This wasn’t our first time staying here. We will continue to stay here when we are working in the Auburn area because the price is always very affordable and the rooms are always clean and smell nice. The ladies that check us in are always friendly and helpful and just sweet people. The air conditioning works pretty good until we get ready to sleep then it seems to not feel as cool. I’m menopausal so heck it might just be me. I don’t ever eat breakfast so I can’t say anything about that but I have had a cup of coffee and it’s not awful.

Really enjoyable stay. Location was perfect for our needs, Ms. Vickey & Ms. Teresa were delightful and most helpful. Highlight for me was the automatic pancake (not waffle) maker at breakfast! I've never seen one before. Rooms have been renovated. New flooring is very attractive and beds are especially comfortable. Overall, the positives outweigh any negatives.

Room was fine, it was pretty clean and had nice bedding. Could use a smart tv. Staff weren’t that friendly and weren’t very competent. Person I checked in with told me breakfast was from 6 to 9, went there at 8:20 and they had already closed. Talked to other staff member, said they always close at 8. Wouldn’t recommend people stay here unless they don’t care about service and just want a really cheap hotel.

For a $70 fee it would have been king of acceptable, but not for the fee of $363 that they charged me. If you are going to rise 500% the price, for room on the night of an event, at least give the place a deep clean and clean the floors on the doing; the sticky remote control didn’t change channels either, which was the less thing I really cared, the smell of humidity was king. Don’t be fooling people; we do a sacrifice to assist to our events, at least say that it’s a 1 or 2 stars, so we decide if we want to get throught with it or not.

The only positive thing about this hotel was the gentleman at the front desk. He was very attentive, professional, and friendly.

Unfortunately, the hotel itself was terrible. The overall condition of the property was unacceptable. The doors were rusty and deteriorated, giving the entire place a neglected appearance. The room was dirty, and the towels were stained and looked unclean, which raised serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness.

The only other positive aspect was that the beds were comfortable. Aside from that, the hotel was very disappointing and did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

The ladies in the office were amazing! They were so helpful and stayed busy cleaning in between helping guests. Our room had been renovated and was done well. The room was clean and smelled very nice when we came in. I didn’t need the soaps or anything but they were there if I needed them. There were the dispensers in the shower for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The air conditioning worked really well but the shower was the best! Hot water and enough water pressure to peel open your eyes that’s a good thing!

I was in and out in roughly 9 hours, but the staff were very pleasant and friendly. They checked me in quick and told me everything I needed to know. The room was older, but very clean. I really appreciate the fact that the AC was on and the room was already cooled. Everything was easy access and had exactly what I needed. I was very satisfied with my stay. I have stayed there multiple times on my road trips south and will definitely stay there again in the future. Thank you Auburn Lodge!

The first time I stayed here my room was perfect! Very clean and comfortable. This past weekend my room reeked of cigarette smoke and the bed made a terrible noise when you got in and out of it.

There was also a homeless man who had set up camp in the gazebo 1 night.

Before I saw my room I booked for another stay in the fall. I’ll give the place 1 more shot but if it the same I will not return.

I found multiple bugs in my room, I had booked for two nights in case I had to stay ( wasn’t sure how long I would be in town) but I didn’t end up needing to be there the next day so I left and just paid for the second day. At one point I opened my food that I had sitting under the tv and a roach ran across my pizza. 2 stars is being nice. I loved the front desk lady she was AMAZING but other than that I won’t stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel for more than 4 years off on as i found it to always be safe, clean, good location, as well as a friendly staff. My stay this time was from November 28-30th and as usual it was a quick friendly check-in, the room was clean, and as always i felt safe. Within an hour of me going in my room i see ROACH! I thought ok maybe it one that came in from outside. Well,it wasnt. During my stay i killed probably 25 plus roaches! Something i have never encountered at this hotel. I was going to check out and go to another hotel but due to the event i was there for (Iron Bowl) I knew that i wouldn't be able to find to stay for more than 100 miles out so i stayed. The 4 of us and the roaches. LOL! I did go to the front dest before i checked out and made the lady there aware of the situation aling with 2 housekeepers that was there with her. She said she would make the manager aware of it and it would be taken care of. I sure hope that it is bc i enjoy stayimg there and would love to stay there in the near future when i go to support my Auburn Tigers! With that being said,War Eagle and hopefully they will take care of this problem before it hurts their business!!!!

The staff is excellent. The beds were comfortable. However, the low rating is due to the smell of mildew in the room and the bugs encountered. We killed 5 small roaches. Most were on the floor but one was right by the bed on the table. The room was 350.00 a night. I think it's too much for the bug infestation. We will not return.

The hotel is ideally located for any and all stays associated with being in Auburn. There is a Waffle House right outside your door if you are on the interstate 85 side of the hotel which is massively convenient. There are a multitude of other restaurants within a short walk or drive that range in class and cuisines to support any traveling group or individual needs. The place is clean and not 'foofy' so you can relax, rest, or enjoy yourself at your discretion. The staff is friendly, helpful, and well informed about the status of anything and everything you may need. The wifi is sufficient for streaming if you bring your own device and I was able to work from my laptop worry free because it never lagged or disconnected me while i was there. I never heard a single noise from outside the room while indoors. The bed was comfortable and there was a desk chair and a nice sitting chair that allowed for multiple uses and comfort. I will definitely look here first for availability on my next trip to Auburn.

Basically clean except two of the towels. Building is SO old and you can hear the highway from the room. The water from the faucet was so loud it seemed like a train was coming down the tracks. Lobby was super dated. Think updated motel 6 that is only good if you’re totally out of options on a game weekend.

From an appearance perspective, the hotel was newly remodeled, and clean. Unfortunately, the previous tenant smoked marijuana in the room, and because it was a window AC unit, there was no getting rid of the smell, even after they sprayed spray. In addition, my husband killed a cockroach. Lastly, the mattress was very loud, and so was the toilet. I’ve never heard a toilet flush as loud as this one. For the price, it wasn’t worth the stay. If the price was 1/2 what it was, I could tolerate the other things for 1 night.

Location is easy to get to, price is good. Room was clean minus the comforter had dingy spots, bed super uncomfortable. Packing up to leave and a roach was under our clothes see picture below. Suggestions bring a fan walls are super thin not insulated you hear everything. Only other suggestion would beHK check comforters throughly, and better pillows instead of standard small pillows on a king bed try using king pillows.
