i liked how close it was to the ocean and how laid back it was The only bad part was the buffet food which was god awful. They need some new chefs or new food. Very bland and not very good. Got porto de mogan though. Restaurants were unbelievable. Also didnt listen to any request i gave expedia and didnt fix it when i asked. Asked for a room high up. The gave us the corner room on the third floor near where the workers were. The landscape alone made it worth it though. Would definitely go back just wouldn’t hit the buffet. At all !!!

The property was situated pretty much on the beach in a lovely alcove facing their sister hotel across the other side of the beach. The area was private as far as I could tell with only residents from the couple of hotels in the area being allowed on to the beach.

The food and service was excellent and the location was perfect.

The hotel was beautiful and located in a nice part of the island. The hotel overlooks the beach, which is only steps away. The beach has black sand that shimmers when wet, and the whole scene looks beautiful especially at sunset. However, there were a few issues we encountered during our stay. First, the food was really not good and after the first couple of days, we kept trying to find other food even though we had the all-inclusive meals. It also seemed like every time we went to their restaurants, we were being rushed to finish eating because the staff would start clearing all the food. The hotel also had odd policies. Men are not allowed to eat dinner in the restaurant if they are not wearing long pants. It isn't even like dinner is a sit down meal with table service. It's the same place you get your buffet-style breakfast and lunch, but for some reason men have to wear long pants for dinner. This is strictly enforced, and considering we were vacationing on an island, you wouldn't really think to pack long pants. The pool hours are short and only open from 10-7. If you go on an excursion, you won't be able to make the pool hours. Even when the sun is still out, we aren't allowed in the pool. Also they have a policy where you

Great hotel - but drink bottled water!

Very nice hotel for a warm winter break.

Room spacious, clean, great sea view, and comes with a daily restock of bottled water - drink this instead of the tap water. Having listened to many people complain about not feeling well, and being ill myself for the first half of the trip, I narrowed it down to the tap water. Use bottled water for everything, even if you’re boiling it for coffee or taking it to dinner.

Food fairly varied (breakfast and dinner moreso than lunch) but often not hot enough. Fruit and salad fresh.

Pool area clean, and water temperature just right. Aqua aerobics every lunchtime, accompanied by loud music (too loud if you’re not involved). Pool open 10am-6pm, not sure if these are winter hours only, but too short and no good for an early morning swim.

Two pool tables in the sports bar, one of which was out of order for the 8 nights I stayed. The adjoining piano bar seemed full every evening.

Local area is very quiet - the few beach bars close long before 7pm, at least in the winter. The road to Puerto de Mogán has been closed for about a year due to a landslide (according to hotel reception) so not too much to do without taking a few connecting buses / taxi. That said, for a relaxing break, it’s perfect.

Good value and does what it says on the tin..clean sunny lots is spaces to lie out on sun beds , lovely beach with clear water for swimming .
Food looks good but never ever hot , only lukewarm, which i distrust on safety grounds . Not great variety . Basic salads , few cheeses, coffee grim in my opinion.
Piano player at night was wonderful, and had an amazing repertoire.
Ask for a room on 7 floor or higher , and away from disco. All in all it worked out well .

If you're looking for a location close to the ocean where you don't have to do anything but relax by the pool, drink and eat, this is a great place to stay!

Decent hotel for what you pay

Housekeeping was flat-out bad. I would come back to more stains on my bed than there originally were, they wouldn't clan until late in the day, they essentially refused to give me more water bottles and toilet paper, and they didn't even rinse my used glasses before putting them back. Dinner at the buffet was bad on a regular basis - very few options, I got a good dinner only once during my week long stay. The staff often ignored me or misinformed me, and I felt like it was because I was traveling by myself, and that made them feel as though they could get away with it. Quality breakfast, a clean pool, and a pleasant beach are what made up for all that. There's also lots of cats all over the territory!

I planned a trip with a group of friends for a birthday celebration. We were excited to celebrate in a warm destination, by the pool with cold cocktails in hand. The hotel and island were beautiful. However, the hotel's clientele were not what we expected at all. The hotel primarily caters to an elderly crowd. The average hotel guest was probably between the ages of 60-70 years old. Most were traveling as a couple.
When you are with a larger crowd, you can often be louder than a couple would be. To speak to one another at the pool or across the table, some conversations were certainly highly engaged and in a celebratory fashion. This was not appreciated by the elderly guests. I can understand where they were coming from, although some were extremely rude. The hotel sided with the elderly guest, as they are the primary age group who visit this hotel. I understand why the hotel would want to cater to this group, if they are the most frequent visitors. However, I think the hotel should properly advertise. The photos on the website even show a younger couple. As a group in our 30's, we were by far the youngest at the hotel. Overall, the hotel was simply not fit for a celebratory trip.

