I booked a double room - clean and functional. Had a smart TV however no apps on it or option to download which was very disappointing. Only had access to handful of loval/ international channels plus some sports/news ones. Not ideal if you’re planning to chill at the hotel.
Only thin sheets available which wasn’t the best as it can be a little frosty over night. No irons in the hotel - only dry clean service which I’ve never encountered fresh bottle of water daily.

Facilities in the hotel were amazing. Gorgeous pool, Billiards space available. Multiple restaurants and bar areas. Multiple lounge spacing near the pools.
Worth noting though quite a bit not included in all inclusive drinks package e.g mojito etc cocktails not available at main restaurant - only tap wine, sangria and beer.

Food let hotel down, even for an all inclusive it was really bad at times. Breakfast was good but lunch was consistently not up to par. Dinner service had some choice. Easy to get by.

Staff were the shining factor for my stay. All very busy but so happy to help. All had a smile on entire time, made me feel very welcomed especially as a female solo traveller. Felt very safe at the hotel.

Good value for money. I would return.
Also bus stop is less than 10 minutes walk - very good transport links you can get bus to/from airport for 6 euros!

Beautiful hotel, room was small but acceptable, lovely area. Make sure you visit Mogan! But, the food and especially the cleanliness is terrible. The food is very repetitive, and they have no food safety standards. At the fry stations, they use the same utensils to put raw meat and fish on the fryer that they use to serve the cooked food to the guest. you are basically eating raw food. Also, the plates are grimy. Feel them when you pick them up and they feel like sand paper with food stuck to them. Good luck finding a clean one. The glasses at the self serve stations are not clean. There are coffee grounds stuck to them and brown liquid dripping off them. When I showed them to customer service, they took pictures of them and said they would 'report it', but 6 hours later, they were still there. They don't care about your safety. They claim that the food services are contracted out, but that's their problem, you pay for a quality that is not there. I and my wife and daughter all got extremely sick. They say that norovirus was going around, and that was likely what I got, but my wife and daughter's symptoms were different and we feel that was from the food. In their favour, (why they got 2 stars) was they seemed to be doing some extra cleaning in the lobby when we left, but too late. They knew the virus was going around, but were not taking any steps right away. I'm sure there are better resorts, I would avoid this one!

Amazing hotel for relaxing holiday , make sure you book essential all inclusive, it will give you access to a different restaurant to have breakfast and dinner , food was delish , great choice and good selection, beautiful views from junior suite rooms on higher floors , staff is super friendly . I don’t say that often , but I would definitely return . It was amazing stay !!!

Not really what I was expecting, but not terrible or as bad as people make it to be. It does have pros and cons. I would categorize this place more as a hotel than a resort. Bar service was limited and there was no flow to the buffet nor was it labeled as to the areas where the kids food was at. Choices for kids were limited, same with the snack bar. Food was not terrible they do have to cater the seasoning of the food to the masses.

The room we had was really nice and more spacious than I expected. I did get the romantic package to surprise my family and they did a great job with it! House keeping was not what was expected they did not come clean the room (despite hanging the sign on the door requesting it and speaking to the front desk) until our 3rd day (take out the trash mainly), toiletries and coffee pods were never replenished.
It was Slightly confusing as to where the entertainment amd activities were which were also limited but I am going to assume its because they are still trying to find their rhythm after reopening. Live music was pretty good just need a surround sound ;). Parking was convenient, the area was nice with the shops and water activities.

Experience overall was ok again i categorze it as a hotel not a resort in the traditional sense, it is not as bad as other people make ot out to be and there is is room for improvement but i will attribute it to theor reopening and are trying to find their groove and on being better staffed.

Rooms had great balconies with amazing views. Front desk staff was awesome. Piano bar staff were friendly and attentive.
But elevators either didn’t work or took 5-10 minutes to come to your floor and sometimes wouldn’t come at all. We were on 11th floor and had to walk up or down all those flights more times than I’d like to count.
No drinkable water in the rooms and no bottled water was provided.
Food although plentiful was bland.
Overall it was an ok stay but would not return to this location.

We were dropped off at the bus drop off and had to roll our luggage through the entire resort to get to the front door. MTS was our transportation. We were told they should have taken us to the front door.
Would have liked the opportunity to have other options for ordering food. Not just the buffet.

