Staff are very nice if you are nice to them. I suspect they get a lot of cra*. Food is good quality obvs it is a children friendly place but mealtimes were nice on the all inclusive variety and quality was decent for budget hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and overall very comfortable. For a 3-star hotel with a reasonable price, the food was surprisingly good.

The best part of my stay was the friendly and helpful staff. Their positive attitude made everything easier and more enjoyable.

I also loved the location – having a beach and a shopping center nearby was a big plus for me. I didn’t use the water park, but it looked clean and well-kept.

The cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel were impressive. The rooms were spacious enough, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was also very comfortable for sleeping.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

This is my second stay here, and Thevroom was better this time, the hotel is very basic, but the areabis why I come. Taurito is lovely, nice beach 5 mins walk and great restaurants along the broadwalk such as Sunset Taurito where you find unlike in the hotel friendly service with a smile.
Livvo needs better customer service, to make up for its basic outdated property

Disappointing - not \"all inclusive\" ...

Not \"All inclusive\" - have to buy your own soap! during a global pandemic!! also have to give a deposit for the tv remote control. no snack bar (few biscuits put out around meal times at the only bar open during daytime at the pool). and no notice on their own website nor anywhere else - most of the facilities were closed during our stay (no kids club, no trampolines, no bowling, no games room, no indoor bar, spa and gym limited, no playground at all there! and golf is €5pp). I understand there are restrictions but if they had advertised this I would not have booked, saved money with somewhere with just a pool.
you also cant get drinks by the water slides/water park, you have to purchase them, or smuggle them in from the other pools bar.
the activities werent at the advertised times, if any went ahead. and the evening entertainment involved a horrendously painful hours of out of time violin playing, the volume of the music at nighttime and positioning means the entire hotel is forced to listen to the repetitive playlist nightly until 11pm.
house keeping hit and miss. reception wont do anything over the phone and has a constant queue of customers. they were stressed and rude (almost understandably) not helpful in the slightest to any of our queries.
heads up: Bus route 33 goes to puerto rico which was a savour. all other bus routes currently stopped.
Food was ok but the same for lunch and dinner every day with one dish changing. no concept of cross contamination) gross.

The food was dreadful and cold. The restaurant was like feeding time at a zoo. My room smelled very bad of cigarettes, I asked to be moved. The curtains were changed but the bed and bedding were stinky. I wasn't moved and they did no more for me. There is NO adult evening entertainment in the adult bar. It is a really rough and common resort. The water park is icy cold and I only saw 6 people throughout my 5 night stay in the water there. You have to pay for so many extras..Towels, kettle, safe, sun beds etc. There were kids everywhere even though they should have all been at school at this time. The spa stated a pool - there is no swimming pool for actual swimming. The spa was very disappointing and very expensive.

Great value for money with some flaws

Overall we had a great stay and were positive about the condition of the hotel. The food in the restaurant was great, the area was great and people were really friendly!
However the beds were terrible, the food in the snack bar was a joke and there was a lot of noise from the entertainment every night.
The pictures also shows a spa and fitness - be aware that it is located in another hotel and you can not access if you bring children under the age of 16.
The hotel needs reno, but we had a nice vacation with great weather!

Cold rooms in the winter, fee for EVERY THING!

We styaed 2 nights in the hotel and maybe that's why we got a room which didn't get direct sun light. the room was cold, even during day and it was really cold during night, we had to put on lots of clothes to prevent getting cold. I asked reception to get e heather, but I had to rent a heather in a weekly basis for 2 nights!

For an all inclusive hotle, the hotel has a serious policy for cost saving. Internet is free only in the reception area and that floor, not in the rooms. Even TV was not free!!! If you want to use the TV, you have to pay an extra money to get the remote control from reception! this was the only hotel I have seen this.
Perhaps because of the location, I couldn't access to internet via my mobile in the hotel ,while I had access in Las Palmas, imagine you paid almost an expensive price for an all inclusive hotel, but you still are stuck in a cold room without TV, no Internet from Hotel, no interent from network!

The buffet was excellent. The mix and quality of food was more likened to a five star hotel.

The food caters for all needs and with all day drinks and ice creams from the bars we had no need to use a kettle in the room.

I think the level of service is best described by one memorable experience with one of the chefs at the morning buffet. The buffet was varied and delicious, with breakfast being no different - multiple types of eggs (scrambled, boiled, fried two different ways), fruits, hot foods, cheeses, breads, cereals, yoghurts, sausages and bacon - you get the idea. Even my picky children were able to find things they would eat, with over a dozen beverages available as well.

