This is a great property located across the street from Auburn University. The decor was super cute, all sports-themed in Auburn colors. The bed was very comfortable. All of the staff was so friendly. We appreciated having access to the valet and it was easy to get our car whenever we needed it, which wasn’t often because we could walk to everything. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel with super nice staff. Had an issue with the AC and when Engineering couldn't solve it, the staff found us another room. The bed was super comfy and the decor was classic southern. The Graduate in Auburn is so charming and inviting! The decor is spirited and guests get a great sense of the friendly atmosphere surrounding Auburn University. The staff is top-notch, helpful and quick to serve from valet to front desk to the War Eagle Supper Club.
I arrived one night after an international soccer game was hosted and my son and I were visiting for freshman orientation (Camp War Eagle). I didn’t notice until I was in bed the first night but there was scattered popcorn and a bottle cap on the floor next to my son’s bed. Considering it was likely a wild night during hosting of the soccer match, as long as my bed and the bathroom were clean I wasn’t bothered but to be honest it wasn’t super clean in the room.
This would continue to be my first choice of place to stay near campus due to the fun feel.

I like the location of the Hotel and decor and design is nice. The valet is not always efficient for a business traveler who needs to access his vehicle. Rooms were nice and so far look maintained. Would be nice to have a small free coffee and pastry for breakfast included in the room rate each morning when I am on the move.

We were excited to stay here because of how iconic it is, unfortunately it’s starting to look tired. I know it’s hard to keep up a property especially in a college town. Hopefully, this summer they can take the time to give it a much needed facelift.

I was given a room with a very squeaky bed. It was so strange to have a bed like this bec this hotel isn't cheap. But the staff was nice enough to switch me to another room that was lovely. The coffee in the room is an instant packet, they really need to put a Nespresso machine in the rooms like the Museum 21 hotels have. Otherwise a very nice hotel. Close to everything; university, bars, main street.

There is only a small sandwich food place. No ice machines on each floor. You need to call and request ice and it took them more than 30 min. No water on the room not even for the coffee. The sheets were dirty. The valet parking they told me is a 7 min wait but it took them 40 min to get the car and by then my daughter tfar just have surgery miss her handicap gulf card to take her to her classes and finished up walking. I just can’t believe the price point for this hotel.

The decor is very well done. The Auburn colors and details are nice. However, the matress was terrible. It was very lumpy with impressions from where others slept. I even checked other reviews to make sure it wasn't just me that noticed the problem. The lighting in the bathroom is very dark. The shower is also extremely tight and small. I appreciated the close location to campus. However, I wouldn't stay here again because of the mattress issue - makes it difficult to have a nice night's sleep.

Beautiful hotel. Very kind staff. Some cleanliness issues in the room (long hairs on the shower wall, peeled off nail polish on the bench in the room). Also, the sink in the bathroom was mislabeled - hot as cold and cold as hot… that created a jumpscare or two as extremely hot water came out of the cold faucet. Lovely hotel overall though with really special touches to make it feel unique to Auburn.
