The hotel is fabulous, great location, it’s clean. However, we had 2-3 staff members who make you feel like you’re not very welcome as a “tourist”
Passive aggressive and sarcastic answers to simple questions from how to book a dinner at the restaurants to finding your room. Quite unhelpful to non locals from our experience and refusing to speak English, the ones who definitely can speak it. But, that said, not all staff. Some were very nice and welcoming. But the odd few definitely ruin the mood for your stay once you notice this kind of behaviour from them.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to recommend several restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were clean and the parking area was secured by a gate which was nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel, clean, comfortable. Windows that opened. Breakfast buffet was good value with coffe being made for you.

Parking no problem loads of bars and food arould it was 3 star only book for 1 night has a cheap near the airport hotel but stayed 4 nights will go back has a few bad reviews but I could not fault it and the guy in the bar was really nice guy helpfull

Keep up the good work !

At arrival one feels very welcome with their professionel
handling. The hotel is quiet, clean and very comfortable.
No parking problems. The morning breakfast buffet
has a wide selection of fruits etc. and is excellent.
But one misses some english speaking TV channels.

Good location only ten minutes from Malaga airport. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t find the staff (front desk) to be kind nor friendly. Had an issue with my room’s shower and had to ask twice for service. Front desk staff accompanied me back to the room and the shower worked. He assumed I didn’t know how to turn it on (which was not the case). While exiting the room, he audibly exhaled as if I was a nuisance. Neither the shower nor toilet worked well in my room. The worst of it and why I will never return, the mattress was hard as a stone. I’m not one to complain, I try to make do but when he exhaled so loudly, I was made to feel that everything would just be a bother. My stay was only 3 days. I couldn’t have endured a longer stay.

Quiet , tasteful hotel. Close to everything yet tucked away from busy life . Very quiet rooms . Peaceful pool area . Grocery store nearby. Very attentive and helpful staff who speak English well. A block from the beaches .

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms are a decent size though the economy rooms on the lower ground floor have very limited views from the windows. There's a lovely roof terrace and also a pool but we arrived just out of season so it was no longer open. We didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on the food. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the sea front. We really enjoyed our stay.

When we checked in, the person who helped us initially was very nice. We upgraded our room since we didn't like that our room was in the basement (sub level 1). When we got our new room, everything seemed great. It wasn't until after we got back from a day out/dinner when we wanted to shower that we noticed that there was MUSHROOMS growing in the shower. We complained around 6am and the guy at the reception desk said he couldn't do anything for us. Honestly, it was so disgusting - how does something like mushrooms growing in the shower happen if there's regular cleaning? It takes 6-8 weeks for mushrooms to grow. I am so disappointed.

The hotel is very convenient to alot of great bars & restaurants & is kept well. The room i had was small & had very little window & had to keep getting the key cards reset but the worst thing i found was the bed was as hard as a rock. Pool area was quiet but the pool itself could be kept better & cleaner (alot of debris & dead insects floating in it) overall location is great but hotel itself could do better.

Good location, quiet away from the crowds but an easy walk to the beach etc.
Excellent front of house welcome, buffet breakfast choice was limited but good quality food.
Food outlets nearby are reasonably priced though we only ate at one which was good. Next door is a small supermarket, excellent for popping in for snacks!

Lovely hotel

This is a lovely small hotel in a quiet location. It is only a few minutes walk from the beach front and restaurants and bars. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple but again the staff were lovely. The room was cleaned everyday. The pool was small but it felt like we were in a private villa rather then a hotel, it was lovely

Enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was 10min drive from Málaga airport, which was very convinet as I had a late flight. It's close to many restaurants and also near the beach.

Staff was very helpful and nice even recommend a restaurant close by that closed later so I was able to have dinner.

The hotel even has a small parking where I was able to park my car for the night.

The only thing that didn't work properly was the entrance card to my room, even though one of the staff saw that the card wasn't working well and exchanged it for a new one. Which worked only after I slided the card a few times.

Manager refused to put aircon on in my room!!!

Booked a weeks stay at this hotel with aircon. On arrival I could not put the aircon on in the room. I spoke to reception who said it wasn’t warm enough so refused to put the aircon on. I complained directly to the manager who also refused. Hotels.com compensated me with a $50 voucher as a goodwill gesture and contacted the hotel who lied and said they had not received a complaint from me during my stay. I could have booked a room without aircon for half the price. Disgusting customer service from both the hotel and hotels.con

Very pretty & cute hotel.

Loved this hotel. Location, decor, parking available (18€ at time of writing) with a lovely spacious balcony room.
Reception were very helpful providing me with a charging cable as mine had broken.

Close to a myriad of nice looking restaurants & a very nice little bar next door with a friendly owner.

We shall return as very handy for a pre flight stop - nice to take advantage of the swimming pool in the summer.

My only criticism is having to pay for the room via a link sent on WhatsApp beforehand which, in these days of scams, made me nervous. I checked with hotels.com CS who advised this was ok to follow.

