Rooms were clean and spotless, the apartment had gorgeous views of the city and in a prime location for restaurant hopping and exploring the city.
Staff were very friendly and polite. Would be awesome to have extra parking spots available within the building, but staff directed / gave us access to parking we could use nearby.

We were stunned at how gorgeous our room was. It was spacious, clean, and with an unbelievable view. The staff was very helpful and check in/out was personal and efficient. This hotel was in a fantastic part of Auckland that was accessible to a lot of activities and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

The room had the amenities we were looking forward to however, the furnishings were worn out. For example the sofa was threadbare, cushions were worn out and the legs were missing. The area rug was worn out, and the room needed to be repainted.

However, the bedroom was suitable and the overall space was more than adequate. We used the washer /dryer and it worked perfectly.Five years ago I would have given it full marks but now it’s really tired.

Had a few miscommunications with the reception staff regarding payment of the room (it was prepaid) and confusion over availability of carparking.

Also disappointed that the website is misleading as there is no gym facility available.

Walking distance to CBD (uphill). Bottleo across the road and a great park for kids on the other side of the building.

The room was very nice, but we had some issues with parking. Contrary to the welcome message, we could not reserve parking in advance. However, when we arrived, they asked if we had a reservation (???), but they couldn't accommodate our vehicle since they were already full (we arrived at 2pm). Fortunately, there were a couple spots left in the attached Wilson Car Park. It is possible to park there multiple days if you use the app.

Spacious and large, with great views of the city with floor to ceiling windows.
Dedicated parking was appreciated although limited in number.
Breakfast extremely disappointing - the only negative in our stay but surely an easy fix for the management to address.
Would definitely stay here again particularly if the breakfast was improved as we had travelled a good distance to be here and the provisions of something quality to help lessen further travel would be great :)

Most spacious room with amazing views of the city. Appreciated the allocated parking. Multiple TVs, nice shower, good washing machine and dryer, and again, heaps of space in the lounging / kitchen area which just tops it off.
The reviews about the breakfast are appropriate - quite disappointing especially given that we were there early and the was not enough cutlery, limited selection of food, etc.
Apart from that it has been a pleasant stay thus far.

Don’t believe the inviting pictures. Our room was austere at best, complete with rusting dishwasher. The room was musty and the poor carpet cleaning job, not only didn’t clean the carpet but left behind a nasty damp smell. If you’re not one of the lucky few to get a parking spot then parking is frightful. The evening reception staff are utterly incompetent and unhelpful and the lobby in the evening smelled like an ash tray. Such a shame because this place has potential. I’m not one for writing reviews but this place left me with no option. Look elsewhere if you can.

This was a great location next to Victoria Park and downtown Auckland and great family friendly property. We loved the balcony and full kitchen as well as in room laundry. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it!

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. We stayed in the 2 bedroom option and there was plenty of space. The kitchen amenities were goid, and the washer/dryer combo was great to have ( once we figured out how to use it). The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was close to the busline and restauraunts. The only thing I would suggest is putting another mirror or two in the room. 4 females getting ready with only one mirror in the bathroom was a little challenging. Overall, it was great!

I liked the ease of finding the property and the parking although it is paid parking it was reasonably safe. The light kept turning off in the parking area which made it very dark and that I did not like very much. I had my animals in there and that was the best for me.

Terrible continental breakfast don’t waste your money on it. Also, almost a week on they still have a $300 hold on my credit card that hasn’t been released. They advised me when they asked me for it on check in, that it would be released on check out.

Stunning accommodation

A lovely upgrade to the Penthouse suites which was a lovely treat for my daughter and her friends. I couldn't work the coffee machine and the person at reception didn't seem to know how to either. But besides that it was a lovely stay and I don't know how I'll go back to a regular hotel room again! Thank you Vivek and team!

Not clean enough.

We stayed for 4 nights with NO housekeeping whatsoever. In one occasion I even asked to send someone to clean the room and restock items we were running out (toilet paper). They left the items in our room but ignored the cleaning. The bins were full, the sheets had a strong smell of cleaning products (although with stains).
