This hotel certainly is not 4 star. The food is varied but never hot, always luke warm at best. The plates are also cold.
One lift of the two was out of order for 7 days and still had not been repaired as we left.

Nice hotel. We didn’t pay crazy money so worth it and only here for long weekend. Pools too cold to swim in and waterpark salt water making it uncomfortable to be in for long. Food choices very limited. A good 3star hotel.

Yes the staff were very courteous and helpful, the Animation team were excellent, the events that they organised for the children and adults 😀 was very good, pool area kept clean and well policed by the Life guard on duty, The food was good most of the time Breakfast v good . I don’t like the criticise food as one can always find faults but it general is was good, I will just say the grilled beef we tried on a couple of occasions was not very tender and some chicken dishes were poor but overall one would not go hungry

The hotel is in really picturesque area of Gran Canaria Island. Beach is very clean and sufficient for 1 week stay. Food in the all inclusive is pretty much the same every day. Quality of the food is reasonable and staff tries to keep things clean. Hotel is somewhat worn out as indicated by worn carpets in the hallways.
At all-inclusive hotel one needs to be able to get the coffee before 7:30am.
Pool is clean but snack bar is left to be desired.
Do not expect the variety of Mexican All-inclusive in terms of food.
This is budget version of that.
Probably this is European thing.
Deserts were good and high quality.
Kids spent 2-3 days in water park but then got tired of it.
We recommend take some tours.
There are a lot of cats around the hotel and people feed them cat food.
It is a sad that the road between Valley Taurito and Mogan is closed due to the damage.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was rude and wasn't helpful at all. We arrived around 2:45 PM, and lunch closed at 3 PM. We kindly asked if we could go to the restaurant to grab something quick for our baby, as we traveled more than 13 hours and our baby hadn't eaten anything. The receptionist said, \"No, it's too late; go after.\" We asked if there was anything at the pool bar or the main bar. Her response was, \"Yes, there should be something; go check.\" We asked where the bar was, and she didn't clarify anything, just said, \"Go to the 1st floor; you will find it.\" We ended up buying outside the hotel to grab something. Pool bar cocktails and smoothies are so misleading. They say you have everything inclusive, but when you go to the bar, they have smoothies advertised, and, hiddenly, they have a small one on the left of the bar with prices. You will assume that the smoothies are in the inclusive prices, but they are not. Be careful with the towels; that was my first encounter where I had to pay a £20 deposit for cases if you lose or damage them. Then, you'll have to pay £1 every time you take them to be cleaned. So, for example, if you go for 7 days and borrow 3 towels, you will end up paying £21 in total for the towels, which is crazy, as outside of the hotel, shops sell 2 towels for the price of £10. We recently stayed at Hotel LIVVO Valle Taurito & Aquapark and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and efficient service. The hotel is set in a beautiful valley just steps away from the beach, surrounded by breathtaking cliffs and views that make you feel like you’ve found a hidden gem on the island.

🏨 Rooms: Our room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with stunning views of the ocean and pool area. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay.

🍽️ Food: The buffet offered a nice variety of dishes, with fresh options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was something for everyone – from international favorites to delicious Canarian specialties.

Excellent Hotel in Gran Canaria

After reading all reviews I was apprehensive about the hotel but I don't regret booking here. Room was huge, great view, staff were soooo friendly and amazing. Great variety of food and some of them were amazing, other ones could improve. Sangria was excellent. Only negative thing was the Cocktails that can be better.
Activities every night for kids and adults. Pool was great although the big one with the slides was with sea water, my kids didnt like that.

Great Hotel, will definatelly be back

Spend first week of February 2024 there with my family and friends.
Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels and toiletries to up. Cleaning ladies on 2nd floor were very nice and great at their job. Amazing staff that could not be more helpful, everyone during meals receptionists, animations team. Special recognition for Ali who was super helpful and nice to our group.
Pool water was clean and slightly heated, so we were using it every day, had some nice bubble jets and great view. Very good food with different selection every lunch and dinner. Breakfast also had a lot of choices including omelettes made on request and fresh pancakes and churros every day. Very good coffee, wide selection of soft drinks. The only minutes is still water from the machine – awful taste.
Mini disco for the kids most nights and some entertainment for adults from 9 in eth arena next to the hotel where kids can also use some additionally paid attractions – mic gold, mini go-carts, trampolines, bowling. Waterpark (access included in hotel price) also across the street – good slides however water in February still cold so only used few times

Great Christmas break

The hotel is situated in a beautiful bay, and every room has incredible sea views from the balcony.

The staff are all very polite and friendly and the hotel was very clean.