Overall it’s a nice place but if you look for a place to unwind and relax this is not the best place for you
The problem is there is no curfew and they serve alcohol all night long some people don’t know how much is enough and have no respect and regards for other guests
It was very loud over night I was getting exhausted oh hearing drunk people all night every night
My husband asked if we could have a different room so we can get some rest, he was told all other rooms are booked even though it didn’t seem like the hotel was so busy
Anyways that’s the last place we will ever go to.

This was a beautiful resorted situated on the side of a mountain with lots to offer. We traveled in November and were always able to find a spot by the pool or a spot on the beach no matter what time we arrived at.
The property was well kept and clean (rooms, washrooms, restaurants, etc.). The food was quite good for resort food with a wide variety - we always found something delicious to eat at each meal.
There were a few bars (none close to the beach) that provided decent service. You could self serve your own beer/wine/pop/water which was convenient and nice to not wait in line. One thing I was disappointed with was that a significant amount of alcohol/drinks were not included at this \"all inclusive\" resort. I've been to dozens of all-inclusive resorts and typically the high end/premium liquors are obviously a surcharge (which is to be expected). However, there was an extensive amount of alcoholic options that were not included with the all inclusive purchase. For example, daquiris, margaritas, mojitos, kahlua, baileys, jameson, heineken, smoothies, and many more were only available at a cost. Essentially you could only order well liquor and sex on the beach, tequila sunrise and pina coladas free of charge.
Service was good - most staff were polite and respectful but rarely went above and beyond to be friendly or overly welcoming. Front desk service was excellent and very helpful (printed boarding passes, called taxis, etc.). Overall, we had a lovely stay!

This was a good hotel. It was clean and the food was a good variety. Everyone wore face masks as instructed and the staff professionally upheld this. The entertainment was really good. However the pool was colder than the sea and the food could have been hotter but apart from that it was a good holiday.

We arrived st the hotel for a 1 night stay as an add on day to our holiday. Check in was the worst tgat I have ever had. We presented our passports and confirmed our name which they had on record. Here’s where the gun begins. We paid around £200 for the night and we’re asked to provide a voucher from Expedia??? A what? I’ve booked through hotels.com numerous times and never been asked for a voucher. I

Very nice location. This is definitely not 4 stars hotel or even 3 stars. Food quality wasn't good (very bad quality of meat product). Very bad quality bedding (uncomfortable bad, mattresses and poor quality linen).
Basic items expected in four stars hotel (tissues, shower cups etc. are not provided). Lousy elevators system.

It's a great hotel with beautiful views. I was on my own and never spoke to anyone for a week. Staff in restaurant put me in a middle table just to make it more obvious and never once asked if I was enjoying my stay or any word whatsoever. Food lots of it but some nights I skipped dinner enjoyed lunch better. One night they had lovely leg of pork but it was just broker up in a bowl. However I loved the idea of the amount of bars and bar staff but never friendly. I felt lonely but that's mayb not the fault of hotel

The hotel’s location on the beach and the room with a balcony were very nice. The lobby is lovely! The elevators were not sufficient to handle the number of guests at this facility and they were out of order on and off during our entire stay. There was a lack of communication regarding amenities and activities at this resort. The only way to find out what was going on was if you happened to stumble upon a sign on a wall. There supposedly was a spa, gym, hairdresser, etc. but we saw no sign or any of these perks. A hand-out or emailed schedule of the entertainment would have been helpful. Even a chat at check-in would have been better than nothing. The restaurants were just average buffets. A binder in the room warned that the water was “not potable”. Staff were friendly and pleasant.

A lovely setting beautiful views we were on 11th floor. Taurito is however quite isolated without a car. We believed according to booking site that it was very close to Puerto del Mogán a walk or short taxi drive but connecting road is closed due to rocks falling so taxi have to travel a long way through and it costs 26 euros each way ! There is a courtesy bus but only goes for few hours leaving in morning and back at lunch time. Taurito is made up of a small resort of lots of all inclusive hotels. The Princess is only ok it’s emphasis is on quantity not quality and the food we found to be tepid and the wine warm. It was what it was and normally wouldn’t have mattered we intended eating each night in Puerto del Mogán which is very pretty and has a lovely atmosphere but with taxis that price it was really too pricy. The location + restriction to us definitely affected our enjoyment of the hotel.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel, the location is so beautiful and at night is just incredible, staff are really kind and helpful. Rooms are big, comfortable, very clean! The food is just amazing plenty of options and different menu on dinners and lunch daily. Many options of alcoholic drinks and cocktails. Sauna for free. Nice views from every where. Excellent price for all you can get. Our flights were until late on our check out day and we were able to use the hotel services and all inclusive service until we left hrs later after checl out. I give this place 5 stars. Also acrivities for kids, seniors and young people.

