Outside is clean and well lit. Room REEKED of mildew. Overpowering mildew smell. Not super clean.
Alan
The young lady that helped me check in, was extremely friendly. In a safe area and there was food options around.
David
Stay only if you have to and don't need breakfast. Not worth it.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay. First I m told that I need to pay a $200 deposit in cash . I was prepared to pay with a debit card but they only take a cash deposit. So I drove to a nearby bank and withdrew $200 and paid the deposit in cash . After my stay and my cash deposit is returned and a $200 charge is posted to my debit card ! I call the hotel and I am told it will drop off in a few days. So cash deposit on top of a debit deposit ? I will update this review to let other know if the hotel returns the deposit like they said they would . Stay elsewhere !
Catherine
Room was clean, property seemed safe.
Lauren
I had a positive experience. The check-in process was easy, and the room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Parking was convenient right next to the building. Breakfast included cereals, bagels, fruit and self-serve waffles.
Becky
The bed was comfortable but that’s the only thing I can say that was good about this hotel. The room smelled so musty, even after spraying everything with Febreze, that I almost couldn’t sleep but I was too tired to find another hotel. I also found two spiders in the room and I don’t love sleeping with spiders.
April
This is obviously not a hotel you’d choose for a long stay or a luxurious vacation. It is a stopover. All I needed was a cheap stopover, so I was satisfied. As a female traveling with my daughter, I felt safe in the area. The room was run-of-the-mill but clean. The breakfast included waffles, grits/oatmeal packets, yogurt cups, pastries, and cereal.
Brenda
I did not like that when I first sat on the toilet it was very low and there weren't any bars to help me to ease the strain on my knees. Second issue for me was the breakfast, the choices weren't what I had in mind. But since I needed something to take with medication I chose Froot Loops cereals without the milk and upon the first bite I found they were on the stale side and ended up throwing the rest in the trash. I did appreciate that at least it was neat and clean for the most part.
John
This place is what it is. It is a place to do your three S's. Nothing fancy. It was clean with hard surfaced floors and the shower had good water pressure. If you are with someone who is impressed by the room, question your life choices. I will say for what it is or isnt, they kept the grounds clean. One thing to note, we were on the end of the building and they have a smoking area at that spot. We had lurkers ripping heaters outside our room. No pool. Wear shoes in the room, there were a few curlies spotted. Auburn is a nice place. Dont tell Libs or Yankees about it, they will destroy it with woke leftist BS!!!
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

The motel sits back off the road. It is quiet and has everything we needed for one night. The breakfast was simple. Coffee could be better.
Joyce
Loved the outdoor gazebo with lights at night. The room was very clean and comfortable!
Sarah
This was my last stay in a series of stays cross-country and back and this is by far the best motel and not just in comparison to my others - this hotel is spot on. In fact I left my pillow and my blankets in the car and slept on the bed under the covers with their pillows. I didn't feel like I had to clean anything first - I felt comfortable just putting all my stuff right on the countertop and such. The room was very spacious, The room was nice and cool when I first walked in; they had it already for me and the staff was phenomenal!
Tom
Clean and friendly, but lousy continental (waffle maker, sweet rolls) breakfast.
louis
Nice place. Obviously not a Hilton, but it looks recently remodeled. The people were nice and actually called me when my wife left her pillow there. We'll be back
Joe
Staff was great,
Room was very comfortable. The only drawback was my room floor never saw a mop, the bottom of my feet were filthy as well as my socks.

Our stay was excellent! Room was very clean, staff was helpful. Forgot about the breakfast, had a luncheon to go to, but saw the room where it was supposed to be, was very nice. If we ever need another a place to stay, it will be there! 5 Star!!
Melissa
The property was well maintained, but the layout (outside doors for each room) and some of the other clientele made me feel unsafe
Crystal
Parking good, safe, enjoyed breakfast
Leslie
We were in Auburn for my daughter's graduation. At first, when we booked I was little hesitant but the room was really clean and the room/motel was just fine for us. The staff was very nice. I didn't really have breakfast...only coffee but it looked decent. Thanks.
Amy
I will return. The staff were pleasant. I felt safe.
Reuben
old property but great service very clean breakfast very good. excellent particularly considering price. no elevator so if stairs are an issue make sure you get ground room. best thing was staff. it was as good as chick filet which is high praise!
karyn
Clean, nice staff.
Padraic
Room was clean. However, when the door was closed, there was a gap around the whole door. Breakfast was poor
Joseph
a bit off interstates but in a safe, quiet, nice area with plenty of restaurants. hotel is in good condition. breakfast has good waffle maker for only hot food but limited other options. good value
Patience
Limited inexpensive hotels to stay at in Auburn so you can end up staying in okay to poor hotels. This Quality Inn is actually a motel. Floors have been updated & bed is fine but other things in room aren’t updated. Breakfast is mainly breads. Was fine for one night. If have a choice, won’t stay here again.
Shiro

We enjoyed our stay and the woman at the desk was so awesome

Room was very hot, the AC would only run for a little while. The bed was terrible, even my granddaughter who is 6 could not sleep.
Breakfast was good and the staff were all very nice. The room and common areas were clean

CHARLES
Old school building with room doors on the exterior. Room had a slight musty smell. The entry door did not fit in the opening and let light and noise in all the way around it. We could clearly hear people talking outside in the parking lot. The iron leaked water when I tried pressing my pants. The room was clean but a little on the small side and the bed was comfortable. The desk staff were great. The building is tired and no amount of paint and wall coverings will fix that.
Joshua
Easy parking! Great staff. Clean rooms!
Nina
The check in and check out was great. Staff is very good. Had breakfast....waffles, fruit, yogurt, juice, milk. Not bad. Parking available right in front of room which was a plus as my mom uses a walker/cane. Overall great stay. This was the second time I've stayed here and was pleased both times.
Theodore
Our reservation was for two nights. Our bed was not made fir the secind night was tge room cleaned and towels refurbished.
James
A real find at a good price. Clean quiet rooms and a parking space at your door. No need to push a cart like the homeless.