The food was reasonable for an all inclusive, although a bit repetitive. As vegetarians we did struggle at dinner especially.

The pool was nice enough although pretty cold! The acquapark was great for the kids, although again this was freezing!

It would have been so much nicer to have had glasses for drinks rather than plastic cups. I can understand that during the day by the pool, however whilst drinking in the lounge glasses should have been available like in the restaurant.

Fabulous 5 night break

We stayed in the hotel for a 5 night all inclusive break and really couldn't fault anything. The rooms were very spacious with amazing views and cleaned on a daily basis.The whole stay was really lovely. The staff were very friendly but wanted to mention Ali who was very nice and went out of his way to chat to us and made us feel really welcome. We will definitely be returning at some point sooner rather than later. We really didn't want to go home!

In a purpose made resort with a small beach with no access to a promenade to escape. Hotel is NEVER a 4* more like a low 3*. Poor quality all inclusive drinks, restaurant more like a cafe setting with average food mostly warm at best. Not enough sun beds & if you wanted one you had to \"lay your towels across them before dawn\". Entertainment was dreadful aimed at children until 9pm who then never left the picnic bench tables until late. (Outside entertainment shared by 2 hotels 50 yds away so constant queues for drinks). Only one pool bar serving drinks all day and night so again constant queues. Felt sorry for the staff who worked hard to keep up. A large room with a large balcony but very tired with no tea/coffee & a worn out chair that needed dumping. Ok if you're a family that just wanted to sit around the pool all day but no good for couples or young people looking for some life. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS SO CALLED 4* hotel. Avoid the Taurito valley area.

Welcoming hotel. High standard of cleanliness throughout. Excellent room servicd. Plenty of good food. I particularly enjoyed the fish dishes. Very good swimming pool. Enjoyed using the waterpark adjacent which comes inclusive- I just used it for swimming around and sitting out in the sun!
Hope to return before not too long.

Never go back again!

Lobby smells like a cheap toiletry fragrance. Food, not tasty. Mostly looking cheap (hams, cheese, even a pack of jam) \"Staff canteen food\" categorized. Pigeons in the restaurant cleaning the floor, Disgusting. Room was more specious than it looked on webpage, but towels were extremely thin as I never seen it in my life! I even thought it was a bathmat! No complimentary tea/coffee, not even a kettle was set in the room. Iron was available (without iron board) only at the front desk with 10euro deposit for 2-3 hours to use. Looking for the health mater for our luggages, informed the set up scale, cost of 1euro per 1time. Overall, I'd rather booked a private villa and go out for eat for better taste, for the value of what we paid for \"all inclusive\". (wished to have a choice for the meal plan, then I would cancel all the meals) therefore, I'll never like to go back here again.

Excellent holiday at this clean, friendly hotel

We've been on several AI holidays in several countries and are fairly picky; we were really happy with this one (despite our concerns having read some of the reviews on this site).

It's smaller than most we have stayed in, which was nice in many ways. We did miss the variety of bars and restaurants that come with a larger hotel but that's not to say that the bar and restaurant weren't good (although a queue did sometimes build up at the bar in the evening).

Spotlessly clean, really friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Lovely pool, great waterpark, fun mini-golf and a few shops to potter in too.

The resort is hugely built up for such a small inlet and cove but all rooms have a view of the sea so you just have to look beyond that!

Would happily stay here again.

Great First Family Holiday

We arrived at our hotel to find a very welcoming receptionist to quickly checked us in, we then went up to our room dropped the bags off and went down for some dinner, it was nearly the end of service. We were impressed with the quantity and quality of the food with had a little bit to suit everyone's palates. Once back in the room we took in the view from the balcony and despite it being night the pool, aquapark, entertainment area light the surrounding area well to give enough of an idea how the area looked. The pictures accurately reflected the hotel and the area. The next morning we woke to a beautiful view of the sea, all rooms have a view of the sea, and the huge waterpark!!! Room clean daily, however would have liked the sheets changed during our stay of one week, although I think we had a in room day the day this was supposed to be done due to our son having a cough. Breakfast again a good variety, all the means for the continental and the proverbial Full English as well as cereals, fruit, yoghurt etc. The hotel swimming pool was lovely and our 2 year loved the 'little pool' which was perfect for him, the water park could have done with a little bit of TLC with a fair few tiles missing however the slides were great fun!!! Also very safe as there were many lifeguards on duty. There is a bus service which is quick cheap and regular to Mogan and many other places, overall very nice holiday, thanks very much.

