A great hotel minutes from the train station. Near to shops or 10min walk to beach and promenade. There is a lovely open bar/entertainment space, football on the TV and entertainment in the evening. We found the range of food very good and plenty of room in the restaurant.
There are fabulous views from the balcony and our room had a very comfortable bed.
The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back.

I was given a lovely room on the seventh floor (which is the uppermost in one section of the building) almost at the end of the corridor and far from any possible lift noise. There was poor lighting in the area just inside the main door, and it was not great either in the bathroom. That was a little cramped but was fully equipped with lovely in bath shower and bidet. plenty of storage around the basin. The balcony has a centrally controlled light which is not switched off before 11 pm. In room safe rental is expensive..currently at 4 euros per day. The TV is wonderful ! many UK regular channels. Breakfasts are average..meant to be served from 7.30 but at this time there are always plenty of people already eating.

This hotel was so central to EVERYTHING. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet was perfect, and our room was GREAT!! The beds were very comfortable, and our balcony was in the perfect location so we did not get afternoon sun. Our stay was fantastic and this hotel was a big part of that feeling. 😁

This property is tired and rundown. The staff are disinterested in providing any decent service. The breakfast buffet is just plain, awful, poor quality, food, and running empty on everything. This hotel would be great if the staff and ownership would take some pride in the property.

First time in torremolinos and this hotel to me was very good. First time doing and all inclusive holiday and this is the benchmark so far and I was impressed. Few issues here and there tvs need to be in the wall some paint and get rid of the old furniture and tidy up a wee touch it will be worth the time and effort. Overall I would still definitely recommend staying here

This is my 5 or 6th time in Cervantes hotel and Always top quality .. very comfortable and convient to all amenities beach , bars , restaurants etc .. the breakfast is plentiful and very varied .. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in torremolinos ..

The hotel was excellent and the food was good too. I was badly let down by my shuttle service which never turned up leaving me stranded at the airport . Same thing checking out of the hotel there was no bus to take me back to the airport . I paid for this service so I was very annoyed .

Staff all professional and friendly. I would like to specially mention Javier who was very attentive and professional.

The room is spacious and good size balcony. Communal areas are nice and welcoming.

I have only use the swimming pool in the Rooftop pool once. The swimming pool was clean and big enough. The water was warm.
Beautiful views from the rooftop.
The location is very good close to town centre, train and beach.
Lots of places to eat near by.

Great hotel..breakfast gorgeous everything there that you would want..big dining room..bar drinks cheaper than some bars we were in which surprised me for ahotel bar.was pleasantly surprised..2minutes away from lift down to beach front.steps up and down not too bad if you dont like lifts..lots of bars and restaurants around area..supermarket around corner..no kettle in room but you can hire one from reception if needed..

Refreshed hotel in centre of town.

Since my last visit the hotel has had a refresh and looked much more appealing. The room was good with a good bathroom and even a bath!
The staff were all friendly and willing to help, contributing to a relaxed stay. The town centre location was a bonus being just a few hundred metres from the railway station.

It was a decent, very dated room.
Limited access to the hotel from the plaza after 10 pm which meant a walk in a secluded dimly lit area. It felt unsafe and was primarily for the benefit of the hotel, not the guests.
An unbelievable charge of 4 euros a day to use the room safe, which is complementary in every hotel that I’ve stayed in throughout the world. A shameless greedy way to take advantage of the guests.

The hotel is very central in Torremolinos. Saff were very helpful. On arrival I was able to access my room very early. When leaving around 5 am I was given a breakfast package to take away. I like the bedroom facilities. I was able to get a good sleep although I would have preferred a firmer mattress. The meals were generally good although I'd have liked more good quality meat choices. Overall I hope to stay at the hotel on future visits to Torremolinos.

The hotel was clean , staff good but no entertainment whilst I was there until 11.30-12.00 the all inclusive package was limited drinks and definitely not normal strength. I wasn’t there to get drunk as I’m 58 and was a women on my own but I may as well been drinking lemonade. You would expect to feel a little tipsy after 7 vodka and 7 up I certainly didn’t.
Great if you just want a place to chill round the pool during the day but my advice would be don’t bother with all inclusive

Our shower unit was lose.
The shower gel holder did not work.
The wardrobe doors were stuck very difficult to open and close.

There is nothing to recommend this hotel. They don't even honour the room type (sea view) charged at an extortionate premium so what hope is there for anything else. Definitely not a 4* hotel. One of the worst hotels I have ever visited in large part due to the terrible reception staff who do not answer the thephone and laugh at any misfortune. . Really nasty staff.