The thing is, I love bacon, and this was GOOD bacon - thick cut and delicious. But I like my bacon a specific way, and by that, I mean BURNT. My children also prefer it this way, and yes, some people think it’s weird. The buffet had a nice selection of both BURNT and “normal” bacon - except Saturday. So I asked the man if he had any “burnt” bacon. He looked horrified.

And then he gave me “burnt” bacon. 🙂

Yes, even though it obviously offended his chef’s soul, this very kind man made sure that, strange customer that I am, got exactly what I wanted.

That was the type of service we were consistently given - hotel staff were doing everything they could do to make sure our holiday was enjoyable.

I will happily return to this facility. The Waterpark was too cold for us to enjoy in December (salty icy water) but the hotel pool was lovely, and the service.

The service was wonderful, as was the “burnt” bacon.

Nice hotel in a lovely area, I was worried it would be too isolated but everything you needed was on site.
Beach was clean, food was better than any other AI I have been to. Room was spotless and the aqua park fantastic .

It’s close to the beach and the water park was grea. The food was good too.
On the downside the juice cups are too small and you’re constantly filling up small cups at the pool or at the restaurant. There was also no teenager’s club. The entertainment was mostly by the animation team. Ok now and again but needed professional shows.

Nice family hotel - nothing fancy

Our break at the Paradise Lago Turito was very enjoyable. The staff are great. As it’s all inclusive there’s no problem thinking about food, although anymore than a week and you’d start to get tired of the food - there is a slight variation each evening but every meal sort of blends into one. The water park has free entry and you can come and go as you like, it is good but is salt water. The kids clubs are basic but my 2 (7 & 10) loved the animation team who are very enthusiastic. The hotel pool is small but adequate, make sure you put a towel on a lounger 1st thing - even though this is forbidden everyone does it so don’t miss out. Only very addicting shopping nearby - souvenirs etc and a supermarket. Nice atmosphere at the mini disco and entertainment until about 11.00pm when things quieten down for the night. One minor complaint is the hotel is 1 hour transfer from the aiprport but we thought it was worth it and the kids are asking me to book it again!

The Hotel was in a good location for families with lots of things for children to do. Each room has a balcony which faces the right direction for sun in the afternoon. If your travelling without kids then its a 15 minute car ride to Puerto Rico for good bars etc.

Amazing Winter Getaway

Such a lovely hotel, from first observation. Looks a little busy from the gate as there are shops before you find your way to the reception. The shoppers are happy to direct you to where the hotel reception is as it is not obvious. My room was a double and has a sea view which was a pleasant surprise as i didn't even ask for sea view. I suppose most rooms for couples only get the sea view, as i noticed most families with young kids went more than the fifth floor up.
You will never be hungry whilst staying here. So much choice of food, snack before meal times and drinks through out the day for free as it is an all inclusive hotel.
My highlight was the bed. The bed was the most comfortable, even better than my own at home - firm mattress just the way i like it as i have a bad back.There is so much for little ones to do during the day, if you are a family with young kids. Lots of activities in the outdoor pool, entertainers always engaging with the kids, music blarring as you sun bathe just by the pool bar. Lots of sun beds, so you don't need to pre-book or put towels to reserve as most British do.Absolutely all sunbeds get the sun by 11am. Beach looked very clean and also boat rides on offer for a fee. When you get to the beach, i noticed you have to purchase for a sun bed. Not sure about towels, as i was just observing from a balcony.
Visited this place from 25th Jan till 27th Jan and the sun was absolutely hot....would say 20+ C degrees. Will visit again!

Hotel is very tired and needs a total reburbishment. The food in the restaurant was lovely and varied. Staff were friendly and although room was clean It was dated, worn and in need of major upgrading. The hotel has potential. Be aware you have to pay for facilities like tennis and mini golf.

Nice hotel close to the beach & great aqua park

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the hotel and had the most awesome holiday by miles, however a number of improvements must be arranged. There needs to be more English-speaking staff involved, especially in house-keeping. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and polite unlike one chef at the restaurant who was clearly lacking customer service. Despite that, food was decent, bar drinks service was pretty quick and nice. Encountered wifi issues during my stay in the room. Wifi is extremely poor at hotel and it’s literally impossible to get connected even at reception area.
Overall, hotel facilities are great, the beach is amazing and water park is one of the best out there. Would consider to return here very soon once the improvements are addressed.