Overall great holiday

This really was the whole package, the hotel was modern and of a good standard, especially for a European hotel. The hotel staff were attentive and friendly and made a point of getting to know us throughout the week. This was also the case for the Animation Team, Michael was very engaging and got us involved with many activities throughout the day. Despite it being \"off\" season, there was still lots to do!

Being an all inclusive hotel we expected to be eating similar meals throughout the week, but this wasn't the case, the selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner options were vast and often included theme nights to mix it up further. My only criticism would be that the staff were slightly too quick at clearing your table and wouldn't wait until the whole party was finished.

Idyllic surrounds, superb for a relaxing stay

Lovely surrounds, peaceful and we went off season between the lull before the end of the Brit season and the beginning of the Scandinavian season. The hotel seemed half full which we were not complaining about as ample sun beds and the restaurant was half empty so had the pick of the lot.

Pluses, nice setting, construction and use of marble and stone gave it that 4 star appeal. Smart and clean and decour seemed new and no signs of decline, damage or wear or tear on the fixtures and fittings. Plenty of choice of food and the all inclusive included glasses or plastic cups.

Even the flowerbeds were spotless, as I witnessed the Gardner one early morning pruning and then sweeping the flower beds so that the texture of the soil made it look like a pristine sand bunker on a top class golf course.

The staff were pleasant and helpful, well turned out and smart in appearance and command of english excellent.

Rooms were massive and a large balcony area to boot. Bathroom was large with a unusually large bath with shower attachment.
Some nice extras were the accoutrements such as shaving gel, toothbrush and toothpaste, to a comb and sewing kit.

All in all excellent holiday and for a bit extra definitely a step up from its sister hotel directly across which is a 3 star, downside to me I couldn't find anywhere to watch the sports so a trip to Mogan (beautiful fishing village and worth the trip only 5 mins) or Puerto Rico ( bit of a Blackpool) had to be endured :-)

We can recommend this hotel sincerely as it is located nicely in a bay and offers everything you need during a holiday.
Nice staff, very clean hotel, good access to a water fun park.

What the heck

This is a nice place for older persons or those with kids. There is nothing there except for hotel proprty, and charges occur for thisng slike internet (which did not work well) to beach space. Food was bland. No flavor, not fresh and genrally lacking. Hotel was great but amenities were scarce like bar soap, shampoo but there is the large wall mounted type that is not very good. Towels were thin and heavily worn. No washclothes and lacked hand towels. Left after two days of a three day stay. Place is nice to look at but ....

Great hotel in a resort with some limitations.

Really good hotel with plus points being:-
a) quality of room/beds/bathroom etc
b) access to very spacious Water Park 30 meters from hotel at just €2 per person for sunlounger.
c) Staff - very helpful
d) Food - decent quality, although after 7 days more variety would be welcome.
e) Value - the all-in price we paid was about €900 for 2 people excluding flights which we bought more cheaply by \"unbundling\". If you're happy with the local lager (\"Mahou\" - very drinkable) and local spirits then you will see real value.
Negatives:-
a) Taurito is a very self-contained cove. You can not walk to the tantilisingly-close Mogan, or indeed anywhere else as the roads are too dangerous with no walkway. A bus or taxi will cost no more than about €5 per person. (Go Fridays for the excellent market).
b) Perhaps a minor gripe, but once you get bored with the hotel food, there is no other place to eat on Taurito - possible exception being the beach cafe.
c) Main reason for wanting to wander is the absence of any entertainment - the \"La Bamba\" nightclub was closed every day between March 19th and 26th, and the hotel provided just a piano player, a flamenco dancer (in the singular) and what promised to be an interesting bird of prey act that turned into a \"don't take your own photo\" act, because they want to charge you for the pleasure!
Overall my wife and I had a good trip -, but the \"Paradise Group\" who own all the facilities in Taurito could do better for a captive clientelle.

Lovely hotel plenty of areas, inside and outside, to sit around and relax. Always able to get a sun lounger and umbrella on the pool terrace and in the aqua park, should imagine in the summer it would be a different matter. Ideal for a winte break.

