The worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed in. Pictures are not of the room. Maybe 20 years ago. No it water in shower. I would have never taken a bath here. The AC/heater didn’t even come on. At all. WiFi kept cutting out and telling me wrong password even though it accepted it multiple times before. Caulking was discolored and gross. Floor seemed to have a film over it. Either not cleaned or cleaned with dirty stuff. Will never ever stay again. Not recommended. My parents also rented separate room. Their AC/heat worked 2 of 3 nights. Took 10 minutes to get hot water to the shower. The rest of the room matched my description. Breakfast - they did have an area. They did have food. Nothing great but wasn’t awful. Just not impressed at all.

At first glance the room was ok. The entire building not bad. Get to our room and open it up and it’s definitely well used but still not bad. Go to the bathroom and you can tell the sink nor the shower had been clean in at least a couple weeks. The towels were dingy and stained like they were only washed in water no soap. The floors I will say were clean. Though hey it’s just a few hours we were super tired. We drove up to attend my son’s graduation from AU. Pulled back the sheets on Ohhhh Em Geeeee!!! Tell me why it was filled with dirt and some kind of cheesy chip or cracker crumbs. The sheets felt grimy. I was over it. When I told the guy at front desk he just looked at me and smiled. Like wth is funny that’s nasty. Disgusting!!! Do better for your paying guests!!!

Wasn’t told when breakfast was available, 1st room not cleaned(dirty sheets, stains everywhere and food still in the fridge) second room not much better stains and dirty everything sticky and gross noisy air conditioner. We were too exhausted to try to get a different room again. Staff didn’t seem happy when we arrived or wanting a clean room. Very disappointed and this had 800 good reviews! Was the reviews real?

The room was in bad need of some freshening up. The breakfast is a joke. Stale cereal and instant oatmeal. You get what you pay for. The bathtub had cracks in it, and the bed was not very comfortable. Staff was okay. The lady who checked us in was very nice but the guy that was there during checkout acted like we were bothering him.

Cons: Room was less than ideal for the price. It was dirty and in need of some maintenance. Broken glass under the bed, blood or other substance on the lamp shades, hand prints on the window, Luke warm water for showers, mold and mildew in the bath rooms.

I called one day prior to arrival to change my reservation and was assured it had been taken care of. Had I not paid attention during check-in, I would have been charged for the extra night. Then I get to the room, there are roaches...EVERYWHERE including in the bed and you can tell the staff does not focus on cleaning baseboards, the floor, lampshades, lamp bases, or outlet covers. Didn't leave extra rolls of toilet tissue and even the ironing board was dirty. Between the roaches and the dirt, the room was disgusting. Did I complain, no because they have to know that the condition of the room is the way it is and they obviously don't care. I was desperate to find a reasonably priced room on a very busy weekend and was left with no choice but to remain. I got what I paid for and now know why the room was probably so cheap. Overall, horrible experience and would recommend not booking for the roaches alone. Killed everyone I saw and left them on the floor for evidence. At least they cleaned them up. Gives new meaning to the term \"roach motel\".

We were given a room where the beds had not been changed. There were hair, dirt, grass, peanuts & stains on both beds. The refrigerator was dirty & the freezer had brown ice.
I requested a different room and was taken to a smoking room, which I declined, having severe allergies. He finally gave us a king, which I checked prior to moving my stuff there. None of the problems existed in this room. The staff was hard to hear through the glass. We had to check out early, so we didn’t get to eat breakfast.

I hate to leave a mostly negative review, but it really was very rough :c

The price was low, compared to other hotels in the area, which I knew made staying here a risk. I just needed a place to sleep. Didn’t need a whole bunch of amenities, and I didn’t want anything fancy. I went in with low expectations and needs. Just wanted bare necessities. Sadly, I found myself still regretting the stay, wishing I had just payed $30 extra for a nicer place nearby.