Rooms and communal areas were ok. However there are not enough lifts for the number of guests in the hotel leading to long waits for them. Same with the pool area which was crowded. They also insisted on pretty playing pretty awful loud music around the pool which didn’t make for a relaxing atmosphere.The breakfast wasn’t great either. I’m not sure what was in the fruit juice but it wasn’t fruit. Also the 10am breakfast finish which seemed early to me anyway was enforced with military rigour. Seems harsh when some days you have to queue 10 minutes to get into the breakfast room anyway. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Hotel amenities were great - from indoor roof top pool to sauna etc. Only stayed room only but paid one night for the buffet dinner which was 20 euros including drinks. Food ranged from pasta dishes, chef cooking steak to fresh salads - lots of choice. Staff all attentive and the maids were always busy. Hotel great location in the heart of all the busy squares where restaurants and bars were located.

As we stay in hotels often in Torremolinos, we wanted to try this property, so this was a first stay here for us.
While the hotel looks good from the outside, I found the room to be spacious but decoration appears dated.
The bed (the most important feature in a hotel room in my opinion) and the headboard requires updating, the style appears old, pasé. The mattress was like a marshmellow, way too soft. Also the room was quite warm and there was no apparent way to control the temperature aside from opening the terrace door.
Would I repeat this property? Not so sure I would.

This was probably a 4 star once upon a time, shame they didn't keep it that way. Don't eat here, food was cheap and of bad quality and choice very similar everyday. Some of the staff at the restaurant were friendly while others were iust plain rude. Good location, good room size and big balcony. You can find much better in the area for probably the same price. I wouldn't recommend stay here.

The fantastic sky bar

We had a 5 night stay in oct and had a lovely time . The snack bar all inc probably is the only thing that lets it down and the pool area could do with a make over as the ladders in the pool wobbled and the tiles were cracked . Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back . The location is perfect and the new sky bar a great addition . My hairdryer over heated every night so a better one would make the room perfect

This was a very noisy hotel. Could hear every noise from the room next door. They had a baby so I woke up every time it cried during the night. It was impossible to get a sun-bed around the pool as people left towels there and went out for the whole day. Then the outdoor seating areas around the pool are essentially smoking areas and you cannot breathe, so really nowhere to go around the pool. The food was quite good but again there are too many people and it was chaotic with people running around the restaurant. Overall it was not a relaxing experience at all. It was a good location.

One night Stay!

I have stayed in this property a couple of times previously and had always had a good experience. This time however I checked in on 9th May and had nice room with view of pool (for 7 night stay) but had call that evening advising me problem at home and I therefore had to check out following day. Asked hotel if they could offer any credit and they advised me as booked thro agent i had to go thro them. Did this and agent subsequently advised me that request for any credit was refused by hotel. Now I know that technically I had no right to credit but think they could have given something as a gesture of goodwill. Oh well won't be staying there in future.

The property is fine in public areas. The rooms are very tired with furniture damage. The bedroom floor had human hair covering it, it clearly had not been swept properly. The bathroom shower gels were impossible to open without scissors, which airline travellers don’t carry. Sixth time I have stayed, it hasn’t aged well. Dining room has had a facelift.

The hotel is situated on the hill top of Torremolinos centre. I checked in late and had an excellent greeting from the male receptionist and my request for a high floor room away from a lift was honoured. l had a spacious three bed room to myself. The bathroom too was spacious with a nice in bath shower and bidet. No bath mat was provided by housekeeping on the last day. The TV had a few channels in English, including itv1, the wardrobe was an adequate size and there was a fridge. The decent sized balcony was private and had a table and chairs.

Check in could have gone smoother due to a problem with my booking reference, though the hotel sorted that, seeing my wife was unfortunately using crutches due to an injury they upgraded us to a suite with fantastic sea views. We have stayed many times over 20 years, prices have increased but the food quality has decreased to a poor level. Staff, facilities and location are great as ever. The restaurant's beer and wine are acceptable, unfortunately the all inclusive drinks in the bar which were previously poor quality but tolerable are now intolerable. A gin and tonic tastes neither of gin or tonic. A brandy by itself is more akin to light brown water than a spirit. It is very dissapointing when you think of how good the whole package was. Perhaps we to look elsewhere or not have all inclusive anymore.

Hotel and rooms were all good in a great location. However, I had opted for half board and there was zero vegetarian options available for the evening dinner. When I questioned this with the waiting staff, they effectively said that they only do meat courses for dinners. The upshot was that I could not eat in the hotel and had to spend extra money eating outside of hotel. It was extraordinary that they were no vegetarian options at the hotel – even the Burger King close to the hotel had three vegetarian options on its menu

I’ve no idea how this place got given 4 stars it’s 2.5 at best. The rooms are grim and hot, the sunbeds are old and breaking, the food hall is badly thought out and food is very samey. The pool was only opened at 11 and shut at 5… people had to break in to cool off as it was so hot. Was actually very disappointed with our stay we booked another 4 star after which was just another league and for only £25 more a night.

Perfect location. A few minutes walk from the train station and the lift to the beach is just behind the hotel. Good sized rooms with balconies. Powerful showers. We had half board with really good food choices. Lovely staff. Highly recommended

Great welcome at reception , very helpful ,also must mention the cleaning team ,they were so helpful .