Ordinärt all inclusivehotell. Lite slutna rum och en hissen drabbade hela tiden. Maten ätbar men inte mycket mer. Vattenlandet var bra i teorin men var icke uppvärmt havsvatten. Ingen all inclusive på vattenlandet heller. Barnpoolen på hotellet iskall. Ok dryck och gott kaffe. Men maten i snackbarerna var vedervärdig. Taurito är också en väldigt liten dal så man kan inte gå runt mycket och utforska. Sett till priset får hotellet 3/5 men hade det varit en krona dyrare så hade det gått ner till 2 eller 1 stjärna. Ingen sangria på tapp i buffen som kunnat rädda upp betyget lite. Högljudd underhållning som studsade mellan hotellen till kl 23

Værelset var meget rumligt. Stort badeværelse med badekar og stor altan. Sovesofaen var desværre ikke så god at sove på, knirkede og slidt madras. Rengøring og personale var rigtig gode. Made var super lækker. Perfekt for børnefamilier men også med god variation ved måltiderne. Snackbaren som var med i all inclusive pakken havde ikke så stor variation. Hotellet ligger lige overfor forlystelsedparken Taurito, med forskellige aktiviteter for børn i forskellige aldre. Der er dog meget høj musik som først slukker kl. 24 som man kan høre fra værelset. Indgang til vandlandet er med i all inklusive pakken, men ikke mad og drikkevarer inde i vandlandet. Vandlandet er med saltvand.
Alt i alt havde vi 5 dejlige dage.

Los horarios de las comidas y cenas no están enfocados al turismo nacional son muy pronto.
Los horarios de los toboganes terminan muy pronto y el ultimo día no te entran hay que pagarlos, eso no lo explican cuando compras.

Also the position is really great as well as the view from the balcony. The rooms are quite big and the cleaning service great as well.

Ruoka oli yllättävän hyvää tämän hintaiseksi allinclusive paikaksi, jopa gluteiinittomia vaihtoehtoja oli saatavilla. Kannattaa maksaa se muutama kymppi enemmän niistä huone vaihtoehdoista. hotellet ligger på en fantastisk plats för en familjeresa. Mina barn som är sju och åtta år gamla kunde bada riskfritt på den fina sandstranden vågorna var rolig att leka med.. platsen ligger lite isolerat dock. Det är inte så lätt att ta sig till andra platser. När man väl har kommit till resmålet för barnen så var det inget problem. De hade gott om aktiviteter och allmänt skoj.

Helt ok hotell som kanskje er 3 i rangering men med gratis inngang til bra badeland rett utenfor døren trekker det opp. Rask ankomst fra flyplassen men vanskelig å komme seg til nærmeste by, Mogan grunnet ras. Ble dyrt med taxi selv om vi kunne se Mogan.

Las piscinas necesitaban limpieza pues los bordes estaban amarillos de suciedad, la comida era congelada mayormente, además se tuvo que poner reclamaciones ya que apenas había variedad y el cocinero atendía mal a los clientes. En cuanto al resto del personal todo muy bien socorristas, limpiadores, recepcionista, camareros.... Excelentes. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda.

Skønt hotel tæt på strand.
Meget dårlig akustik i spisesalen. Heldigvis kunne man også sidde udenfor selv om personalet ikke var så meget for at man skulle sidde samlet mange mennesker samlet
De burde have bedre håndhygiejne i spisesalen når det er buffet.
Det var ikke håndsæbe på hotelværelsets badeværelse.
Ville være dejligt med mulighed for afslapning ved pool uden konstant høj musik

Er utilfreds med at man betaler for adgang til WIFI som ikke kunne bruges på værelset. gratis adgang ved receptionen. Da jeg klagede over det fik jeg bare endnu et nyt adgang, som heller ikke kunne bruges. Advar venligst gæster til hotellet om ikke at købe adgang til noget, som ikke kan bruges. Betalte 35 euro for 14 dage.

Bra för familj med barn som vill bada och sola.

Trevlig personal både vid restaurangen, receptionen och baren vid poolen. Fräscht och rent i rummen och allmänna utrymmena. Ventilationen funkade inte några dagar men fixades till.
Servicevänligt och trevligt för familjer som vill bada och sola. Själv saknade jag bra vägar att springa i vid området, sprang nu på en väg med liten vägren.
Negativt: Gymmet var inget att rekommendera, saknar även löpband och kändes inte bra.

3. Det fins inga 2 barer, det fins bara 1 bar vid poolen stendigt kö, man får öl i glaset som är 1,5 dl.
4. 2 handdukar per person. Man ska tårka ansiktet och hender med en och samma handdukar
5. Fem våningar bara 2 hiss. Tar evighet ner man kallar den.
6. Inga buss transfer flygplats/hotelet/flygplats, taxi fram och tillbacka 130 euro
7. Läkarmotagning 90 euro plus behandling. Villket är abnormal.
Min betyg ä från 1 till 10 en ETTA.

Utrolig fint hotell med masse muligheter masse kommer med i prisen du betaler for rommet blandet annet tilgang til mat buffe 3 ganger om dagen og drikker fra baren og et bar aktiviter alt gratis.