Room had a terrible insect problem, and I not saying one or two cockroaches, which in that climate might be expected. I am saying bugs crawling out of my phone!! They left a bottle of cockaroach spray in our room so we could spray the bugs, just hoping none came home in our luggage. Unbelievable.
Lots of broken tiles in pool, things in our room were falling apart, literally these supports \"holding up\" pieces of glass were falling out of the wall!
Beds were extremely uncomfortable, they were cots, not beds at all. The railing on our balcony was falling out as well, like you could actually pull it right out. Much of the staff was very rude to all English speaking guests (American and UK). Not at all what I expected. Luckily the island is absolutely amazing and the trip was still wonderful.

AC wasn't really working while there which made the rooms uncomfortable during sun set. Even with the curtains closed it made the room stuffy.

Wifi was hit and miss but was good when it worked.

Please note: we are a young American couple who has traveled to the Caribbean multiple times, and stayed in various all-inclusive resorts in that area. This is a very different experience.

Pros: grounds were beautiful. Rooms were extremely nice and spacious. We were in a suite on the 8th floor with a wonderful view. The bathroom is very large with a granite vanity. The bar and wait staff were extremely attentive. Everyone was very nice. The pool area is clean, and there are more than enough chairs to accommodate anyone who wishes to lay out in that area. There is no private beach, however, it is a very short walk (less than 5 minutes) and is a nice beach. You are also a short bus ride from two other beaches. The weather was fantastic. It was 70-73 degrees in Mid-April, which felt about 10 degrees hotter. The food is better than the Caribbean experiences. In all, the hotel was clean and well maintained. They do provide beach towels in the room, but it's 1.80 euro each time for an ecological tax. We managed to use the same towels, which was not an issue.

Cons: A young, 20-something American (or really any nationality) couple does not fit into the clientele of this resort. The median age was 65. Due to this, the food times, drink times, and entertainment catered to the older crowd. Aforementioned, there is no private beach. No music was played by the pool during the day. There were very few daily activities. The staff was nice, but virtually clueless. Everything seemed very

Comfortable hotel on the beach.

Suite Princess is a decent hotel for the price. Could use some cosmetic updates but it was clean and fairly comfortable. I don't know if this is always the case, but when we were there it was a much older crowd. Most guests (90%) were retirees. Plenty of sun beds available. Food was adequate, with a large variety. There is nothing around this hotel. You must take a bus or cab to get anywhere.

Staff was great and extremely personable- enjoyed many games throughout the day and enjoyed talking with the activities/event staff. Flamenco night was AMAZING! Not a lot to do in the area- ended up taking public transportation to see a couple things in nearby towns such as glass bottom boat. If you want to stay on resort this place is wonderful- if you like to explore/get out there is not much for you here. Ask the front dest staff and bring tennis shoes though- there is a cliff/hill nearby you can climb up- this was SO much fun! Leave plenty of time before sunset- the map the front desk has is handwritten and was hard to find the entrance since not many guests leave the resort. When we actually found it the hike up took an hour and a half- well worth the time- this was a highlight for our group!

El alojamiento en general está muy bien, las habitaciones son amplias y con detalles de bienvenida. El único problema que veo es que está demasiado enfocado al turismo inglés, todas las actividades son para ellos y los horarios de la comida más de lo mismo, en especial el de la cena que acaba a las 21:30 (en realidad a y 10 están recogiendo).. empiezan a las 18:30 que para nada es nuestro horario español quizás deberían atrasarlo como mínimo una hora.

