Won’t stay here again. Thin sheets, damaged mattress, stained carpet, bent spoons, black hairs on bed, food remnants stuck under bench. Obviously not cleaned properly nor any pride taken in the presentation of the rooms. It’s robbery to charge $160 per night.

Upon booking the room we were given the price, when checking in we were told that the booking price is based on 2 people using 1 bed in a family room (there was 5 of us & we booked it with all 5 of us in the one room). We’d have to pay an additional $20 per person to use the other beds in our room, the air con barely worked, the bathroom smelt like bleach, bedding was absolutely uncomfortable when wanting to checkout & leave & get a refund for being there for an hour we were told no but we could use the other beds free of charge.
