The hotel is well situated out of Karlsruhe. Handy for the main roads. Really good to have somewhere to stay in the current crisis. The distancing and sanitation measures were well observed and very organized.

Great 3* hotel - Booked a family room for 5 of us, plenty of room for all of us - not the latest decor but perfectly adequate - Free Parking - Superb Buffet Breakfast with everything you can think of from smoked salmon to pancakes and waffles - Room nice and warm with little heating required even though it was -4c at night in January - Reception staff were always eager to help - Penny mini mart 100m down the road & McDonalds and a Shell petrol station opposite - Close to Karlsruhe City Centre - Room had TV, Fridge, Microwave & Kettle - Overall a great stay, my only criticism - hotel needs to invest in some new decent pillows.

Great for an overnight stay
Just one night while passing through. Room was clean. There were no additional pillows in the cupboard. Shower and toilet are separated from the room by a glass screen, not much privacy if you were sharing a twin room with friends rather than your partner.
Breakfast was included and very good, choice of hot or cold and plenty of fresh fruit cut and prepared. Pets are allowed, but they charged us €10 each for our two small dogs.

Not a great hotel. Paid for a double room and got a single bed! There wasn't any parking on site despite advertising free parking. There was a fan in the room which was most welcomed.

This was a good value for money stop over point for us, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was small and clean, the choice at breakfast was incredible and fresh. The only thing that let down this stay was the shower was weak and the bathroom stank of cigarette smoke.

Easy to get to, no restaurant but a few decent local hosteleries. Room was clean, well presented with kettle, tea bags, bottles of waterand a microwave. We are a family of 5 in one room which had plenty of space. The main beds were fine but the fold out bed and sofa bed were bad. The sofa bed was pitted in the middle and gave me back ache. Bathroom was good but why put the bin so close to the toilet so you can't open your legs? Breakfast was good, unlimited.

Was a little unsure on arrival the parking arrangements are novel and you may have to leave your keys at reception if your space blocks another, but there is road parking as an alternative. The fact the restaurant only served snack style food came as a surprise but since there was a fridge in the room and a Penny store close by it was easy to buy food and drink in for the evenings and have lunches out on our travels. However the restaurant provided excellent breakfasts, there was a wide range of alternative cold options and few basic hot ones so always felt very satisfied. The hotel was located on the outskirts of Karlsruhe and provided an convenient base for travel around the region. We visited Baden Baden and Merkur mountain by car and used the train to visit Strasbourg

Quiet Area and Large Rooms
We stayed for the night but left early in the morning for the airport before breakfast. The hotel was easy to find in a quiet location. Supermarket just a block away. The room was large and comfortable. Wifi was fast. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you.

The one issue for an American traveler is the bathroom. It is a glassed off space on one wall of the bedroom and everything is almost totally visible. Yes there is an orange band to cover the mid section if one is not too tall or short, but... if you are a single, or a double with true love, then it is ok. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff and the breakfast are great.

we were a large group adults and children the staff were not very welcoming because we were a large group the children were aged 4years up to 13 years and there was 17 of them and all excited because they were competing in the local club competition. The staff were not friendly at all.

Wij hadden een vierpersoons kamer met 1 extreem groot tweepersoonsbed en 1 heel klein tweepersoonsbed, handiger was het geweest als het 2 bedden van dezelfde grootte was geweest. De inrichting was wat gedateerd en de vloerbedekking was smoezelig. Het ontbijt was netjes. Voor deze prijs op zich prima, maar we hebben betere gehad voor dit budget.

Wanzen Käfer im Zimmer / Rest schrecklich
Im Zimmer gab es Wanzen / Käfer. Ein abgetakeltes Stadthotel. Alles sehr alt und schmutzig im Aufzug hatte ich Angst das der Boden durchbricht. Parkplätze gab es 10 Stück am Haus und die waren reserviert. Ich verstehe überhaupt nicht das andere Gäste das Hotel gut bewerten. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Personal beim Empfang war nett. Das ganze Hotel schmutzig in den Fluren helle Flecke von Hunde Urin fürchterlich! Die Zimmer sind alt und stinken. Das Badezimmer ist aus den 70ern Jahren die Dusche hat einen Durchmesser von 60 cm. Der Toiletten Deckel vergilbt und lose. Gardinen stinken nach Qualm und das alles für über 100 EUR die Nacht. Da gibt es sicherlich bessere Hotels in Karlsruhe. Die Bilder in den Portalen täuschen! Bitte aufpassen !!!

Wir hatten ein 3-Bettzimmer gebucht und erhielten ein Doppel- und ein Einzelzimmer mit Verbindungstür. Dadurch hatten wir genügend Platz und 2 Bäder. Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig. Lage ist etwas vom Zentrum entfernt, jedoch gut mit dem Nahverkehr erreichbar.

Zum größten Teil komfortabel
Alles war so wie beschrieben. Das Zimmer war überraschend groß, was meiner Familie sehr gefiel. Aber das ausziehbaren Schlafsofa war nicht gerade gemütlich. Dazu hatten wir dem Personal nach einem zweitem Ventilator gebeten, der aber nie ankam.
Ansonsten war alles gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und lecker.

Die Zimmer sind recht minimalistisch eingerichtet. Die Lage im Souterrain, also tagesbelichtetes Kellergeschoss, war nicht besonders schön. An den Fenstern befanden sich nur weiße Stores; Rollläden oder Übergardinen zur Verdunkelung des Raumes waren nicht vorhanden. Das Fehlen ist sehr lästig!
