Great location close to the Hotel and lots af excellent restaurants by the harbour. The pool was small but clean and well kept.
The apartment was a little tired, a repair to a rusting bath was visible and could do with an upgrade, however overall it was a good size. we had an issue with the lights not working we were eventually down to only one working but when reported it was rectified straight away.

Lovely apartment, brilliant location, clean and tidy. negatives were limitied kitchen (with regards to self catering), we ate out more than we usually would. Not a proper balcony (which i was aware of before we booked), was on a ground floor apartment, had the doors open to let sunshine and air in and came into the room to find a cat knocking about, and the cleaners congregated outside our bedroom window in the morning before shift started for a good catch up. Those issues aside, was a fantastic stay and thoroughly enjoyed, and i don't think they would stop me booking again.

What an absolute hidden gem, I would highly recommend staying here, the people are charming the scenery stunning the staff very friendly and the restaurants and bars all on your doorstep, if you want to fully unwind you must go. Watch the sunset from “balcon de sol” the rock face literally on the edge of the island, simply magical. I left a piece of my heart in puerto Mogan and will definitely be back :)

Best is the location in the middle of Puerto Mogan, 2 minutes walking from beach and restaurants. It can get quite busy during weekends because all the day trippers coming in but you can’t blame them as it is a wonderful setting.

Amazing seaside property!

This is, without a doubt, one of Europe’s gems. My wonderful apartment was just steps from the stunning marina and the main hotel complex, where lavish breakfast and dinner buffets were served (sushi, smoked salmon, fresh prawns, steak, and so much more). I paid less than 50 Euros for all of the above. The pool and poolside bar were wonderful and the “staircase into the sea” was a definitely highlight, as you can switch from swimming in the pool to swimming in the ocean with ease. I experienced no problems here - this is one of my new favourite hotels.

Very wel situated in an excellent location in a beautiful resort. Room was clean but decor and furniture was a bit tired, but overall OK.
Wi-Fi coverage was poor - unable to connect at all in the room, but useable up on the roof terrace

A great place to stay with the ocean on one side and the City on the other side. we stayed at the apartments, and we still had access to a wonderfull breakfirst at the hotel with a seaview and free towel for the pool. Cleaning every Day and a High level og service. We Will stay here again.

Pleasant apartments in a lovely area. Good amenities, including roof top terrace if you enjoy sitting out in the sun.A real bonus being able to use the hotel facilities in particular the roped off swimming area in the sea. Food options at the hotel buffet were good,particularly breakfast. Dinner was at times slightly restrictive if you're vegetarian, not always a specific vegetarian option available, but there was always lots of vegetables and side dishes to choose from.

Apartment in Mogan

A single night in Mogan before travelling to Las Palmas, so I didnt get to fully sample everything the hotel had to offer. However, it is in an excellent spot right on the harbourside, while my apartment was about a 5 minute walk away around the harbour, past bustling cafes and through very pretty streets. The apartment was well equipped with living area and kitchenette. It is very close to the beach (five minute walk) and the shops and restaurants that Mogan has to offer, and about a ten minute walk from the bus station. If you want flexibility and arent worried about having everything a big hotel complex can offer, this is an excellent choice.

A lovely resort location making for a relaxing holiday. The apartments are comfortable but basic, however they are in an exceptional location. The resort attracts more older people but there is still more than enough for younger people to do. If you have young children other resorts seem to cater more by means of amusements , for example Puerto Rico. Nowhere seems to match the beauty of Mogán though. The market is also worth visiting. With boats to other resorts, and excellent taxis you do not need to stay in Mogán all the time if you want to be adventurous. The apartments have a hob and microwave so only useful for cooking snacks, but eating out is reasonably priced with some excellent restaurants. With the use of the nearby pool this was a great choice for a holiday destination.

Nice apartment in a great location . Not much privacy as the windows looked on to other apartments very close by. We enjoyed our stay but the bed was so uncomfortable. I woke every morning with aches and pains. It seemed like a new mattress but it was the worst I've ever slept on. Location of apartment however is just perfect. Fast free wifi. Check in staff very helpful and friendly. Nice pool .

This was a lovely apartment close to all the great restaurants, the marina and the beach. There was a roof terrace which was a sun trap, and within a minutes walk was the apartment swimming pool and bar which was great. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed.

The apartment was OK but no terrace or balcony so we moved the table and chairs to the French windows so we could eat with a view and some fresh air. The roof terrace was a bit shabby and tired. Also poor WiFi connection and only two English speaking TV channels (sky and CNN) which meant it was hard to keep up with weather conditions in the UK and airport closures.