Great location for the water park

The hotel is right next to the water park which is free entry if you stay at the hotel. It's salt water so bring googles. Food was good but a week is long enough before you have sampled all the delights. Staff are friendly and speak English. Air conditioner in the rooms a problem. Most don't work and I can see this being a problem in the summer. Good all round 3 star stay.

Ideal Easter break for families

Just had a great relaxing 9 day break at this hotel. It's a 3 star so expect 3 star standards and if you do that you will have great time. Water park sets this apart from other similar type hotels. Plenty to do for kids, hardly ever saw my 10 year old boy during the day. Loads of sunbeds available and terrace gets the sun all day from 11. We did a couple of evenings out in puerto de Morgan which is only 10 minutes in a taxi and around €6 each way. Rooms were big and spacious. We had a family room in the 6th floor.

All in all it did what it advertised and apart from a couple of niggles it was a great Easter break.

On arrival just after 2pm we were told our rooms weren't ready and sent to get some lunch. About 3pm we got keys to our 2 rooms - kids age 15 and 13 where classed as adults and we had to pay for an extra room for them. Hotel entrance very grand, once we got to the rooms - what a disappointment. Nothing like the photos shown, there was one double bed (which was supposed to be king size) in both rooms. We telephoned reception to ask for 2 beds in one of the rooms and a childs camp bed was brought up. Considering what we had paid for the extra room it wasn't very good. The base of the bed was filthy, the mattress wasn't much better and there were stickers on the bed frame. Food was ok, what you can expect from a 3 star all-inclusive, well presented and plenty of choice. Cleanliness of the hotel was good, the light switch fell out of the wall and once reported they were there immediately to fix it. It felt a bit like being stuck on a desert island, there was no where to walk, you had to get a bus or taxi to get anywhere. Entertainment was aimed completely at kids

Very much a family hotel for children and teenagers. Water park very good and the gym too. Hotel very clean. Beds not comfortable. Food at all times could have been hotter. However they had a pizza bar at lunch and dinner with fresh pizzas every 5 minutes. Loads of sun beds and plenty of room for everyone. Animators were really friendly with great range of activities. Taurito is only 5 min drive from Mogan and 10 mins to Puerto Rico.

Great setting and grounds. Spotlessly clean, maids do a great job and are always quiet with a warm greeting.
Food well cooked, though lacking regional Spanish dishes. Sure there was paella (rice and pasta versions) but very little else. I was desperate for tortilla, jamón, extra virgin olive oil....
Puddings were all jelly, ice cream and strange mousses/Angel Delight types. Best avoided.
Evening entertainment was child focused and a lot of the grown ups felt a little excluded and/or bored.

Nice location and lots of things to do. The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinners were nice. This hotel is definitely a family destination, as you'll see with the tons of kids running around being noisy. The room, though nice, could be updated. Given the close proximity to where all of the events take place, the music, waterpark, etc., it's loud until 10PM-11PM and it was hard to sleep. This would be a fun place for a family. Wi-Fi you must pay for and it only works in the lobby, if I remember correctly. There are computers you can use, but you must pay for those, too.

Excellent all-inclusive family hotel + waterpark

The hotel is well-located, in a small valley on the south of the island. There are about five hotels which share the valley, waterpark, beach etc, so nothing is very crowded.

The hotel has a small pool, but all residents have free access to a wonderful aquapark in front of the hotel, with many waterslides and large salt water swimming pools.

The valley has its own sandy beach with good swimming opportunities.

The food in the hotel is plentiful, if simple. The staff are helpful. All the rooms are apartments, so you get a bedroom,bathroom and sitting room with built in kitchenette - not that vital in an all-inclusive hotel, but the extra space is nice.

Excellent resort for families

This is an excellent hotel & a great resort. When we first arrived I was a little concerned that there were several large hotels all centred around a single water park and beach, assuming that it would be heaving during the day, however even during the October half term although fairly busy the hotel was well within its capacity. No queues or waiting for food, check in, facilities and so on. The water park similarly was lively but no queues halfway up staircases like in others I've been to in the Canaries- there was normally only a nominal wait for the slides and so on and you could get a sunbed close to the pool easily. The resort and beach were great however we also ventured into the interior of the island and were not disappointed; GC has much more about it than Lanzarote or Fuertaventura and there were plenty of ports and villages for those that like their day trips & more energetic things for others. There were one or two niggles; if you're not coming by coach you have a 5-10 minute walk between your room and the road where you can park (coach has special access to reception but there's no entrance from the road otherwise which is annoying) and the evening entertainment noise - focused by the location of the hotel on the side of the valley with the facilities in the middle - makes it past the patio door double glazing and would probably keep very young children awake longer than their parents would wish, but these are minor. All in all excellent and very sorry to leave.

