All inclusive:
We loved the garden patio outside our room. Location good. Just cross road to lift down and then 10 mins walk to beach via fun park, shops, mini golf and waterpark.
Hotel is fine. Rooms are large and clean. View to opposite mountain is just grey stone featuring an abandoned half built derelict complex. But you get used to it. No sun much before 11.30 at hotel but plenty if you go down to beach or water park.
Food is fine with enough choices for the week.
Can recommend the sangria and Prosecco but not the white wine which is awful.
Pool is nice with plenty of sun beds and pool bar serving free drinks and snacks.
Can use gym in sister hotel opposite for free, which we did.
Very relaxing week in glorious sunshine and pleasant resort

This hotel sadly did not live up to my expectations. Partly my own fault perhaps for not doing more research beforehand... I was traveling with a girlfriend and Taurito was not the place for us! Its isolated unless you have a car as the road is not walkable anywhere and the bus is not very regular. Taurito only has few hotels and absolutely no nightlife apart from the hotel entertainment. I'd say the food at the hotel is very basic but edible. The all inclusive drinks are very bad, I found the wine undrinkable. The wine comes from a dispenser similar to what you get juice from, it's very low alcohol and simply does not taste good! You can get cava from the poolbar, this at least comes from a bottle but has a watery taste too at 5% alcohol. I just stuck to soft drinks or the occasional rum and coke.
The facilities listed at the hotel like gym and spa is in fact at a opposite hotel in the same chain, the spa entrance is not included. The only facilities at the actual hotel is the pool, restaurant and poolbar. I found this misleading as the main image at the hotel.com is a picture from the spa pool in a completely different hotel across the main square. The waterpark in the square is however included so if travelling with children, not wanting nightlife or alcoholic drinks the hotel might be more suitable. The room was large and clean. I would not come back to this resort or hotel.

The Hotel is great and pretty good value; it is very easy to get to the water park, beach and hiking trails in the mountains. For an all inclusive, the food quality and variety was surprisingly good and the staff were great. The photo that shows an indoor swimming pool should be removed from the listing; this isn't the Hotel Taurito's pool (which is outdoor and unheated), it is the very warmly heated indoor pool at the nearby Krabi spa which costs $25/2 ppl/2 hours.

We went to this hotel 5 years ago and this was why we chose to back. The food was brilliant, different variety every day, the staff were really nice and helpful, the pool was quite with loads of available sunbeams, but this Time we felt that the property was a bit tired and a little dusty. We felt that the entertainment could have been a little better, before we had evening entertainment, but this year there was none in the hotel, you had to go down to into the resort itself. Having said that the entertainment rep was phenomenal!!

The hotel was in a flat area whereas many others were high on cliff faces. There wasn’t much in Taurito but there was a free shuttle bus to nearby town and many cheap buses from there to all other areas. The hotel and room were very clean, food much as expected, pool and pool bar both good, fridge in room. On the downside you had to pay for sunbed towels so cheaper to buy one at one of the beach shops and once bar closed in the evening you couldn’t get a hot or cold drink till the restaurant opened for breakfast at 8am. Luckily we had taken our travel kettle. Overall nice hotel and relaxing holiday.

Lovely hotel, great food with lots of diferent choises, very plesent staff and you really feel like in the hotel.
Spa is absolutely amazing, only gym is a bit poor- few machines and half of them is not working or very old and not in good ( safe ) condition to use.
No free safe in your room and wifi is not free as well what I found a bit weard for 4* hotel.
Over all- great place to stay.

Hotel was very nice, could be more of a variety of food but it was above average what was there. The gym and sauna was closed which was annoying and it didn’t look like it would be open any time soon. Overall a lovely hotel and lovely staff. Would definitely return.

All inclusive is not for us!

