The room was average, furniture needs a bit of an update, the lounge was lumpy etc, kitchen was well appointed however the fridge looked dirty.
When first entering the room it had an awful smell and felt stuffy and damp beds were nice and clean and had ample blankets and pillows. However the bathroom door was faulty and we struggled to get in and out of the bathroom.
The included breakfast was good, however there were a lot of peeling seats etc in the dining hall.

The only complaint is our room was assigned to be right at the back block of lifts and next to the utility room, which made the room rather noisy at night.
