.

Hotel was clean with friendly staff. I had to ask multiple times for any services I needed. Ex: fresh linen, help with internet tv that apparently didn’t work throughout the entire hotel.

Wow..this is a Courtyard?
Very nice hotel, surprising actually. Loved the layout of the room, very visually appealing outside, great amenities, and the whole place had a pleasant aroma.
Linda
No trash bag in main room only restroom. Only one packet of coffee creamer with two people booked. The creamer provided is horrible. The laundry bag (plastic bag normally in the closet) was missing. And when I asked about printing when I arrived, the gentleman suggested I do it in the morning instead of taking care of it then.

Will stay here again.

The property was great! Its central location was extremely close to Auburn University and surrounding areas which made it easy to navigate while there for a graduation. Would definitely stay here again.

It was very clean and friendly, we just had to walk down to the front desk several times because things were missing in the room. Just an inconvenience and lots of walking. I will stay there again!

I woke up to a face full of bumps., not sure if it was bed bugs or a reaction from something else. Hair in the bathroom, inside the tub and sink. Hallways weren’t well vacuumed
James
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The shower soap dispenser was empty and the coffee machine was missing a part. The staff is wonderful so I would stay there again.

Our one night stay began with the inability to enter the room assigned to us. Our room keys didn't work. The maintenance employee was nearby and offered to open our door using his master key. Didn’t work. So we proceeded to return to the lobby from the 3rd floor for a new set of keys. They changed our room to another 3rd floor room and once again the keys didn’t work for us or the maintenance employee. At this point after driving for several hours, frustrated with room keys not working we asked for a room on the first floor. The room was clean. The advertisement said breakfast included. The breakfast area was being renovated so no breakfast. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Coffee wasn't being put out in the food area until 6:30am. I didn't like the powder creamer in the packets in the room so I didn’t drink coffee in the room. Bucee's
was close by so we went there for coffee, breakfast, etc. Staff was a bit put out by the room key issues but they managed to be polite. No microwave in the room. I will not stay here again.

Great friendly staff. The downside was since it was close to Christmas and not many people there, the restaurant on-site was closed.

Very clean and great looking facility but I picked this hotel specifically for the advertised bistro for breakfast and coffee drinks for the morning and it was all closed down until further notice without informing us at booking or before check in. No alternative for breakfast offered and no discount even though part of their offerings were no longer available.
