The location was excellent, walking distance to shops, Southbank, Victoria Markets, theatre. Opposite Hardware lane with restaurants, bars etc. The room was clean and comfortable although a couple of us found the beds uncomfortable but I found mine fine.Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a good stay at Brady hotel's. It was clean and good amenities, balcony didnt have the best view but wasnt terrible. Both my partner and i hurt our feet/toes on the floor walking in & out of the bathrooms as the floors wernt the same height. The parking was a little tricky as you have to walk a little bit to get there & our car got broken into while it was parked there

We asked to move floors from Level 5 as you could hear the road noise - we paid for an upgrade to Level 17 and it was no better. You can hear the lift going up and down and Club Retro is right opposite on Lonsdale St which goes until 5am on Fri/Sat nights. It's probably not too bad if you're staying in the week but not a good option for weekends. The staff were helpful.

The room is cleaned daily and is located in the city centre ,but the second floor bedroom faces the street and is extremely noisy at night. The noise persists almost every day until around 2a.m., making it very difficult to sleep. i spoke to reception about changing rooms, but was told that other rooms facing the street are also noisy, implying that the room environment is the same throughout .

You can't beat the location, close to everything you could need, free tram, sky bus, footy, food, etc. The room was a bit tired, carpet had some blemishes but extremely comfortable, loved the couch and the den, plenty of space. TV is very limited, would have been good to have access to foxtel.

The room had no balcony when i paid for 2 beds and bathroom. No washing machine or dryer in the room with an inconvenient process to go to a different level to wash your cloth and a different level to get the washing powder. You cant buzz guests to come to your apartment eventhough you have an intercome but instead they have to wait for you at level 1 which is inconvenient. The only good thing is the location. You also hear guests on the higher level jumping and playing

Great central location. Probably the single beat feature. The apartments are a good size and quiet. The kitchenette is not very well equipped so dont expect it to be easy to prepare food here. We had a couple of issues during the stay which were handled fine by staff. Overall we were happy to have been here for the cost and location but it feels like the business is cutting corners a bit with maintenance and how the rooms are serviced which does detract from the experience.

This would be one of the worst places we have stayed on any travel. We have wondered how the 9/10 or 10/10 ratings have been given by others here. The cleanliness was average, the most uncomfortable couch and chairs, the balcony which we always enjoy at stays looked directly onto the old building next door and the sound of the aircon on its roof was such that it was not possible to enjoy being out there. For a couple staying 5 nights, only one face cloth and one dinner plate seems pointless, and not having a toilet brush in a bathroom is just wrong, especially when they are not cleaning and servicing it daily. Very disappointed with room. Location is definitely all it had going for it.

We found this property last minute and during the Melbourne Grand Prix so accommodation at a reasonable price was minimal. The location was excellent and staff friendly. Thankfully we had quiet neighbours but on occasions could hear them very clearly. The property itself was very tired and not very clean. The walls were scuffed and the fan in the bathroom was full of gunk. We wouldn't stay at this property again.

Close to the intersection of Elizabeth and Lonsdale Streets, this apartment is centrally located for trams and trains, the shopping precinct, and other hotels for conferences. Being across the road from Hardware Lane and its amazing eateries was a bonus. Add to that, the wonderful customer service and support from the reception desk staff at every interaction, I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great location for our short stay - easy to walk everywhere we wanted. Very quiet at night. We had a minor plumbing issue which was quickly fixed and room was clean. It was a room to suit someone in a wheelchair but amenities worked less well for a couple, for example only one bedside table and lamp and hard to get out on one side as to create soa e right against wall. No toilet seat or shower bay and not vanity to store toiletries. All makes sense for someone using a wheelchair but less comfortable for us.

The carpet of the living area was badly stained. When you sat on the couch you sank in and was not comfortable. Laundry facilities - 3 total washers of which 2 had stickers stating washer/dryer combo. However they did not dry the clothes and barely removed any water from them (you could still wring water out of the clothes). Then there were 2 dryers that after an hour people were still adding time to get their clothes dry. We ended up drying our clothes on the drying rack that was luckily in our room. No light bulb in one of the bedroom lamps (took the one out of the desk area). AC unit faced the couch which was nice when you were in the living room. However this meant that very little air went into the bedroom And it was very warm so we were not able to open the patio doors. And if you wanted to open the patio doors there were no screens on them and the pigeons wanted to come in.

The room and floors were filthy. My crawling toddler's hands and knees were black and dirty within 5 minutes every day. Towel rail was damaged and ripped off the wall and there is a nightclub directly across the street, right outside the bedroom windows as well as a bar immediately downstairs. Halls weirdly smelled of urine. Overall it wasn't an overly pleasant place to stay.

Amazing stay. Especially made amazing by the officer at the reception Tim. He was clearly the best hospitality manager I have come across in my life. I know that's a big statement but it's clearly true and I can't recall a close number 2. Great guy, amazingly soft spoken, great in communicating, great in helping out with everything - from late checkin in late checkout, moving around the place, recommendations and amazingly soft spoken. My stay was all about how good he was. I wish all the success. And Brady management will do well do keep him around.