You get what you pay for!

We stayed at this hotel four years ago. It had a lot more then. The water park is nice but it is salt water ...which is not a big deal for me but I heard many other people complain about it. However, 4 years ago the all inclusive package extended to the food and drink at the water park. That is no longer the case. The food was not great, and the beer and wine were not to my liking at all and I am not too picky.... The alcohol was definitely watered down which is not always a bad thing when the very crowded pool area is covered in people desiring a drink. :). Oh... Bring your own towels and you will want to put your towels out by about 6 am if you want to get a good spot by the pool. We were not told this and ended up just staying in the pool the entire first day. The animation club kept people entertained, involved, and happy, while my kids really enjoyed the mini club although it was for two brief time frames during the day. The hotel staff were not pleasant at all so it was nice to see the faces of the animation team throughout the hotel. Bottom line, you get what you pay for. It is a three star hotel and it gets a three star rating from me. I would still recommend it to a friend however I am not sure I will be going back.

Rooms need updating and more storage needed, we had just one wardrobe no drawers.
Pillows of poor quality and sheets didnt fit bed properly. Rooms clean but tatty. Swimming pool not big enough for number of guests and shortage of sunbeds, guests tended to put towels on and reserve beds from early morning!!
Good for children, animation team very pleasant and hard working.
Not enough lifts ans a lot of time spent waiting for them.
Hotel mainly Scandinavians very few English.
Smoking everywhere which was not good.

Excellent holiday with the familiy (2A & 2C). We asked for top floor, had to wait a little longer for check in but worth the wait - great view of sea, pool and ajoining shared waterpark (with other two princess hotels in resort). All inclusive Food was good.Fair selection catered mainly for families with some additional variety throughout week. Thai food bar in buffet resturant not really Thai food, more like Asian but still very nice. As to be expected for a 3 star hotel. The animation team were fantastic, especially Richardo. All in all a great holiday, would recommend for families.

The holiday was absolutely fantastic.
Great location, the best animation team I have ever seen, lovely food, huge selection for everyone. Kids are busy all day.
Room was clean, great staff. The only problem - beds and pillows are very uncomfortable.

Great place for the whole family.

Having our vacation at Lago Taurito was an extraordinary experience. We enjoyed very much every single minute of it. Our little girls enjoyed very much the mini-club, (Robert) was wonderful with the kids, they loved being with him. They also enjoyed the mini-Disco and of course the attractions that were near by. The water park was also another great experience, they all enjoyed all the water slides. The food at the hotel was great, loved every single dish they served. The performances at night were expectacular, and we liked the Entertainment team very much, they were fun to be around.
If I ever go back, I would defenitely visit during the summer.

Very good for families.

Very good hotel, catering for families. The children enjoyed themselves a lot as many activities to keep them occupied. We as adults enjoyed and relaxed at the resort and the hotel staff were very friendly.

Fantastic holiday complex

First of all this a fantastic apartment hotel , lovely balcony facing the pool area on all rooms, for family's this is 5 star, it has it;s own aquapark if you are an all inclusive guest the entrance is free, bearing in mind it cost's 24 euros if you are not, the aquapark is fantastic and has all different water activities and slides for all ages, as well as a bar in the middle of the complex that all inclusive customers can still benefit from free drinks.
The atmosphere is fantastic and the restaurant is massive with what i call reasonable food variety's, kids love it .
If you are planning to take your family , I definatily recomend .
Ps will go back again next year.

Perfect Family Resort

The hotel had its own waterpark which was perfect for families with young children. The drink selection was not very big, but enough to satisfy needs. The staff was friendly. The workers were very involved in daily activities and trying to include all children.

really good for families!
(+) all inclusive package comes with buffet for all meals - the choice is large and the kids will be satisfied (in the core offer there are always fries, pizza, pasta, ice cream)
(+) all inclusive comes with free drinks including some alcohol (beers, liquor)
(+) almost every night there is some animations/shows, it is not Broadway shows but entertaining and our small kid loved it
(+) activities: min golf, poney ride in front the hotel, aqua park
(-) in Feb the weather is alright for the pool (some people may find it too cold though) and the sea is just too cold. The pool is external and is not really warmed up
(-) hair drier, safe, internet wifi all comes with an extra charge
(-) amenities like soap and shampoo only provided on the first day
Overall really good holidays!