Empezamos con una recepción pésima, la chica de recepción no nos explicó absolutamente nada del hotel, ni del TI, dijo que estaba todo explicado en la app, además por no llevar el bono del hotel, nos amenazó con que tendríamos que pagar de nuevo la estancia ¿¿¿??? cosa que no me ha pasado jamás en ningún hotel y menos teniendo la reserva desde hacía más de 6 meses. Le facilité los datos del localizador, etc, y comentó que en principio con eso creía que serviría. Eran las 13 h, nuestra habitación no estaba lista, nos avisarían cuando estuviera, y tampoco fue así, subimos a preguntar a las 15 h pasadas y ya nos la dieron. A pesar de ese comienzo, he de decir que el resto del personal es muy amable y correcto, se dirigen a ti en inglés, y ya cuando ven que eres español cambian de idioma, con los horarios que hay de los diferentes restaurantes/bares puedes comer o tomar algo a cualquier hora, se agradece que abrieran el bar de la zona de la piscina. En cuanto a calidad de las comidas muy, muy flojito para ser un 4 estrellas. El desayuno y cena bien, tienes variedad, todos los días cambian menú, pero en lo que es nuestra comida, o el almuerzo muy flojo. La limpieza en todo el hotel es correcta, pero la de las habitaciones deja que desear, hay un fuerte olor a desagüe en todo el hotel, no estaría demás que el servicio de habitaciones utilizara lejía a la hora de hacer el baño o incluso que se hiciera mejor, nos tocó limpiarlo a nosotros porque olía a orín que espantaba.

Hotel v přestavbě je s kvalitou na štíru

Jezdím tam pravidelně a nestačím se teď divit. La Choza nahoře a Tapas bar se přestavuje, obědy ubohé dole a o hodinu později, nabídka přes den skoro žádná. Asi by byla na místě sleva, hotel je dost drahý! Dole málo perzonálu, asi se šetří. Nabídka jídel i večer se také zúžila. Piano bar konečně vyměnili klavíristu, jeden z nových ovšem šlape dost vedle, ale aspoň lepší písničky. Postele v suitách příšerně měkké, po týdnu má člověk zničená záda.

En general nuestra estancia fue muy buena. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda. La comida variada y de buena calidad para ser un todo incluido. Los trabajadores del hotel estupendos. Quizá lo que me sobró al considerarse un hotel destinado al descanso y el relax fuera la hora de Aquagym con la música alta tooodos los días a las 12 del mediodía, cuando estás disfrutando de tu lectura o descansando en la piscina. El resto, estupendo.

En términos generales, magnífico. Todo muy limpio y mucha comodidad en la habitación y en todas las instalaciones. La comida muy buena. Cosas que se podrían mejorar en nuestra opinión....Al llegar al hotel tuvimos problemas para encontrar aparcamiento. El café que te dan con el todo incluído es en nuestra opinión, bastante malo. El personal del hotel, es muy agradable y simpático en general, pero nos encontramos con algún que otro problema de trato con el servicio a la hora de la comida y con el servicio de bebidas. El servicio a la hora del desayuno y cena mágnífico.

Hotell med utsikt til Mogan. Stille og rolig. Følgende bør en vite. Åpne dør til rom. Dra opp håndtaket, slipp - kortet inn og så ut - dermed er døren åpen. Trykk hardt på toalett flush for at det skal spyle. Ellers magisk utsikt frontside. Lyden av bølger som slår inn til stranden. Anbefaler at en betaler litt for vin på middager en vil kose seg. Ca 15 euro. Fint med buss til Mogan. Enkelt og med taxi da avstanden er kort. Mye deilig sol. Prøv gjerne de tykke solsengene som er frontside ved sjøen. Stort basseng med bra temperatur. Et sted å virkelig slappe av. God mat hele veien fra morgen til kveld. Fint med esklusjoner for variasjon. Var der 1 uke.

Ottima suite con vista spettacolare, pulito e ben organizzato. Il cibo bene ma non benissimo essendo italiani siamo ovviamente molto esigenti Krukki, Gallici, Britanni e nordici in genere si trangugiano ogni ben di dio noi siamo più selettivi e capiamo subito la differenza tra nutrirsi e godere cibandosi.

We stayed 1 week all inclusive, hotel was at a really nice place, food was good, decent. Husband got sick the fifth day they said Gastroenteritis, so we had to stay two days in our room and I had to go down to get him soup. I would‘ve give the hotel 4 of 5 stars if there was not this incident. At the show another Guest, hit me couple times my shoulders with his fingers, I thought he couldn‘t see so I made him space, the second time he hit me even harder and it really hurt me. I‘m almost 5 Months pregnant so I was a bit sensitive and because of the shock and he really hurt me I started crying. It really upset my husband and he was mad, he went to the Stuff asked for help and they didn‘t do anything, my husband went to the Reception and they gave the same answer but then they agreed to call the police, which never showed up and they let us wait at least 30 minutes. We should‘ve gone to the police in the next city, which is like 30 minutes away but we had no information about this guy, so that would be worthless. We were really disappointed from the stuff, they could‘ve done more or at least ask if we‘re okay but they just let us wait. All in all it was okay, it was suppose to ve our late honeymoon trip but it was at the end okay.