Lovely, quiet,chill out location.

We had a really enjoyable holiday there. The location is wonderful; the rooms are spacious and have uninterrupted sea views. The weather was lovely while we were there. Without the sunshine and the sea views, it would soon become boring. Apart from the facilities of the hotel, which are very good, there aren't any other facilities locally. Mogan is 0.6k away, as the crow flies, but due to a rockfall which resulted in the closure of the road there, a return trip by taxi cost €42.
The dining room was understaffed, resulting in delays in resetting tables which in turn caused queues at the entrance. Guests risked being knocked over by staff members rushing around. The three doors to our bedroom were ill fitting, needed to be adjusted but were not, despite being used by at least one staff member every day.On the one occasion I needed to contact reception, the telephone rang out three times without being answered. This hotel does very well on the big things but falls short where smaller things that can be easily remedied are concerned.

I would recommend this hotel to an older couple, or a couple with children. It's located in a less bustling part of the island where there is a waterpark and a small beach. If you are looking for nightlife and clubs I would look elsewhere, but if you want a low key relaxing stay than this the place for you.

Disappointing to say the least.

This is my second stay at this hotel. This trip we stayed in this hotel for two weeks. Service has drastically degraded since our last visit. There were cockroaches in the restaurant and in the rooms. There were two phones in each room, neither of which worked. We were told if we wanted to call between rooms, we would need to go downstairs to the main lobby to place a phone call. The hot water was occasionally disconnected due to \"too many visitors in the hotel trying to use hot water simultaneously\". The elevators were constantly out of service, especially during evening hours, with no air conditioning in the elevators. Food quality and selection was definitely not the greatest, and very repetitive. Nightly entertainment was very amateur like. The only semi-decent nightly entertainment was the piano bar. In room showers were either broken or leaking when you attempted to take a shower, creating a puddle on the floor. Drainage was constantly back logged in our sink. Will be looking for a new hotel to stay at for our next trip to Canary Islands.

Great hotel for children - we'll be back!

My wife and I and our six year old daughter stayed eight nights. We absolutely loved the hotel for a place to take your kids. It is very child friendly (playground, childrens pool and kids club to name a few), and it's easy for the children to make friends. On top of that the all inclusive makes things really easy all day (and the food is pretty good too, and plentiful for sure), so we definitely plan on coming back :-)

Very good sandy beach in a quiet place. Absolute cleanliness and helpful staff. A few things to be improved - uncomfortable beds (no double bed) in the room and slowly working elevators. Wide choice of food - all inclusive - but we missed jamon :)

Overall a great family option, staff we're very friendly , location was fab, the 4 pools were great, food was buffet and repetitive but lots of fresh fruit and ice cream, and all the drinks on tap, the room was lovely, beds weren't the most comfortable, they offered us a courtesy room on day of departure which allowed us to enjoy our holiday till the very last !

Location was perfect for kids, no party animals or inappropriate behaviour, pity about the lack of real restaurants as all the hotels in taurito are all inclusive,
I wouldn't recommend for a romantic get away

Water all over when showering, for 5 days, offered change of room 11 pm at night or nothing, and i have my 84y mother that did not have strength to change room but was not offered help! they dont care about complaints. Very poor service over all. All-inclusive but not many drinks included and no drinking water includes! We are a youn couple and this has been a really nice stay. We got golden bracelets and everything we could think of was included in our stay. Everyone is really friendly. The food is great and very fresh. Snacks are crunchy and the drinks are good enough to enjoy. The rooms are really silent also.

Había reservado 2 adulto y un menor, o sea una habitación con camas gemelas y un sofá cama. Y así aparecía en la reserva. Y al llegar había una cuna bene, fui a reclamar y acabaron cobrando mas dinero. tanto hoteles.com como el hotel se desentendieron del error. porque decían que había reservado un bebé de 0/1 años. Ya me diréis cómo es posible tener la reserva con un sofá cama y un menor.
Increíble, hoteles .com se ha desentendido de todo. Hemos pasado un situación bochornosa y horrible. Sin más comentarios veremos donde acaba el reclamo vamos a hacer . Adjunto foto reserva

Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable. El personal super atento y amable. El todo incluido es correcto, no incluye mucha variedad de bebidas pero lo suficiente para este tipo de régimen. Lo que mas echamos en falta es la variedad en los snaks fuera de las comidas … siempre lo mismo y poco variado y si te apetecen unas patatillas para acompañar las bebidas hay que pagar la bolsa. Pero a pesar de eso, repetiremos seguro por la estancia tan maravillosa y cómoda que hemos tenido.