I booked this hotel for the last night of a five day walking and hosteling holiday across Gran Canaria, which had been very enjoyable but challenging and basic at times, Hoping for comfort, a bit of luxury, relaxation on the beach and the proximity of a fishing village, we found an inlet occupied by hotels, a water park, tacky shops and a derelict mini golf course cut off from the neighbouring fishing village by a landslide. Cocktails came out of machines and were served in paper cups, the wine was diluted with sparkling water, the food bland and most of the staff appeared harassed. The place was reasonably well kept, clean and comfortable but lacked authenticity and atmosphere at least in the eyes of my 22 year old son and I. Having seen the remainder of Gran Canaria's South coast, all inclusive package holidays are definitely not for us. The island being lovely and well worth visiting, we might opt for a last night in post colonial Las Palmas instead were we to return. A not dissatisfied but disappointed customer.

The hotel is situated in a small resort towards the south west of the Island; get a taxi or shuttle, not a coach, the transfer takes too long. The reception and rooms are fine. We pre-requested a ground floor room and got the second floor. Our bathroom had lose taps, the bath/shower filter was broken. The food is basic, not varied, mostly pre-packaged and recycled from day to day. We don't drink so appreciate that the hotel has to account for alcohol on all inclusive but we had much better food in a 3* in Maspalomas two years ago. I did not think it was possible to burn pasta, turn rice into a solid entity or purchase bread rolls which would substitute and cannon balls; but it is.
The staff are mostly friendly. Pool was nice.
The 'gym' is in another hotel. The outdoor exercise area is run down, the pull up bar collapsed, most of the timber structures are broken and the monkey bars come with a nail spike feature for added excitement.

Very nice place to spend holidays. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food is amazing, always can find something nice! Close to the beach. Every evening nice shows for the kids and later on for adults. Just amazing place! Paradise! I will definitely come back there!

Good hotel

Taurito is a good place to stay good bus service for surrounding area.Hotel is very good, Taurito has changed a lot it used to just be 3 hotels and the water park in the middle but now it's has 5 hotels surrounding the water park that you can use,there is plenty shops and restaurants on the beach.The hotel could have better wi_fi but overall it is a very good hotel it's adult only but they have two sister hotels that you use I would go back to this hotel it has a very international feel to it entertainment could be better.

Lovely hotel in good location, lift down to lower level entertainment area, shops and beach. Good selection on buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, hot food always hot. Perfect base for exploring Gran Canaria. Heated pool perfect even in January. Pool snacks very basic, but to be expected. Nice and quiet as adults only hotel.

Clean and tidy with (generally) friendly, helpful staff. Food is good with varied meals for lunch and dinner. Breakfast limited. Vegetarian breakfast choice sparse. It's sometimes hard to tell what's vegetarian but staff happy to clarify. Clearer labels would help.

Adequate bar. Soft drinks, beer, red and rose wine and ready mixed cocktails OK, others poor quality. Bar not free after 2300.

All inclusive deal not well explained on the hotel's website or Expedia. All food and drinks, snack food at the pool bar during the day. Also free access to the brilliant water park, two minutes away. Water park has a free bar, with same drinks and snacks. Sunbed and umbrella hire, €2 each.

Free evening entertainment 2 mins across the road, with free bar open until 0100. Pay amusement arcade and mini golf, until 0100, worth the €4 per person for 18 holes.

Hotel oddity; rooms not cleaned on Thursdays. Beach towel hire €1. Odd for 4*. TV remote control €10 deposit.

Wifi €25 for 7 days, works (mostly) in the hotel, but not around the pool. Coverage good at water park.

Pool clean and well run, with convenient bar. Shallow pool for children. Games were organised by staff (Animators), daily. Prizes, such as free mini-golf or a (proper) cocktail, which wasn't bad. Games were good fun.

Overall, I found this hotel to be well run and pleasant. It's not really 4*, probably more good 3*, but I got good value on this deal for flights and all incusive hotel. Met my expectations, I'd use it again.

Hotellet var i stort sett okej, men motsvarade inte riktigt standarden för ett fyrstjärnigt hotell. Städningen var bristfällig och rummen kändes inte tillräckligt rena. Väggarna mellan rummen var mycket tunna, vilket gjorde att man lätt stördes av ljud från grannarna.