Excellent food, good all inclusive service, friendly staff, large rooms and balconies including a bedroom, living room, kitchen area with a fridge and bathroom. Facility to use washing machine and dryer.
The pool is small, but the aquapark is next door. Free access but no all inclusive service.

Je viens de passer un semaine dans cette hôtel qui est super le lieu est idéal pour le farniente plage à 5 min à pieds et piscine gigantesque ou l on n’est pas entassés les un sur les autres
Les repas sont bon un peu redondant.
Par contre les personnes qui souhaitent y aller l hier ne parle pas français donc il faut je débrouille en anglais ou espagnol
She non j y retournerai une très belle expérience

Vi hade gärna stannat längre om det funnits fler lediga dagar på hotellet. Vattenparken som låg alldeles bredvid var superfint. Området var lyxigt på ett behagligt vis

Hotellet ligger tæt på byen Morgan,der var stille og roligt ved hotellet skal lige tilføjes vi var der da vandland var lukket gode senge

Hotellet mangler skraldspand i stuen og læse lampe ved den 1 side af dobbeltseng pressede spisetider der var kun 1 time til morgenmad 35 min til frokosten 1 time til aftensmad det var en spislig buffe men ikke luksus

When assessing the hotel you must keep in mind that, with the water park connected to it, the target group is families with children. For adults without kids seeking some peace and quiet, the Suite Princess closer to the beach is the better deal.
That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were lucky to have a room towards the northern end of the hotel, away from the pool with the noise and loud music playing all day. The hotel itself is not really new or modern anymore, some minor repairs here and there wouldn't do any harm, but it is clean, and the rooms are large and comfortable. The three meals per day that are inclusive were clearly more than we could handle, we were happy to skip lunch and just serve ourselves to a free snack at the pool (hamburger, hot dog, sandwich) when we felt like it. The meals themselves are a bit bland and repetitive in the course of a week, but we didn't mind. A plus if you are staying with kids is that entry to the water park is for free, which lets you go and do the slides whenever you like. The space in front of and between the hotels is car-free, so you can let even small children run without having to worry about traffic. Entertainment is right in front of the hotel, our kids especially enjoyed the mini disco every evening. You shouldn't mind the noise, though.
All in all a great place to get away from the daily grind for a while with your kids.

Godt utvalg av mat og drikke på all inclusive. Hyggelig personell i resepsjonen og matsalen. Fint uteområdet med basseng og badeland. Passer bra for barnefamilier. Må ta buss eller taxi til andre steder dersom man vil spise et annet sted enn hotellet. Kort spasertur til stranda.
Rommet derimot var gammelt og skittent. Gulvet var møkkete og det lå hår fra tidligere gjest. Dusjen var ekkel. Ble tett av å være på rommet og klærne luktet jord. Mugg på gardinene. Kommer ikke tilbake!

Bra valuta för pengarna! Personalen mycket bra, utbudet av mat på All Inclusive också bra. Inträde till vattenland ingick, också bra. Det enda negativa är ett wi-fi som inte alls fungerar på rummen och knappt i receptionen heller.

Super vacances, hotel correspond au attentes, restauration top, juste le service dans les chambres drap non changer tous les jours, et savon avec échantillons de gel a l'arrivée ne sont pas renouveler durant notre séjours dommage. Sinon pas trop d'explications a l'arrivée, à vous de vous débrouiller à demander d'explications en sachent que le français n'est utilisée là-bas. En dehors de l'hôtel les activités c'est a dire mini golf, bowling, kart pour enfants toutes ses activités sont payantes meme avec un all exclusive, juste l'accès a la piscines qui est compris et d'ailleurs excellente. Malheureusement pour cause de covid pas de spa, piscines interieure non disponible. Voila Malgré ses petits détails je recommande cette hotel, excellent pour y passez des vacances en famille.

Fine dager på ferie

Småbarnsfamilie hadde 10 fine dager på Hotel Lago Taurito. Hadde et romslig familierom med stor terrasse, renhold og mat var bra. God underholdning for datteren vår på 3 år og hyggelig betjening. Får mye for pengene her. Vi kommer til å reise tilbake.

Det var et OK hotel med hjælpsom personale. Slidte faciliteter og værelser. Dårlig mad. Kold vand i poolen. Underholdning kunne være bedre.
Men alt i alt OK, men kunne være meget bedre hvis ledelsen gad at gøre det bedre.