The front desk clerk deserves much praise for her friendliness and efficiency- she always gave a warm and sincere greeting every time I entered the hotel, making me feel very welcome there. Being slightly away from the center of town, the hotel was quiet and it was easy to rest there, and yet it was just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and the cute downtown area for people looking for entertainment. I believe I ended up in an economy room, though I thought i booked one grade up from that. Nonetheless the room was fine and bed and bath were comfortable and clean. Would love to visit again.

A clean, modern and friendly hotel

We have stayed at this hotel several times and each time it’s been excellent. The reception staff are always friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean. This was the first time I have used the hotel parking as 18 euros a night always seemed expensive but this time it included free EV charging which made paying for the parking worthwhile.

We had a great stay in early December. Got a room with a balcony. Room and bath were very nice. Didn't get a chance to visit the restaurant, but everything else was great. Street parking was free (and easy) during this time of year. Less than 15 min drive from the airport in Malaga.

Originally stayed at the hotel for an overnight stay before hitting the road west. Loved the area and facilities so much that we booked a further few days on our way back through. Hotel personnel are excellent and the adjacent tapas bar, which I understood to just gone through new management, was a fab place to stop for a cocktail.

Close to the beach and shopping.

I can’t say enough about this hotel and it will be my first choice upon returning to Torremolinos.

Staff very helpful and kind, due to a very bad smell from the blocked toilet in one of the rooms we been placed in the basement of the building, they changed us room.
Also the guy in the reception offered us to driver us to the next city as he was finishing his shift, when we asked for informations of how to go there.
Breakfast very poor and limited options, we went at 10am and almost everything was empty.

This is a lovely quiet hotel. Very clean and tidy. Its situated a block back from the main street in Torremolinos and has a lovely supermarket next door and local shops. Its situated in what we felt was the best part of the area. Staff were helpful and polite. Especially the young man woth blonde hair working the evening we checked out. We needed a taxi, it was a Saturday night and he went outsode to try to get us one when the phone call to the taxi company didnt work. He stayed with us outside until we were in one. Exceptional menber of staff!

The beds were rock hard so uncomfortable could not sleep properly- also we were staying in the -1 level and the smell of sewage was appalling all of the time .
Also if you’re not out of room by 11/12 each day there was no room service done that day - they put a sign on our door saying do not disturb . We asked for clean towels each day ourselves .
We ended up leaving the hotel earlier than we should have .
The staff were so friendly and so helpful at check in .

You don't always get what you expect

We booked in on the Thursday. Once we got in our room it seemed very hot. We asked reception to check the air con whom said it'll take 10 mins.
Half an hour later asked again. She came to the room and checked and said 10 mins..
once again. Another half hour passed and still warm.
The receptionist then said she'll contact maintenance to fix. Should be here soon.
Maintenance did not show. We tried to get ready to go out but the heat was intense so felt like you needed a showers after showering.
We managed to get a portable air conditioning unit from another location in the hotel which did not cool the room at all as toy had to keep doors open to pump out the hot air. So no point to that.
As we went out she said maintenance would be here shortly and it will be fixed by the time we got back. This was not the case
When we returned it was 28 degrees in the room. So we went to reception and it now was a different receptionist. He said the maintenance man had been Cancelled as she said it was fixed in which it clearly wasn't. He couldn't do anything now but would sort for morning. We slept appalling as was so hot in the room. The next morning we went to reception to ask for a different room or refund as we would be happy to move hotels. They said we can't do a refund.
The guy then chased up the maintenance man who then came an hour later. This left us unsatisfied with the hotel from then onwards. Also they tried to charge for mini bar and no late check out faculties

The best low-key hotel in the area !

We needed a 2-night hotel stay close to friends and were referred to this hotel.
It was the best choice in a very good location - close to everything - including walking from the closest train station La Colina at night and just a minutes walk to the beach and Paseo.

Not what we expected

We spent the night at the Costa Del Sol Torremolinos Sustainable Boutique Hotel just before a very early flight (6:00 am) the next day. Unfortunately, it was not the best experience. I will say, the staff was very good and they arranged for a car for us at 4:00 am the morning we left- and the driver was actually a few minutes early. Our room was on the sub-level, which felt like being in a basement, the room only had smaller windows that were very high on the wall with no view. There was a strange and unpleasant order in the hallway, although I will say it was not strong in the room. The double bed was only two single beds pushed together, including only single bedsheets and covers. Also, in the room next to us, there was an apparently young baby who cried a lot (not necessarily the baby or parents fault), but the walls were not very sound proof and we were disturbed by the crying. Perhaps we expected too much.

Lovely hotel

Have stayed at this hotel a few times now.
It is brilliant.
The staff are really friendly, hotel is modern and very clean. Great location, minuted from the beach and many restaurants nearby.
On-site parking is great.

For me the only bad points are, the mattress is too hard and when booking as a 3-bed room they remove the coffee machine.

This is an up and coming hotel, to be kept an eye on. The hotel and the outdoor space look amazing and the rooms are really nice. I think in the future this will be known as one of the best hotels in the area. While the management and the staff are stil not quite there yet in terms of professionalism and customer support, this is a new development and they are still learning so I would be patient with them. I will definitely try this property out when returning to Torremolinos.
