Amazing view from our balcony on the 5th floor overlooking the beach. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and TV had multitude of channels including British ones like BBC, ITV, C4 and film four. Really well.located for the beach and the pool area is nice too with a welcoming pool to cool off. Breakfast was okay and overall a great find.

Having booked this Hotel for one night at the end of our stay, we arrived in reception to be told that the room had been cancelled, leaving us with nowhere to sleep for that night.
it would have been so much more professional to have told us before we travelled to Spain!
the receptionist seemed to be some kid of disciple of John Cleese as well.

We had a long layover in Malaga so we actually rented this room so that we could have a place to spend the day outside of the airport and not worry about our luggage. We swam, had drinks at the poolside bar, and enjoyed easy access to the beach and local restaurants.

Wonderful hotel.

Just got back from this hotel. Absolutely fantastic. Every inch is immaculately clean. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Leo the waiter at the pool bar. Incredible service and took the time to get to know us. Room was ideal for what we needed and the view was to die for, (7th floor of the Tower). Pool and gardens were lovely and peaceful, no drama getting sunbeds, even later in the day. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Location was good, close to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants, but a longer walk to Benalmadena than we expected, however this didn't stop us and we would have known had we done more research. All round, super hotel for the price, 10/10. Definitely recommend and would certainly stay again if we ever return to Torremolinos. Well done guys, you're doing a great job.

Very very clean situated close to beach and quiet . Beds very comfortable Buffett breakfast plenty of options and lovely food. Staff very friendly . Clean towels every day and clean sheets most days. Balcony felt very private as high walls in between balcony’s. Shower needed getting used to as it was not electric and connected to the bath.

Place smelled of a disinfectant or fumigant which I have never smelled before. Did someone die in the room? No cushion on couch. Just covered by a cloth that smelled of chemicals. The curtains smelled the same. Thought I could air out the room but it never went away. Worse place I’ve ever stayed in. This was in the older building. Maybe the rooms in the tower are better. Eighth floor deck had a nice view of the ocean and beach.

Will be returning for an additional stay.

Comfortable easy stay, 5 minutes distance hotel room to the beach. Excellent water pressure and temperature in the shower, air conditioning worked great as well. The hotel breakfast was varied and decent, allowing for a no fuss option each morning, maximizing beach time. 1st floor patio terrace had toddler safe railing and sea views. Next to the hotel pool there were shower stalls (closes at 16:00) with towels that even allowed ‘checked out’ guest use if one were taking advantage of a final beach day before a later departure hour. This was our second time staying at the hotel and we will be back!

Perfect Location

The location of the hotel is great, right next to the beach, close to all the beach restaurants and bars. Also good proximity into the Centro. The facilities at the hotel are good including a nice pool which has life gaurd supervision. Was quite noisy from neighbouring rooms.

With a few touches this could be such a great hotel. The staff are lovely, the breakfast is great and the location is amazing. But the studio rooms are just too basic, the pool badly needed topping up which made it unappealing and the whole external area needs tidying up. It is clean but just doesn't look it!

Very low-key place, close to the beach, great pool, and the kitty pool that my daughter enjoyed very much. With a teenage daughter it was awesome having a separate room or she could have her own space, and privacy. I love that it was so close to the beach and a lots of restaurants were close by.

For the price we paid - we got a basic clean , air conditioned room with a powerful shower often flooding the bathroom ; I would have liked more light and somewhere to sit out .

Hotel Pool not monitored satisfactorily

A lovely room on the third floor that had nice views of the beach. Excellent location and clean. The only thing that spoiled our 3 night break was the fact that the hotel pool attendants did not monitor the children / adults who were disturbing other guests. On our first day there was a family with two boys who played football over both pools, the father encouraged this. Guests were repeatedly hit with the ball, they were running with the ball and ´bombing´ causing obvious distress to other guests. This was allowed to happen for 2 hours. We complained to reception who assured us this would be resolved and on going back to the pool was disappointed to find that this continued for another hour. The following day we could not bear the thought of being around the pool area again so went to the beach. A pity as it is a nice pool. On the 3rd day, we went to the hotel pool again, this time the family were not kicking the ball over the pool area but the boys were allowed to run around the pool (which the signs say is forbidden) with plastic guns that emitted a loud shooting type sound. This was allowed to continue for a couple of hours despite obviously disturbing other guests. On complaining to reception on check out, they said they were aware of the problem, blaming the agency they had hired the pool attendants from. Reception were aware of the problem but took no measures to prevent this from happening. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Parking was dIfficult at times.