Nos gustó mucho la situación y la variedad en las comidas y sobre todo la atención del personal en general. No nos gustó el sistema de ascensores (de los tres, uno nunca funcionó) y que no hubiera ningún cajón en la habitación.

Super nice staff that go the extra mile

Thank you, team of Taurito Princess, for an amazing stay. Because you were the best part of it: You in the Reception, cleaning the rooms, waiting tables indoors and outdoors. A very professional and super kind staff. Thank you!
The hotel is good, the food is varied, the pools are ok, the entertainment program is decent, the beach close by is a bit dangerous but very nice.
The other guests were the worst part of our stay, I'm afraid: Not respecting covid-19 related rules, nor many of what one would consider basic social rules. Lots of noisy, messy, invasive people. It is a pity: The hotel and its staff deserve better.

La primera impresión no fué buena, pues nos colocaron en una habitación con vista a los hoteles de en frente. En la oferta de Expedia decía y las fotos presentaban la habitación con vistas al mar desde el interior de la habitación. Para ver el mar teníamos que salir al balcón. Pedimos cambio de habitación y en un primer momento nos dijeron que quizás sería posible, que debíamos pasar al otro día, al día siguiente otro Sr de la recepción nos dijo que era imposible y que para tener ese tipo de habitación con vista al mar Expedia debió pedirlo expresamente, que esas habitaciones son para clientes premium, que repiten su estancia o lo piden expresamente con anticipación?? De haberlo sabido lo pedimos o escojemos otro hotel. Decepcionante...luego cada vez que tomamos una ducha se hacía una piscina en el baño. Reclamamos y vinieron a reparar y fué peor. Igual fué con la tv, no se podían ver por problemas de conexión, vino un técnico a revisar y el problema quedó igual. Con el restaurante temático nos dijeron que había que reservar 1 semana antes?? Si no sabíamos como podíamos reservar desde casa? Total que sólo pudimos cenar 1 noche en ese restaurant....en definitiva el resultado de nuestra estadía estuvo lejos de lo publicitado, de lo esperado....envíe la información el primer día nuestro desencanto a Expedia, esperando un respaldo o apoyo y aún seguimos esperando...decepcionante

Teljes mértékben elégedettek voltunk a szolgáltatásokkal és a hellyel is.Szép tiszta, a kilátás a vártnál is jobb volt.A kisebb szobában voltunk de kellően tágas a szoba és a fürdőszoba is.A part nagyon közel van kb. 5perc séta(szoba-lift-part) .

El trato de todos los empleados no puede ser mejor, te ayudan en todo lo que pueden, me ayudaron incluso a hacerme una ruta particular para conocer la isla y me dieron consejos muy buenos. Es un lugar al que seguro que voy a volver y ya he recomendado a familiares y amigos. Si hay que poner una pega es que la animación es un poco escasa y la música acaba muy pronyo. Por lo demás ideal.

Bella vacanza. Posizione ottima

Posizione fantastica a picco sul mare. Camere carine con vista fantastica. Bella la piscina e le aree comuni. Buono e vario il buffet. Un pochino da migliorare le pulizie soprattutto nelle camere. Comunque in generale consigliato. A circa 400 metri grande parcheggio gratuito

Intolerable para un hotel

Bueno empezamos en primer lugar nada más llegar a la habitación bingo dos pedazos de cucarachas que mi hija estuvo con pesadillas dos días nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación segundo lugar los ascensores averiados cada dos por tres teniendo que subir 5 plantas con el carro del bebé tercero comida repetitiva y de mala calidad cuarto camareros antipaticos a más no poder con poca profesionalidad no vuelvo ni loco le sobran 2 estrellas

Sijainti meren äärellä, hyvät uima-altaat 6- ja 9-v. lasten kanssa, loistava palvelu, hyvä ruoka, tilava junior suite huone, paljon ohjelmaa sekä päivällä että illalla. Auringonlaskut, kuutamot, meren aallot.

Ainoa miinus: huoneen kylpyhuoneessa ammeen suihkuseinän tiiviste ei pitänyt ja vesi tulvi ikävästi lattialle.
