My favorite place to stay in Auburn! Staff is excellent and always friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice and the Nespresso machine is a plus in the morning! War Eagle!
Erin
This is a beautiful hotel that smells lovely when you walk in the door and the staff was very friendly. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Always stay there. Great staff always clean pets

We absolutely enjoyed our stay - we made the last-minute decision to get a club level room and felt the upgrade was completely worth it and would do it again. If it’s your first time visiting Auburn, it has an excellent location and is walkable to downtown and all of campus. Breakfast was delicious and worth the cost of the upgrade alone.

We had multiple problems with this stay 1. They do not serve coffee after 4 pm. We have never heard of such rule before!
2. Our reservation was confused which cause some confusion in our stay.
3. The room keys failed and we had to get new ones.
4. We became locked out of our room because the the inside door lock became locked when the door closed and maintenance person had to be called which resulted in us standing outside of our room until he finally ( after 3 visits ) disabled the inside lock completely.
Very poor two night stay.
Staff with exception of the restaurant greeter were very friendly and pleasant helpers.
Thx for your attention.

I love everything about this hotel… my friend and I were seeing an evening show at the Gogue theater and wanted to go out and get drinks later (maybe listen to some jazz at the Piccolo) and didn’t want to have to get back in the road to Montgomery. We were walking distance to fabulous venues outside of the already wonderful restaurant and bar and jazz club right in the hotel! Our night stay was so comfortable and breakfast the next morning at the hotel restaurant the Ariccia was divine!! Then we spent the rest of the late morning and afternoon at the spa at the Laurel!! From the valet drivers to the wonderful staff that greeted us to the snacks on the executive floor we had a splendid time!! I felt like we had a vacation and just 50 miles up the road!!!
Milton

I have stayed in 5-star hotels all over the world. This hotel in little ole Auburn matches any hotel I have stayed in. Every time I stay there, I am amazed that this wonderful place is in the middle of Alabama. It is a fantastic experience.

Our stay at the Hotel at Auburn University was the best we could have asked for. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and our experience was very pleasant. We were especially pleased with our room and the restaurant downstairs, Ariccia Cucina Italiana. We will definitely return in the future!

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everything about it is excellent.
Rebecca
Great staff and a beautiful property
David
The hotel is very nice, and the staff is friendly and professional. However, during our visit:
1. The swimming pool was filthy/nasty and had obviously not been cleaned in a while.
2. The TV in our room did not work.
3. The phone in our room did not work.
4. The air conditioning cycled on and off constantly and was VERY loud.
On the bright side:
1. The valet guys were very nice.
2. The location of the hotel is great.
3. Other than the issues with the pool and our particular room, the hotel was very nice.

The hotel was what I expected for the price. No disappointments there. The bar, on the other hand was a totally different story. I was there with three other couples for a medical school graduation for two of our children. My wife’s ex-husband and wife made it to the bar and so did the brides family. The bartender would not let me open a tab for me and my wife and said they could only accommodate two tabs per table. I wasn’t even sitting at an adjacent table. I went to the bar and she acted like it would be a problem for me to pay cash there. She asked if I wanted a glass or the bottle for the beer and I said a glass so she handed me the bottle of beer and the glass. I took my wife drink and my glass and beer to the table when I poured the beer in my glass she came by about three minutes later gave me a mean look and just took the empty bottle. Complain to the manager on duty and she never really even apologized. I know this could sound like sour grapes, but it’s not. It was already an awkward situation for me and there was no way I was going to ask my wife’s ex-husband or the parents of the bride to pay for my drinks. The manager told me I should’ve done that and then just Venmo them the money. I work in customer service and this is so extremelyUnacceptable.

We loved staying here. The staff was professional. It was wonderful being greeted upon arrival and having the valet service. The rooms were very clean and nice. The restaurant was wonderful!! We really enjoyed the ambiance. The location is also perfect!! We enjoyed going for an early morning walk around campus!

My wife and I loved this hotel. We were in Auburn to watch Texas play Auburn in baseball and the location was perfect - across the street from Auburn University and walking distance to the baseball stadium. On the expensive side, but was worth it!

Amanda
Room was perfect for 2 people who like to watch different TV stations, separate bathrooms, Best was comfortable beds and complimentary beverages and snacks on the floor where you stayed. Restaurant food was very good! I would choose to stay here if this hotel was in other cities.
Kevin
Awesome breakfast at Ariccia. Executive Lounge was a huge plus as well. Truly enjoyed our stay.
James
Great location for visiting the University.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Food was good. Great restaurants nearby.
The room had a few shortcomings which were not expected in a high quality hotel eg. the pillows, bathroom layout and bathtub, clothing storage, sound from a neighboring room.
We didn’t utilize the pool or other amenities because we were there to see the campus.
On balance the hotel was acceptable although we would probably not stay there again if there were other options.
