Kayla
The room was nice and clean. Typical hotel room really. I did notice that it was pretty big for a standard hotel room which gave me a lot of room. That was appreciated. Unfortunately, my air quit working the first night. I told front desk and they had someone there fixing it within 20 minutes. I didn't have issues at all after that. The breakfast was awesome. Always hot and stocked well. (The grits were my favorite!!)
The only thing that I think I could complain about is that it's not super well noise insulated. I heard every time the person above me walked around. Nothing the staff can really do about that, but I think it's just building design.
Added comment: a place to get water would be nice (like a water bottle filling station).

Staff was very helpful and polite. Some parts of the hotel felt a little outdated but I’d definitely stay there again.
Keith
Breakfast was best I ever had at comparable accommodations.

Staff was amazing, elevator was a little slow.
Lauren
Upon arrival, the overwhemling fragrance in the lobby was very distracting. Check in went smooth. The room was very damp and it seemed the AC wall unit had not been cleaned or serviced (mold present). Quality of sleep was horrible due to the temperature not regulated, overall smell of the room was bothersome. A two night stay with minimal sleep after very long days in sessions at the AUBURN campus. Side note - if you was not in line for breakfast at 6:30 the meat protein item of the day wasn't available before having to leave to begin the day. This location filled the purpose only by being a few close miles from campus. As a frequent Auburn guest the next several dates of travel will fall on a \"football\" weekend. The nightly rate multiplies 5×. $850 for a Friday night stay.
Tonya
Room was OK. Could have been cleaner. Hair in the bed. Roach on the floor.
Jason
Staff was very friendly especially front desk when I checked in (he let me check in early) and the Breakfast staff person.
The negatives were the AC seemed to have a lose screw in it and rattled quite a bit.
Also the fire alarm went off at 2:36 am and it appeared to be something that happened in the lobby. Fire truck came in about 20 mins later and let us in around 3:20 am. I have a hard enough time getting to sleep in a hotel. To have it interrupted with no real explanation is extremely disappointing.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast and pool were great. Only issue was the tub was very worn or stained but the water pressure was fantastic!

We were so happy with our stay for our son's graduation at Auburn. Our rooms were ready on time, the breakfast was hot, delicious, and prepared by a gracious host. All around, I would highly recommend it for folks visiting Auburn University, it's so close to the school.

My stay was quite excellent. I would like to report that the hallway air conditioning on the 2nd floor didn’t cool as well as the rest of the building.

Tia

Lila
Room was spotless, staff attentive to replacing used towels. The coffee machine grinding beans was impressive; the cocoa was a welcome treat. Breakfast options were great. The pancake machine was broken both days we were there. Our bath/shower did not drain well. Thank you for a pleasant stay!
Mary
Staff was nice
Michelle
Staff, cleanliness, breakfast, everything. This is why we stay here every time we visit Auburn!
Kristina
Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Nice rooms
Gilad
Room was nice and breakfast good. Bathtub was peeling on the edge
Jared
Bathroom was dirty, shower had yellow stains.
The blinds were off track and in poor condition.
The muffins for breakfast was wrapped in a wrap and had an odd smell. Both the blueberry muffin and banana nut tasted the same as each other and it tasted like the wrap.

Judy
What a great stay. From the time I checked in to the interactions as I came & went every single person I met over the 4 days I was there greeted me with a genuinely warm smile and asked if there was anything they could do for me. I don’t know why I’ve always been such a fan of the holiday in but this is just another reason why. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had. They are currently updating the property which is nice to know because it does need it & I will be back in the area again.
Caryn
On our last day there housekeeping was only getting to cleaning the rooms late in the day. We had just come back and were trying to shower and I asked them to come back in a little bit. I was able to get a few fresh towels but they never got back to us. Let the front desk employee know and he had come by to ask if they had come to clean the bathroom and I told him no. At that point it was after 7pm and we had to leave the hotel at 100am for a flight and we’re going to bed. I was not really happy about that.
Warfield
Good, clean property
AMY
Great stay and convenient to Auburn. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. AC was very loud. Wish there was a fan in the bath. Other than at good stay.
Corinn
The manager of this property is deceptive and rude. The bathroom was DISGUSTING!!! Breakfast was minimal, and the pancake machine was broken. Only good thing, surprisingly, was the coffee. Travel to Auburn quite often and will NEVER stay here again!
Rich
There is a reason why I stay here EVERY time I drop off, pickup or visit my daughter at AU. Excellent service, comfortable rooms and a pretty good breakfast.
Patricia
Great manager but her team is slacking. Tub stopped up. Housekeeping should have seem this and report dnsi it was fixed before my husband was knee deep in water that wouldn't drain. Not as clean as it should be and breakfast burned. Breakfast attendant used to be nice. Now she has an attitude.
William
Water pressure in the shower was great. Beds were extremely comfortable and loved having 4 pillows to each queen bed. AC was great and easily managed. Wife loved the access to fresh ground coffee 24/7. Staff was very friendly and professional.
Paul
Great location, close to Interstate and close to plenty of restaurants nearby around campus…staff was awesome
Jason
Property is located in a good location near Wal Mart and several restaurants. It does have a small pool with very little shade. The room was laid out ok but had a musty smell, probably because the A/C fan was running on high. The A/C temp read low on the unit. We had to turn it down pretty low to be comfortable. The king bed was a standard hard hotel bed. We left before breakfast was ready. All in all, good location and decent price.
Charlotte
Clean, well maintained
Ted
Hotel was in a good location near our visit area. Air conditioner was very loud during the night while trying to sleep. When the compresser came on it made a loud roaring noise.
Matthew
Bathroom was small but the room was clean and comfortable
Richard
The room was hot in the AC wouldn't work properly. The pillows were not soft, therefore getting sleep for me and my significant other was difficult.
Stephanie
Great location, five min to campus. Comfortable and quiet inside. Beds were awesome and the shower water pressure was fantastic. Lots of small touches that made this a really nice stay.
Sheshonee

Hairy stay
The staff was friendly. The elevator needs some tlc. My room was clean for the most part but there was hair all over the place in the bathroom. Not sure why staff did not clean the bathroom better. I didn’t eat breakfast so can’t comment. Good stay.
Amanda
Needs some updating. My child was sad the pool wasn’t working. Air conditioner is very loud and kept us up. Beds were comfy, room was clean, breakfast was good and staff was kind.
Jennifer
Good night's sleep!
Comfortable bed, we all slept really well. The shower had great water pressure, nice and hot. The breakfast is not at the level of other comparable hotels, but the staff was excellent.
