Great location. Room needs a refurbish. Very clean, but rim of toilet needed cleaning. This is an easy area to forget to clean, but for thorough hygiene, the entire toilet needs to be cleaned. Other than this (which is easily fixed with proper training) my stay was excellent.

I really missed the parking system in this apartment when booking, but close to our trip I tried to communicate with the property by email. Unfortunately, nobody answered. So, we were in total dark before check in. Front desk was not helpful at all and again given wrong information about where to park. We stayed six nights and seven days including check in and out without any cleaning. There is a big question that how it's a serviced apartments??? Overall, we were not really enjoyed the property.

No space in front of the hotel to park your car for a convenient check in. Blinds in the bedroom were broken so the sunlight was impossible to keep out in the mornings. Had to wait over 10 minutes for an elevator to leave. Aircon fan was loose and rattling when it was switched on, couldnt hear the tv or sleep if it was turned on. The balcony was covered in spider webs and dust and the furniture on the blacony was rusty.

Great place to stay with kids, handy with Aldi next door, could cook dinner, or walk to local cafes and restaurants. 5-10min walk to free tram loop. Room Could use a bit of maintenance (marks on walls, basin sink cracked) but the location and facilities made up for it. Loved the Lap pool, huge gym, spa and sauna. If you’re after an affordable room in a great location, this is it!

Fantastic gym, pool, spa and sauna facilities. Beautiful tennis courts but were told they were booked out for everyday of our stay even though most of the time no one was playing. Bit disappointed. Bathroom had signs of mould but apartment overall clean. Aldi next door very handy and PT easily accesible near apartments. Serviced apartments but need to supply your own washing powder/dishwasher pods. Apartments not cleaned daily only when you leave. Good price. Big apartment. Comfy beds. Overall great accommodation. 👍

The locality was great. Very secure. Very close to Queen Victoria Markets and free tram that takes you to Southern Cross Station and Skybus. Aldi next door was so convenient and not far away is an IGA. The advertised cinema was a different concept from what I was expecting. Needed to ask for an iron, which reception staff brought up. Kitchen sink plug didn't hold water and towel rail needs securing to wall. These were minor issues. The advantages outweighed the disadvantages. Would be very happy to stay again

We arrived to the receptionist busy on the phone ,she didn't even look up to acknowledge us .
She checked us in but given us little information on how to use the key in the lift,other guests showed us how to use the lift .
Our room smelled very badly if smoke ,which we reported straight away.
Hannah was the lady that dealt with the complaint,she responded very quickly and offered us another or the cleaner to come and freshen the room , instead we asked for more towels,a hairdryer and and iron which she supplied to us
After that our stay was fine

Had a terrible experience here. Room had dirty tissues on the floor, used soap in the bathroom, used cups in the kitchen sink, and someone left their wallet and car key in the room and staff just left it there. Worse, during the night someone entered my room with a key, I yelled at them to get out and called reception about it and they had no idea who it could have been. So I didn’t sleep all night and felt very unsafe. Never again!!

Currently has loud road construction outside hotel. We had a two bedroom apartment. These apartments are small and have no / minimal drawers or cupboards to put your luggage. The bathrooms are also small with no where to put your bathroom necessities. The staff were lovely but I wouldn’t recommend staying here

The location was really good as its a short walk from the tram free zone.
Parking needed to be reserved earlier,which should have been mentioned.
Property condition was not great as dishwasher handle was broken (they gave us complimentary cleaning after they told me) and there was a small hole in the wall behind my bed which I feel should have been fixed.
Also 1 bedroom had no window or mode of aur circulation at all.
2 bedrooms had a common bathroom, which again should have been mentioned.

I probably wont stay in the same property again. There should be better options around.

A brief stay here for an early flight the next morning. Check-in was fairly easy and parking available upon request in a private car park close by.
The room itself was clean but needs some maintenance as alot of things in the bathroom there were a few issues with the light switch, toilet flush and sink tap was broken.
Bed seemed comfy and the room was spacious enough with a kitchenette, just no tea towel and we couldnt ask any staff available for one.

Excellent location - next to Aldi! Tram and Victoria market are only 5 minutes walk. CBD is only within 10mins walk.
Construction is going on in front of building. It can get noisy at night with rowdy party goers/ emergency services etc.
Apartment itself is clean and it gets serviced on the 5th day for our 10 day stay. Kids loved the swimming pool on the 7th floor. Friendly and helpful reception :)

Apartment showing wear and tear. Door lock is a bit dodgy. Check in was a bit slow. Location and amenities are fantastic however which is the main thing( although there are major construction work atm at the front so noise and access is an issue).Anything else is cosmetic which is not a big deal to me. Good thing that parking is available even if one has to pay extra.
Overall a pleasant experience. Will go back to stay again.