2 minutes from beach and Cafe's/restaurants, the main hotel does have 2 pools the nice one has a supplement to use. The other is attached to a rather grim restaurant/Bar who try to sell you over priced food and Drink !!!

The apartments are in a lovely setting with pleasing roof terraces, however, a lot of the apartments overlook the road and some do not have a balcony or terrace which is disappointing. I would stay at these apartments again only if we could request one overlooking the garden or walkway.

I'LL BE BACK!

The apartments were right at the hub of the original Puerto Mogan a delightful setting.

Some people were complaining of the size and cleanliness and facilities, I have to disagree my apartment met my requirements entirely size cleanliness and location all spot on. What else can you ask! I don't go on holiday to stay in an apartment all day especially to somewhere that has perfect restaurants, dotted around a delightful marina and up narrow lanes overhung with Bougainvillea and of course constant sunshine throughout my stay.

A final thanks to the girls at the Marian Pool Bar who worked tirelessly through the hot days serving me with G & T whilst I lounged in the sun

See you next year I hope!

Apartment in quiet area.

When we arrived at the hotel it was midnight, we were checked in quickly, directed to our apartment and given a bag with sandwiches, juice and fruit (very thoughtful). The apartment was very clean and had a small kitchen area with hob, coffee machine, microwave and all the dishes you could require. The shower had plenty of hot water and the beds were very comfortable. Cleaning staff came every day except Tuesday and Friday and kept the place in good order and were very pleasant. The apartment also had a small balcony overlooking a little garden which was a nice place to sit having a drink in the evening.
Puerto de Mogan is a quiet little village so perfect for a romantic getaway or a nice place to recharge your batteries.
The hotel and apartments are set around the marina and there are multiple restaurants and small shops nearby a great little area for walking.
The marina is home to the Yellow Submarine which is a great little underwater jaunt to a sunken wreck. There is also an hourly ferry service taking you to ports further down the coast from where you can connect with dolphin finding tours.
The hotel has a nice pool area with access to the sea.
As we were staying half board we ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel and would recommend this highly for quality and variety of foods both hot and cold.
We stayed for a fortnight in October, the weather was great with temp mid to high twenties and clear blue skies. If returning to Gran Canaria this is where we would stay.

Lovely hotel between the sea and marina.

We stayed in an apartment a few hundred metres from the hotel in a spacious apartment in the beautiful resort of Puerto Mogan. We were able to use all the facilities of the hotel but had the spaciousness and amenities of an apartment. It was our third time here.

We stayed in an apartment, which was spacious and clean. Was very disappointed in the balcony, the smallest balcony I have ever had, always in the shade too......having seen the hotel and facilities it offers, this would be our choice in the future. The ladies in the reception are all very friendly, especially Renata who couldn't do enough for us.....
Puerto Mogan is a lovely resort and very picturesque especially the marina, plenty of nice eating places....We will be back...

Fab place....Love it!

2nd visit this year....can't believe we have been coming to Gran Canaria for 20 years and didn't know about this....We will be back!

On arrival we were given an apartment with balcony overlooking the road which was very damaged.I complained the next day as it was late when we arrived, and requested another apartment overlooking the garden as on previous 2 visits as we were there for 2 weeks. This was sorted with the minimum of fuss by the lovely manager. However the new apartment had cockroaches in the bathroom and living area. We reported this and the room was sprayed. I also observed that the apartment was not cleaned as regularly as it had been on previous visits.

Didn't use hotel facilities, as there are enough excellent restaurants near by (5 minutes walk & that's the long way round).
Beach & town 10 minutes walk (again the long route) plenty of good shops and restaurants.
Big market on Friday.
Apartment was a nice size & comfortable. A/C in bedroom & dining/sitting room.
Only bad point is a 2 ring hob and microwave oven if you want to cook anything substantial (but refer to first comment)

We made our reservations last May. Our suite was 172 A near the pool at the end of the road. The nearby recycling bin activity and morning organization of housekeeping staff created considerable noise. The apartment had a strong smell of sewer gas until we learned to keep every plug secure. Parking for this resort was impossible so we paid for a week of parking for 35 euros at a garage which was a considerable distance away for a 4 nights stay. There is a roof deck on each building, which no one mentioned. Our building's had no view because of adjacent buildings. In spite of the access to the amenities of the general location of the resort, we were hugely disappointed with our experience. However, it was clean and we slept well at night even though we were beside the road.

