AVOID BOOKING THIS PROPERTY UNLESS REALLY CHEAP, They are absolutely taking the piss during peak time (Melbourne GP) and charging way too much for what is on offer.
When it says \"Sleeps 3\", it's a lie, it doesn't. They expect the 3rd person to sleep on a dirty sofa (not sofa bed), without sheets, pillow, towels, etc. We had clearly booked for 2 adults and a child.
It's dirty, dusty, old, holes in the walls, kitchen not equipped, even more worrying is the smoke alarm removed, so none in the whole apartment. Its NOTHING like the pictures advertised on the site.
Reception only attended between 9am and 1pm. After hours call centre Staff absolutely rude and condescending. We eventually got given clean sheets to put on the sofa after a really long time on the phone. It then took 45 min for them to bring to the room.
