Our family stayed here for 10 nights, and it exceeded our expectations from start to finish.

The location is just off the highway, yet the property is surprisingly quiet. We never heard traffic from our room. The parking lot and grounds were always clean and well maintained.

The staff truly made this stay exceptional. Every team member was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. It’s clear that General Manager Ryan has built a customer focused team that genuinely cares about the guest experience.

Our room was spotless, and the kitchenette was fully stocked with everything our family of four needed. The full size refrigerator and ability to cook meals whenever we wanted saved us a lot of money.

The Lending Locker was one of our favorite amenities. We borrowed a waffle maker for three days, and they also offer board games, books, movies, and other kitchen appliances at no cost. The free laundry, fitness center, and business center with a printer were all incredibly convenient during our stay.

Overall, this was one of the best extended stay experiences we’ve had. The combination of outstanding service, excellent amenities, clean rooms, and great value makes this property an easy 5 star recommendation. I’m honestly surprised its rating isn’t even higher. We would gladly stay here again.

Staff was not the greatest! … WiFi was slow.
The bathroom was in desperate need of a real scrub.
Dog friendly with a cost, fifty dollars each dog plus the cost of the room, makes it extremely expensive. There are other hotels on the area more upscale for the same price or even less, that are pet friendly but don’t charge extra.

I would not recommend this hotel. The room had bugs, which was unacceptable and made it feel dirty from the start. On top of that, the hallways and even the room smelled strongly of weed. It was not the professional or relaxing environment I expected when booking. Between the cleanliness issues and the overall atmosphere, I would advise looking elsewhere.

I needed to change rooms two time upon arrival due to bugs in the first room, and dirty comforters and bathroom in the second. The first two rooms smelled like mildew and my final room had an odd smell. I purchased an odor eliminator for my room which helped remove the smell. I needed my trash emptied so I left it outside of my room to make it easier for the cleaning staff and returned to my room to a note telling me to empty my own trash down the hall or outside. This is definitely poor customer service as customers should not be expected to empty their trash. The highlight of my stay was the front desk clerk, I believe his name was DK was very kind and accommodating. I appreciated that in such a typically frustrating situation.

This hotel was so bad. The room was filthy-really disgusting. Orange slime mild and black fuzzy mild in the grout in the shower, greasy dirt build up in the corners and in the wall trim, the hard floors were filthy and the carpet was stained. The metal surfaces were rusted, and one of the chairs looked like it had been shredded by an animal-cracked, peeling, and the metal screws poked through the seat. The curtains were stained, too. The A/C had a motion detected on/off system, so it went off in the middle of the night and the room got so hot and humid they I was up three times in the middle of the night to wave my hand in front of the motion detector. The room also smelled like dog. It was really awful-the worse room I have stayed in ever. It was also expensive because we were there for move-in at Auburn. It really is unscrupulous to charge that much money for the terrible amenities. I do have to say that the front seat staff was fine. Competent, efficient, and kind. I actually feel sorry for them having to work there. Either the cleaning staff is incompetent and management never checks the rooms, or they are intentionally not cleaning between customers and they do not care. Bare bones, no maid service unless you are there for seven days, and really worn, dirty rooms. I am thankful I travel with Lysol spray, Clorox wipes, and alcohol wipes. Even so we put garbage bags in the seats of the other beat up chair and the recliner to sit on. I wish I could submit pictures.

My room was on the 3rd floor and ac was not on in the hallway. The room had a strong smell of mold, fridge not connected, light fixtures rusted, carpet had wetness (needed to use my flip flops or shoes to walk around). Overall disappointed for the price range.

It's definitely just a place to lay your head at night if nothing else is available. First and final red flag for me was that I was able to check into my two rooms WITHOUT showing any ID. My room numbers were then read aloud for everyone to hear. Safety does not exist here. Their security sits in the corner on a couch with sunglasses on and feet up. They were vacuuming the hallways at 7:30am on a Sunday -- doors are not soundproof. I think this is enough for a review.

Asked for towels and the front desk gave us a trash bag and said we had to turn in the old towels versus coming to get the towels themselves. Asked to be moved but there were no rooms available for a family of 4. The manager tried to accommodate us as best as possible but the experience was a nightmare. Oh yeah, the room next door had weed smokers and yes it permeated through the walls.

I could not actually get anyone at Expedia on the phone or email (I believe this is by design). I was trying to cancel or get a credit for next year as this is generally a yearly trip. This has been one of the most expensive lessons I will learn. Expedia is an absolute racket and you should be ashamed of your business practices.
