Arrived at 1:40 to be told room not ready (okay, check in at 2:00pm)...at 2:30 when nobody had communicated with us I enquired about room to be told about house keeping problems..I, politely replied that this wasn't my problem..when would there be a room?... I was assured they'd find out from housekeeping....15 minutes later a room.
We were given a 2 for 1 drink voucher...ooh ahh.
Room okay, clean. Updated bathroom...but because of modern design there is neither a door or curtain on shower... bathroom flooded every time.
Would stay again, but only if nothing else available. Not value for money.

There was construction work taking place that commenced at 8 am both mornings I was there.
I did ask and receive a complimentary breakfast on my day of departure for having to put up with the noise.
Would’ve liked some pre warning about the work that was being undertaken virtually outside my room(1502).
That aside, this is a great place to stay with very professional staff.
I will be back.

Upgraded to a Superior King on level 16…happy and pleasantly surprised. Happy with the cleanliness, the staff were friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast included was sufficient. The only downside was the noise during the day due to work being done and at night due to traffic. Even though I was on level 16 the traffic could be heard quite loudly. Better soundproofing is needed as the banging of doors from other rooms was quite loud.

Room was big , clean & bed was comfertable, found it was a bit noisy with traffic etc overnight but not too bad . Breakfast was good & the pool was closed .

An ok 3 star hotel. Room was comfy but dated. Breakfast quality needs a bit of improvement, delays with replenishing. Very tight space when full, expect to keep bumping into people. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and leisure and this is the first hotel that have requested to physically check my room before returning the deposit. My wife and I are in our 40’s, we’re not teenagers. Very strange! Check in was good. Pool was being renovated so unable to use and no alternative option on offer

I asked for help removing my bags, from the floor to the elevator, and furthermore I had to wield them myself, they were quite heavy.

The room was enjoyable, however I had to do this myself which was abit challenging.

I had the driver honking at me too, which was abit full on, transitionally I enjoy a smooth process. If staying again, I do hope that someone can assist with my travel goods