Lovely little apartment right in the centre of beautiful Puerto de Mogan. We loved the roof terrace and spent most afternoons up there until sunset.

We ate in a couple of nights and it was great having English tv channels to watch.

The buffet at the hotel was good value at €15 per head and the restaurant is in a fab location overlooking the sea. However there is a scrum for tables when it opens at 6.30pm so get there early!

Would recommend these apartments and would stay again in the future.

Suitable for couples. Quiet hotel in an excellent location. Dining has definitely improved since our last visit with some food cooked to order. Plenty of sun beds both by the pool and on the roof top solarium. We opted for a superior apartment which gives you access to all the hotel's facilities including the spa with the bonus of a lounge, small kitchen, balcony and shared roof top area. Perfect for watching the sunset. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Toiletries provided in apartments now. Towels available for use by the pool. Balinese beds which were booked by the day were popular and included drinks with waiter service. Electric bikes available for hire.

We stayed for a week with our daughter, husband and their 3 children. We had two apartments that were comfortable and very clean. Included was half board, and I have to say the breakfast and dinner was exceptionally good with a huge variety to suit every taste. The pool area was very well maintained and although not heated it was enjoyed by all especially our granddaughters. We are already talking about when we might return for a wonderful holiday at this exceptional apartment hotel.

Great Location, right by the Marina/Harbour & over the road from the lovely beach. The Hotel Pool area is really good with the added bonus of being able to go into the sea direct from a causeway within the area. Loads of choices of where to eat close by, with lots of varieties of food. Reception staff friendly & efficient. The maid service was excellent keeping the Apartment clean & supplied with fresh towels.

Lovely apartment in a lovely setting

My mum and I stayed in an apartment by the marina bar where, although we didn't, you could use the swimming pool and jacuzzi. It seemed well used by other guests. We had a small balcony at the rear of our property which got the sun until early afternoon. They surrounded a small courtyard area and it was lovely to be able to speak to your neighbours. There are 4 apartment in each block over 2 floors and 2 very spacious roof terraces with lovely views and sun from sunrise to sunset. The terraces are accessed from the blocks stairwell and are intended for use by all guests. However when we sat up their we had it to ourselves. There are tables, chairs and loungers and also a shower which is lovely for cooling down. The apartments are self catering but we only had breakfast in the apartments we just loved having the space that you don't get in a hotel room. There are some lovely places to eat all around this area. There is a large spar shop about a 5 minute walk away for those that want to self cater. We also took a boat ride into Puerto Rico and used the local buses which were also close by. All in all a lovely time away and lovely accommodation would definitely recommend

Best located hotel in Puerto de Mogan

We stayed in a superior apartment separate from the hotel but still able to use all hotel facilities including hotel pool which is perfectly located overlooking the sea on one side and the marina on the other with direct access to sea. Roof terrace has extra loungers if pool area is full. Standard apartments can only use secondary pool: still nice but not as good a spot as main hotel pool and smaller in size. Apartments simply furnished but clean and comfortable and close to marina with bars and restaurants: some touristy around central square; others more authentic. Balinese beds in main hotel pool (situated in the best spots all overlooking the sea) can be hired for 25 euros per day including fruit plates, coffee and bottle of cava. Book early because very popular. Pretty sandy beach is minutes away and can be viewed from hotel poolside. Nice promenade with bars, restaurants and shops.

Puerto de Mogan is, in our opinion, the best resort in Gran Canaria. Pretty, sedate, well-maintained, compact and low-rise. Unspoilt and not over-developed. Market day on Friday gets mobbed by day trippers.

Really pretty, lovely area to stay, nice restaurants/bars/ shops. We stayed in the Puerto de Morgan apartments a few minutes walk from the hotel, very basic but clean, nice roof top veranda but very small balcony. basic kitchen for breakfast. Maid cleaning, change of bed linen and towels mid week, would definitely stay again. You also had use of the two pools one at the hotel and one at the end of the apartment blocks and options to pay and dine at hotel.

Room in dire need of refurbishment but clean.

This hotel is in a fantastic location but this apartment is not in the main hotel but in a block a fair few steps away overlooking the main street. The apartment is in dire need of a refurbishment but was clean. The kitchenette was very poorly equipped - No coffee mugs and No wine glasses - both of which we had to go and buy locally ourselves! The frying pan looked ancient an no non-stick left etc. Parking in this resort can be very difficult especially on market day (Fridays) and can be expensive too. The smaller 'economy class' swimming pool that these apartment residents are allowed to use was a pleasant surprise being well kept and clean, with a very nice cafe attached (limited menu). Food shopping is pretty expensive and it costs little more to eat out sensibly in the local cafes. The more upmarket restaurants were surprisingly reasonably priced and generally served very good food too. Puerto de Mogan marina is just fantastic & the main draw.