We enjoyed the location. When we arrived the receptionist wasn't very friendly and the office area looked very messy. I suppose that this didn't make a good impression. Outside the property, which is something that can't be avoided, construction work was going on.
The room itself was great, very clean and comfortable. We also made use of the pool, spa and tennis courts. These were excellent.

For the money this apartment wasn’t up to standard. We have stayed in this block before and the apartment was much bigger and in better condition.
There was a broken towel rail in the bathroom and the bathroom two way switching was wired up incorrectly.
There was also scuffs and marks over the walls and skirting.
There were also light bulbs left on the bed which maybe were supposed to be replaced.

We really enjoyed the property, the Metro project is currently outside the apartment room we stayed in. Construction is happening all across Melbourne CBD so you get use to it. Metro workers were helpful and curteous. I would stay at the property again. Aldi is literally next door and there are heaps of other dining options.

Unfortunately once lovely apartments that have not been even close to adequately maintained.

Mixer taps for showers / baths all broken and difficult to operate.

All timberwork around bathrooms water damaged, swollen and rotting

Walls scuffed and dirty, tiles damaged in bath.

Covers snapped off main electrical / fusebox, power points missing covers, etc etc.

Know this was not isolated, as the queue for check-in was quite long with guests complaining about their rooms. Given this is obviously a recurring issue, front desk insanely understaffed, and seemingly staff are somewhat downtrodden and indifferent as to the, in my view, constant complaint of the actual condition of the apartments differing wildly to the advertising shots.

The hotel was in a great, central location. The gym, sauna and pool were a great addition.
However, the room wasn’t equipped with enough for a 5 night stay (toilet paper, towels, kitchen soap, etc) which was inconvenient.
The beds and pillows were uncomfortable.

One bedroom was very dark, which is good for sleeping, the other had light coming in everywhere. You could hear people walking around the corridors, which sounded like thumping. There is currently also a construction site right out front, which they started work at very early in the morning.
Receptionist was efficient and pleasant, and the apartment was nice enough.

Booked a one night stay in a 2 bedroom apartment as we were seeing cold play that night!! Lovely property, staff yesterday afternoon at check in were so easy to speak to and nice but staff member this morning at check out didn’t talk much and took the keys and let us out to the garage didn’t ask anything about our stay or even a hi just want do you need, overall amazing rest of the experience and staff were lovely. Nice rooms with good view! Very tiny apartments but so worth it if it’s just you and 1-2 other people, good pool and tennis court. Definitely will stay again 🙂 good price also.

Really liked the location as it was close to everything like restaurants and shops.
We didn’t like that we didn’t get communication about rd works being done at the front of the apartments.
The apartment it self was ok, unfortunately the kitchen tap, bedside cabinet, towel rack, and a few power points were broken.
Probably could have gotten an extra cleaning service as we were there for 7days. Or at least fresh towels and bath mats for the bathroom.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. The location of the apartments was great. We paid for 2 adults and 1 child but was only given 2 towels instead of 3. Disappointed by the condition of the room - marks on walls, range hood didn’t have a cover on it and was filthy, drain in bath was broken and things could have fallen down it, no tea towel was provided. The pool was nowhere near as clean and inviting as the pictures suggest. It was a great location and good sized room for what we needed but for the price was disappointed with the condition of the room.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 nights and found it too small for 5 adults. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress is not good quality.
One king bed was comfortable and the other one was extremely uncomfortable. 1 bedroom was very noisey with city sirens etc and 1 bedroom was quiet but had a frosted glass sliding door which ws bright in the mornings.
There were very limited cooking items and utensils. A tea towel, bottle opener and peeler would have been nice.

Bathroom floor hadn’t been swept was dirty for last stayer. The mixer tap on the shower the handle was missing making hard to control water and temperature.
Advertised king and 2 singles, the king definitely was not a king it was closer to a double and I booked specifically as I needed a king for sharing with a child.
Location was easy to market or trams into the cbd quite noisy with lots of road works

My son cut his knee open on a seat in the spa as he was getting out, which resulted in us having to go to Urgent Care and him having to have it glued. They did not close the spa after the incident and I was warning families as they were entering while staff were on the phone to paramedics. The 2 building managers who performed first aid were wonderful and caring. I have put in a formal complaint as I don't want this happening to anyone else. Not an enjoyable stay.

Pro , location, price point, walking distance to majority of things, iga and aldi at door step, great staff.

con. current works in area so no pubic transport to hotel , you have to walk to flagstaff, vic market for tram or state library due to works . We stayed room 804 was an upgrade, only issues windows and external doors to outside dont seal properly so cold wind comes through and we stayed during the extreme windy storm, beds to soft for my liking but may suit others and general wear and tear.