Most disgusting place ever. Filthy, a
understatement… beware!!! Sooo gross
I got a infection / rash my dr said was from dirty
Towels/ sheets. Place should be condemned..
They should pay me back for the days I sling with my husband loss sleep
And suffered rash and eye issues.. besides the loud noises - it like staying at the “Bates Motel”
Please.. please… never stay here..

Great hotel to stay as it is back away from the road and thus us quiet. It is well maintained.
Shane
Clean, friendly staff
Ronnell
WiFi was terrible. Nice room but not 250 bucks a night nice. Had no snacks, drinks, or essentials on sight.
Clinton
The room was clean and the people at the front desk were very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.
Judy
Appeared safe
Linda
Room smelled strongly of chlorine. We stayed two nights and were asked if we wanted service the day after check in - we said yes, but it never happened. Stayed here for game weekend as options were limited. It is definitely a motel, not a hotel. Bed was very comfortable, though.
Lachelsea K
The wall was caving
Bill
Good location for game day. Very clean and neat. Bus transportation to games located across the street.
Willmer
Good room. Quiet area. Price worthy.
Michael
The breakfast was extremely limited, with only baked goods, waffles, and cereal. No hot food in the breakfast. Other than that, was a great, clean place.
Robin
Updated and comfortable
I was delighted with my stay! The hotel is clean and seems to be recently updated, which was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
Timothy
Lobby has strong odor of cleaning fluid.
Leann
Liked it was close enough to the university but overall cleanliness was not up to par. This hotel needs a major face lift. Also there was people smoking marinuana in the room next to us that drifted into our room. Not a great place to vacation with a 5 year old. We will not be returning.
Jason
The staff was awesome, room was clean, and they let us check in our room early so we could get over to the football stadium!
William
Met basic needs. Convenient location to AU campus.
Met basic expectations. High-priced but it was game day in Auburn and accommodations were accordingly at a premium. Kudos to the staff for letting me check in early (9:30 a.m.) Mildewy smell that dissipated after a few hours. Mattress.too firm. Only 3 miles from AU campus. Quiet location.
Angela
Nice workers and clean rooms. Good for the price!
Janelle
Nothing fancy, but clean and the bed was comfortable.

A budget motel (not hotel)
A disappointing stay to wrap up our trip. We reserved two rooms, and each had a distinct smell, one of which was overpowering to my asthmatic daughter. That one room seemed to have the heat on in summertime didn’t help.
(Also, QI models vary - but this is a motel, not a hotel as the app suggests: Doors on outside, no carpeting, two stories, etc. Not a bad thing, but just know what you’re getting)

I really enjoyed my stay here. Checking in was quick and easy. The room has all the basic amenities that come with most hotels. The mall is just across the street, there's plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. Overall, a nice establishment.

Won’t Be Back
I won’t be returning to this hotel again! The blatant discrimination that took place was crazy! Just because of the address on my license, I had to pay a $200 cash deposit. I hardly ever carry that much cash & the room was barely $100 a night. RIDICULOUS. Nowhere on the site does it mention this, and I was shocked the front desk lady even told me that, because that is an awful look on their part. BUYER BEWARE! And make sure you have a bundle of cash if you stay here

Disappointed
Breakfast was listed as open until 930 on one website and 10 on another. It was cleared by 9...on Sunday.

The staff was courteous. The room was clean. However, I couldn’t wrap my mind around placing the coffee/tea bar in the bathroom! It was on the sink, next to the shower. Other than that, it was OK.
Meredith
Smelly and hair in the bathroom.
Gladys
The room is spacious and comfortable. Bed is amazing. The bathroom is needing a remodeling and pretty small. The door to the room is outside the building and it doesn’t felt sturdy. Staff is very nice and attentive. Breakfast is good and there’s enough space.

Staff was amazing and super helpful!

Staff was accommodating. I accidentally booked a king, and the staff readily changed me to a double.

Rooms and breakfast
Great quiet place to stay near everything in town. Continental breakfast is not the greatest. AC in the rooms can be loud at night. Rooms were clean with a comfortable bed. Shower water pressure is low. Toilets are low to the ground. Would come back for another stay.

The online ad said located behind Red Lobster. Didn’t mention Red Lobster has been closed for sometime now.

Water would not drain in the shower so you basically had to stand in dirty water as you shower. I checked out early because of this.
Fran
Although I didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel as I was affending a function at tthe Unuversity of Alabama, I found the facilities clean and efficient.
Sara
Perfect location that was quiet and safe. Staff was absolutely wonderful
SAMUEL
Breakfast was a little light compared to others I have had.

Second time staying at this hotel, and it did not disappoint. Super clean and convenient location, you can tell they keep the property as best as possible even outside the rooms are washed and clean. I love it. will definitely stay here again.
Lynn A
Nice parking, felt safe. Very quite.
Sandy
Really nice people!
Victoria
The hotel and customer service was terrible and ill never stay their again. It was false advertisement about the breakfast and I definitely wasted my money. This was a lesson learned.
Kwang
The facility was good but it was noisy upstairs at night
Emberly
This was my second time staying here. It was very comfortable the room was clean, and there weren’t any fixtures that didn’t work. This was better than my first stay. During my first stay, the floor was dirty and I had to always wear sandals throughout the hotel room. This room was much better!