The best hotel in town

We were looking over the working harbour and marina pool which we enjoyed but some may not I guess as fishermen are up early. No verandah and a small overlooked balcony but not a problem for us. Helpful staff and a beautiful village to stay in. Lots of places to eat very close by and 5 mins from the beach.

Stille og hyggelig by

Lejlighederne er noget slidte, men indeholder det man behøver. Desværre fik vi en lejlighed med altan ud til vejen og lige ud til en nedkørselsrampe. Der var stort set ingen sol. Puerto Mogan er en skøn og stille lille by med masser af hyggelige restauranter, hvor det ofte er en god idé at bestille bord. Byen lukker kl 22:00.
Der er en swimmingpool tilknyttet lejlighederne, og den er dejlig at hoppe i.
Fredag er der marked i byen.

Bra läge i mysiga Puerto Mogan. Bra info att få är att handdukar inte gick att hyra till badet så vi fick köpa. Annars var allt som vi önskat

Sehr schön gelegen, direkt im ruhigen Hafenviertel Restaurants, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Jedes Haus verfügt über eine gemeinsam nutzbare Dachterrrasse mit Liegen einer Dusche aber keinen Sonnenschirmen. Rezeption im Hotel und sehr freundlich. Klimaanlagen im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Einziges Mako: Das Bad. Armarturen und Wanne müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden.

Super sted.

Det er indbegrebet af hygge, bygningerne og beliggenhed.
Lejlighederne er stort set ens, men bestiller man superior lejlighed er der enten terasse eller balcon. Vi havde halvpension, super lækker morgemad og aftenbuffet med stor variation. Restauranten ligger perfekt med udsigt til havet. Det er selvfølgelig af ældre dato og lejlighederne lidt slidt, men hyggen kan man ikke tage fra stedet.

Dejlig fredfyldt sted

Mogan er en skøn stille havneby.. vi boede i lejlighed og det fungerede super godt. Lejligheden indeholder alt man har brug for og der er en hyggelig tagterrasse med skøn udsigt. Stedet er primært for seniorer, men super skønt med masser af dejlige restauranter

Resepsjonisten på hotellet var helt fantastisk. Hun forsøkte \"alt\" for å få meg på områdets nett, men jeg fikk ikke koblet meg på under mitt opphold. Veldig koselig område rundt leilighetene, stille og rolig på kvelden/natta. Stedet kan anbefales.

Leuke omgeving en goed appartement dat 5 (!!) keer per week wordt schoongemaakt. Zowel in woon- als slaapkamer nieuwe stille airco’s. Dakterras is ‘s avonds heerlijk.
Je ziet wel dat het complex al iets ouder is.

Perfekt läge i charmiga Puerto de Mogan. Nära hamnen o stranden samt till det egna poolområdet.
Rent o fräscht, balkong att sitta på. En enda nackdel och det var att sängarna var stenhårda, kändes som att ligga på en hård spånskiva.

Förnyat besök i mysiga Puerto Mogan med utmärkta restauranger och härlig stämning. Lägenheten #267 var sliten, framför allt bad/toalett.

Tolles Hotel aber Schwer zu finden

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, tolles Hotel, leckeres Essen, zuvorkommendes,freundliches Personal.
Leider schwer zu finden haben eine Stunde gebraucht um es zu finden, die Empfangsdame am Telefon war keine Hilfe, hat es nicht geschafft uns zu erklären wo wir hin müssen.

Apartamentos Puerto de Mogan, na ja ging so!!

Die besten Apartments werden kaum kaum vermietet und wenn doch, ich denke über Hotel.com kaum erhältlich. Meine Unterkunft war zwar sauber aber mit billigsten Möbel ausgestattet. Balkon gegen die Strasse, also äusserstes Haus gegen den Parklatz. Balkon zwar vorhanden wie versprochen, aber nicht brauchbar. Licht defekt im WC, Kanalisation von aussen starker Geruch, war mühsam, Kücheneinrichtung gerade richtig für heisses Wasser für Kaffee herzustellen. Was gut war, fast tägliches auswechseln der Bettwäsche und was wir geschätzt haben, fast jeden Tag neue Badetücher. Grundsätzlich aber Preis - Leistung auf keinen Fall wert. Wer’s nicht glaubt, soll seine eigene Erfahrung machen.