Maten var okej men hade väldigt lite variation, särskilt vid poolen där utbudet mest bestod av hamburgare och korv. Sängarna höll inte den nivå man förväntar sig av ett fyrstjärnigt hotell, snarare trestjärnig standard.

Hotellets pool var tyvärr inte i bra skick och upplevdes som smutsig. Även i Aqua Park, som ingick i vistelsen, var poolerna inte särskilt rena. För solstolar och parasoller fick man dessutom betala extra om man inte hade det inkluderat.

Sammanfattningsvis kändes hotellet mer som ett trestjärnigt än ett fyrstjärnigt.

En relación calidad precio bastante bien la comida deja mucho que desear es escasa y repetitiva por lo demás muy bien el Hotel tranquilo y muy limpio le haría falta un poquito de modernizarse y adaptarse también a los horarios de turistas españoles, ya que cerrar el bufet a las 9:30 de la noche. Me parece muy pronto los alrededores del Hotel genial es un Resort con agua par muy completo para familias pocas cosas que hacer o mejor dicho nada, a partir de las 11 de la noche

Huone oli siisti, ainut miinus että vedet jäi makaamaan pesuhuoneen lattialle kun ei ollut kaivoa ammeen ulkopuolella.
Ilmastointi toimi hyvin, henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.
Ruoka hieman yksitoikkoista ja mausteita piti lisätä.
Snackbaari oli hieman pettymys ruuan laadussa ja maussa aikaisempiin majoituksiin verrattuna.
Vesipuisto on pienen matkan päässä ja ympäristö soveltuu hyvin lapsiperheelle vaikka hieman ympäristössä ja aktiviteetti paikoissa olisi kunnostettavaa, etenkin puiset osat.
Rannassa ei ole aallonmurtajia joten aallot ovat aika isot pienille lapsille, mutta ranta oli tosi siisti ja roskaton.

Ganska litet hotell så nära till allt.
Hotellet hade bra urval av mat. Hade gärna haft mer handsprit i restaurangen.
Valde lgh med terrass, visade sig att vi inte hade en enda soltimme där. Välj balkong, finns ingen utsikt från terrasserna.
Bra personal, städning varje dag, lätt att ta sig till stranden.
Poolområdet var lagom stort och fanns alltid lediga solstolar.

Hotelli ei todellakaan ollut 4* hotelli.
Huoneet pieniä ja kaikki äänet kuuluivat naapurista ja ulkoota. Kylpyhuoneet -80 luvulta. Hotellissa ei mitään ohjelmaa iltaisin. Ohjelmat mitä oli niin olivat ison hotelliryhmittymän keskellä.
Vesipuisto ei ole hotellin yhteydessä.
Aamiainen monipuolinen ja ihan hyvä . Lounas ja illalinen melko olemattomat. Ravintola kun työpaikka ruokala.
Ei allaspyyhkeitä.

Nice hotel that has everything you need. The only ting I didn't like was that there were quit few healthy food options on the breakfeast and lunch buffet, and also that the beds are not that comfortable. Otherwise it was all good and absolutely worth the money. Especially good for families with Young children, I think.

Pese a ser un 4 estrellas, las bebidas, a excepción de la cerveza, son muy malas. No tenían a apenas cócteles incluidos, por una granizada nos cobraban un euro.
La comida no es gran cosa y la variedad de la misma es escasa.
La wifi es mala, solo funciona en la recepción y si quieres en la habitación hay suplemento y encima es peor. Esto es algo importante, ya que en el lugar hay mala cobertura de red móvil.
En general, por el precio, ofrecen muy poco. No volvería, a menos que mejorasen estos aspectos.

Todo perfecto, el trato del personal es de 10 , la comida un 7 pero para el precio está bastante bien lo único malo que me vi es que no tiene cama doble solo disponen de camas individuales cosa que no entiendo en un hotel de 4 estrellas .