Leonardo? Restaurant manager is an absolute asset to the place.

Out of season (late-May/early June), and very cheap, so wasn't sure what we were going to get, but it was awesome. Rooms were basic, but we expected that - not a problem for what we wanted it for. Pool area was pleasant. The cherry on the top was the rooftop bar, which was incredible.

Poor breakfast, very little choice wise and what their was was tired looking and distressed.

Avoid the breakfast as plenty of better options elsewhere, and not value for what the choices you have to eat.

We were placed at the bottom end near the pool and close to the road and beach. Areas very noisy and comings and goings at all hours . Lots of drunken shouting and banging at all hours by all nationalities.

If you want relaxing and fine foods this place isn't for you. Cheap now Spain is not. Value for money? U decide.

Staff wise a mixed bag, they go through the motions. Very nice and clean, big plus to the cleaners.

Personally I'd shop around and wouldn't recommend!

There are 2 good things about this hotel and I gave 2 stars because of them: the location and the price. The beach is very close and the local area is great and safe. On the other hand, there are some issues. The hotel is old and definitely needs upgrades and reservations. The swiming pool water was cold and dirty, with some beer cans in it!!! Poor Wi-Fi, and terrible bed.I requested an extra pillow and they did not like that and asked me why do I need an extra pillow!!! No A/C in the bedroom. Some of the staff are not friendly, with many of them don't speak English. No Concierge service. Daily house keeping is not good, we stayed there for 9 nights and they missed our apartment 2 times. Low quality toiletry, soap and shampoo. I did not try their breakfast. Apart from this, my sunglasses was stolen.

Lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The 2 bed apartment wasn’t as nice or as big as the pictures but done the job. Very clean and tidy. Note: There’s no oven and no toaster! *The rooftop bar isn’t open until this season (12th April)
2 minutes walk to the sandy beach :-D
Malaga Airport: €11 euros and 20 mins also Granada Airport took us an hour by bus.
Safety tip: don’t go to 24/hr square as we heard they rob people there. We went to Puerto Mirena and it was lovely! Bars, shisha, restaurants and we felt very safe.
Also during the day and evening we recommend Copacobana and their seafood salad omg! They have open sofa bed lounges with music and drinks.
Definitely coming here’s again!

Friendly staff. Right beside beach with several entrances. Excellent cleanliness and nice to have bath and shower. Nice little terrace area. So quiet never heard a sound, so great sleep.Swimming pool area was small but adequate, maybe crowded during summer holiday period. There is a roof garden but didn't visit as only stayed for 1 night. Breakfast was ok but for £6 couldn't complain, but plenty eating places along beach front. Only complaint would have liked some English TV channels if weather bad or decide to relax in room. Would definitely recommend.

Los Jasmines is a good hotel with an excellent location. This is our second visit. We had one of the cheaper rooms this time which was a ground floor room with no balcony. It was clean but we were a bit disappointed with the hot water as it wasn't very plentiful. But we could have been at the 'end of the line' so this may not be the case with other rooms. We had a problem with noisy neighbours occupying the room next to us but this was not the fault of the hotel. The hotel itself has been refurbished since our last visit and this has been really well done with a fantastic rooftop bar.

Los Jazmines is a great hotel with beautiful gardens. It's situated just next to the beach and only about 15 minutes drive from Malaga airport. The hotel is very clean. Our apartment was cleaned thoroughly every day. The dining room was never too busy and the food both for breakfast and dinner was very good, offering a mixture of traditional Spanish and European cuisine. The service from Leopoldo was outstanding. The pool area is clean with plenty of sun beds. The roof top bar has great views. All in all an excellent choice.

I went there during October, so it was not overcrowded. I had a room on the ground floor facing the lawn, which has beautiful trees and flowers. It was very pleasant but I can imagine during the high season it could be a bit noisy. The pool is not too big but very practical if you don't want to go to the sea.