The room’s smell was so bad and I never became nose-blind to it. My bathroom was locked when I entered the room, which isn’t necessarily a big deal, but made me wonder if that means the bathroom wasn’t cleaned or was accidentally locked by a cleaner. The bathroom’s quality seemed ok though! Albeit, the water had a bit of a smell to it. Might be a quality of the area and not the fault of the hotel. The bed was springy and put pressure on certain points of my back. I could hear people shifting in their beds in the rooms next to me. Heard lots of banging from upstairs at around 3am. My room was right by the highway and the low sound-suppression meant I would hear every high-speed 18-wheeler zoom by, often waking me up. The interior of the room felt really oppressive to me, and I had really bad anxiety as a result.

The air-conditioning in my room was nice, and the tv has On-Demand which was super nice. I still managed to get enough sleep to safely drive the next day. Staff were super nice and helpful. Location was convenient.

We were very disappointed upon arrival to the property. The look of it was nothing like the picture depicted on Expedia’s website. We received the run around from the front desk concerning a cancellation and receiving a refund. Spokespersons for Expedia supported the front desk’s position. After much time and agony, we were offered $25 to a $100 on another hotel reservation on the future. Why?! I had to call Expedia twice to no resolve from the spokespersons. It was a nightmare.

This property is less than inviting from the parking lot to the check in process. We had our fingers crossed the room would be decent. NOT EVEN CLOSE to acceptable. We never took shoes off or showered. This room was filthy! What I’m hopefully assuming was good stick to walls, bathroom floors and walls looked worse than a service station, dust and mold in vents on ac system, water spots in bathroom. We’ve had to prepare ourselves for game day experiences at multiple facilities around the area so, we prepared ourselves for the worst. But, surprisingly this was not the worst place we’ve seen. So if you are looking for a quick place to sleep after a game and not looking for a 4 or 5 star facility, then we would recommend this place, especially last minute when everything is booked up. The young lady at the front desk as we checked in @ midnight after a night game was pleasant to deal with.

It was a decent place. Nothing either good or bad to say about it. For $120, it's about what you might expect. Everything was clean and in order. The only negative thing I could say is to tell housekeeping to dial back on the room 'air freshener'......it was a bit overwhelming when we first got there, but we turned on the fan and were gone for a few hours and when we came back, it was ok. We would stay there again.

This place is simply terrible. I’ve stayed in some low cost “budget” hotels before, but this one takes the cake. Very impersonal, rude staff, unclean room. The floors are wood laminate and our room was sticky. The comforter had three huge “greasy” spots right in the middle of the bed. Impossible for staff to miss. The chair in our room had good remnants on it. Shower curtain about to fall of the wall. It was pathetic! Thankful we brought bedroom slippers (in anticipation of potential problems). This was a last resort option for parents weekend in Auburn. Mark my words, we will NEVER set foot on this property again. BE WARNED! Oh, and I had to pay $289 per night. What a joke!

When I checked in it was nothing like the on site picture. It is a motel not a hotel it was 18 degrees and the dump had no heat. So I went back to the office and told her and she said that it was supposed to be fixed. Then I check my bank account and they put a 90.00 charge on my bill. I called back the next morning to ask and she said she would find out but it’s still no credit to my accounts and no phone call back to explain why they are still charging me when the room had no heat and snelled like a trash dumpster.it I paid extra for insurance so I still should not have been charged when it was impossible to stay there.

It Works For a Few Days

I needed a last minute place to stay and the price was in budget. This hotel needs many updates and there was mold in the bathtub, hairs all over the bathroom, toilet tissue covering up holes, and pieces of the wall coming off. I did not see any bugs as I read in previous reviews. The breakfast was pastries and a variety of oatmeal packets and juice. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

No knocking

Older motel but been remodel room i keep getting locked out my room so i had to change room keycard was acting up on door lock. The house keep just open door came in didnt knock

overall it was a basic stay, but the rate advertised said free breakfast, but they didn't have any. The bed was so small-full size and I was told it was a queen. My hubby and I barely fit on it. Mattress was no where near firm or supportive=tossed and turned most of the night. Will not stay here again. The bathroom tub grout had mold on it.
