We picked this hotel for a last minute trip to visit family. The main factors were the breakfast buffet and the pool. What I didn't expect was the size of the room and the pull out mattress on the couch for even more sleeping options. We will stay here again the next time we visit family in the area.

It was clean and spacious along with friendly staff. The beds and couch we super comfy. The pool was the perfect temperature and the breakfast was pretty good. I'd definetly stay here again.

The TV wasn’t working so needed to be repaired, the AC wasn’t working properly so the room was hot, and the bed was uncomfortable. My son said he did not sleep well because he couldn’t get comfortable.

Very clean and good conditions. The front desk staff were very helpful and nice. The breakfast included whole wheat bread, which we appreciated. The woman managing the spread did a great and efficient job, I wished we had some cash on us to tip her (bring some she has a box!) The only negative - besides noisy kids on the hall and stomping upstairs neighbors- was the bed wasn’t that comfy - it moved a lot when one of us turned and a little hard without any give. But it wasn’t the worst and I guess that’s what you get at this level of a hotel.

What a disgusting hotel with the worst customer service I have ever endured. Upon check in the front desk was rude; I basically had to prove I have a disability to get a room on the first floor (no elevator). The front desk proceeded to argue with me and gave me the worst room they could find; the floor upstairs creeks so loud that it sounds like it’s under construction, there were dogs barking, my room adjoined to another and there was no lock or way to block the door from being opened, stains on linens and towels, bathroom is disgusting, dead things in the heater… I can go on. Not to mention that it’s basically located on the runway of the airport so you have that delightful noise to deal with: and the traffic from the highway.

We came up here for an overnight with our two kids. We stayed in a two queen room. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. A lot of people had the same idea in terms of a quick staycation, so the pool was very crowded and its not particularly big...but that is not the hotels fault of course... i did feel the pool area was a little dirty....like the bottom of the pool needed to be scrubbed a little, but not enough to keep us out of it or anything. toiletries were included, so you can pack lighter! the room comes with a tv that has streaming services, though you do have to login to your own netflix, however it was very easy. The Dutchess Biercafe in town was quite good for take out (looked cute to eat in too!), and Beacon is just 5-10 minutes away with tons to do. I would recommend and think we will be back for another staycation!

Very nice hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size. We liked the sitting area that had a couch and TV. The hallways needed to be vacuumed, but everything else was very clean. The breakfast was really good too. We loved the location, really close to a Super Walmart and plenty of places to eat. We would definitely stay again at this hotel.