입구를 잘 못 찾아갔는데 직원분이 친절히 도와줬어요.
레스토랑 직원분이셨는데 저녁때에도 신경써주셨어요 아주 아주 친절하고 좋은 분이셨어요.
리셉션 직원분들 다 친절하셨구요. 12시도 안되서 체크인해줬어요. 근처에 바로 해변이 있어서 해변에서도 놀 수 있어요. 풀장 옆에 스낵바처럼 있어서 점심, 간식 ,음료 이용가능해서 물놀이하고 먹고 쉴수 있어 좋았어요.
요일마다 자체 프로그램이 있는데 제가 간 날 오후에는 바베큐가 있어서 풀 옆에서 꼬기도 맛나게 먹었어요.
여기는 어른들 전용이라 아이들 없고 사람들 물에 별로 안 들어오고 거의다 썬베드에 누워서 쉬어요.
암튼 전체적으로 여유롭게 휴양 즐기기 좋아요.
올인크루시브라 아침부터 밤까지 리조트 안에서 먹고 놀고 먹고 놀고 마시고 가능해요.
여기는 방에 1리터짜리 생수도 7통씩 막 채워놔서 더 좋았어요. 마지막날 아침 일찍 공항가야해서 교통때문에 리셉션에 물어봤는데 남자직원분이 친절하게 다 알려주심.택시는 비싸서 다른방법이 없나했더니 셔틀버스 예약사이트 알려주고 같이 예약하는것도 도와줬어요.

Lugar totalmente recomendable para descansar, muy tranquilo. Habitaciones amplias, silenciosas y cama comodisima. Los detalles de bienvenida y que haya agua es un punto muy favorable. Los empleados son extraordinarios, amables y serviciales. La comida a la altura de todo lo demás, variedad dentro de la normalidad pero exquisita en sabores. Una curiosidad: que abran botellas de vino para ti en exclusiva no lo habia visto en ningún TI y que las bebidas en el bar no sean de garrafón.

Jag bodde i en svit med en fantastik havsutsikt. Maten, som alltid på all inclusive, var en besvikelse. Det finns bara hotel i området, så att leta efter en mysig restaurang på egen hand går inte. Snittålder på 60+. Jag kommer gärna tillbaka för rummet och utsikten men inte för maten eller området. Som alla dessa all inclusive hotel så är fokus på att slappa, dricka och äta.

Estuve dos noches y no vinieron a arreglar la habitación y eso que dejé el cartel puesto de arreglarla. El almuerzo pobre y la cena muy temprano.
Lo bueno. El personal y vino embotellado de Rioja en el todo incluido.

Kjempe fornøyd, fantastisk plass

Fantastisk flott hotell rett på stranda. Nydelig mat til alle måltider, fikk både flasker (øl vin cava) kunne også tappe selv, beste all inclusive vi har vert på stille romantisk plass. Vi Kommer igjen kan anbefales.

La struttura é un po' datata, ma le camere, perlomeno, le executive, sono moderne e ben arredate oltre ad avere comfort hanno vista meraviglia sul mare e su tutto il Resort!
Peccato la pulizia; in camera sopratutto un bagno non è accurata, accettabile al ristorante.

Bra hotell för en avslappnad semester. Stora rum med havsutsikt. Tyst och lugnt. Frukosten och middagen var god. Lunchen lite mindre och lättare alltså inte så mycket att välja på. Trevlig underhållning på kvällen speciellt i pianobaren. Uppskattade att man kunde ta med t ex en flaska cava till rummet och sitta och ta ett glas på balkongen och titta på solnedgången. Rent och fräscht poolområde. Hjälpsam personal som ordnade kvällsmat till oss när vi anlände sent kl 01.00 och frukost tidigt på morgonen på vi hade tidig flygavgång. Extra plus för den servicen.

Ulempe at den ene veien til Mogan var stengt og at det var matebuss som alltid var forsinket og at den siste gikk kl. 1950 fra El cura. Fine rom, godt renhols, god frokost og middag..

Fint jule og nytårsophold

Det var et dejligt og solrigt ophold med rigtig gode muligheder for svømning i både hav og pools. Desværre er vejen spærret til Puerto Mogan, hvilket besværliggør muligheder for besøg der. Det lokale område er udelukkende kedelige turist butikker. Mad, vin og servering i det hele taget er på et fint niveau uden at det når de 5 stjerner. Aftenunderholdningen er på lavt niveau med undtagelsen af flamingo danserne, men pianisten i pianobaren er rigtig god (og har været det i mange år).
