The hotel was terrible. We booked thinking a 1-night stay I arrived underwhelmed but I didn’t want to initially alarm the others in my party. During check-in attempt multiple people coming in and out appearing to live on the premises and looking suspicious. Upon entering the floor, STINK was the welcome. Then STINK greeted us as we opened the room door. We immediately turned around and booked at a nearby hotel with comparable rates, and accommodations were a complete 180 degree difference. On the contrary, the front desk attendant Lillian, was amazing about our concerns. We decided to explore reviews for this location on multiple sites and

The staff was very courteous and responsive. However, the building itself badly needs a refresh. Peeling paint and worn carpets need to go. The described “fully equipped kitchen” had not one dish, spoon, or mug, not to mention plates or pots and pans. Despite a full sized refrigerator, sink, and 2 burner stove, how exactly would one cook ?

I would never ever recommend staying here the room was infested with brown I believe ladybugs but I am not 100% sure they were all over the window in the room and the bed. There was no communication from the staff when the fire alarms went off and there was a fire two rooms down from my room the front desk staff was nice, but when checking in there was nobody there and we had to wait a long time for somebody to help us. The room was gross because of the so-called ladybugs I also believe that this might be a shelter since there were people there after we figured out about the fire that said they live there for over three months and this always happens that should be written somewhere if that is the case, so people have the right to make a educated decision on whether to stay there or not. I am extremely unhappy with my stay there and again would never recommend staying here. You should really fix the so-called ladybug problem in the room that is unacceptable

This hotel was awful..I wish I could give it zero stars. At 10:30pm when we arrived it was so noisy with a party. When I went to check in the front desk girl let me know yes I had a reservation but they gave it away because they overbooked and it was first come first serve. We asked for a manager who was rude and told us it was our fault because we didn’t arrive earlier. She refused to help us and did not want to refund us. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone..it was dated and dirty inside as well and lots of men coming in and out while we were in the lobby.

How to begin.1st: Hotels.com assured me what I saw is what I pay HOWEVER when I got there they required me to pay $100 deposit!!! For what??? 2nd: Hotels.com was not CLEAR about the mixed-bag of people who LIVE there. I am not against long-term residences living there but the amount of people hanging out in the parking lot after dark was unnerving. 3rd: The sticky floors in the room, no drain stoppers in the sinks, the mixed smells in the hallways (mostly from cooking--no exhaust in kitchen) animal poop in the stairways, unsecured shelves in the closet cubby, and constant need to recharge our keys (just to name the \"highlights\") was NOT acceptable. would never recommend this hotel chain(?) to anyone. Hotels.com needs to re-evaluate this choice of hotels on their site. We booked 4 nights, stayed 3 and the 4th stayed elsewhere forefitting $$$. NOT happy at all.

One you get past check-in there is nothing and nobody in sight. Asking for towels and soaps was more of an inconvenience to staff so it was more pleasant to go across street to Walmart and purchase toiletries and towels. I checked out a day early and stayed at a different hotel due to overall uncomfortableness. No refund or even a question as to why I was leaving early. Very unpleasant staff.

Staff were absolutely amazing, polite, professional and accommodating. First Rm I was given smelled horrible and I politely went back to the front desk explaining and she apologized and immediately made accommodations. Rms needs to be updated, Rugs removed, bathroom wall above door had bubbles from water leaking and in the morning as I was packing my things a roach run across my Bed!! If these place made these updates I’m sure that their rating and reviews would go up.

Not meant for anyone to stay an extended period.

Ok for one night, but definitely not an extended stay. There is a kitchenette but nothing stocked. It states that things are available on request, but after asking the front desk for glasses, they told us that wasn’t available. (We did get disposable cups.) We also asked for shampoo and got mini bars of facial soap and body soap.
The on-the-go breakfast consisted of coffee or hot water that tastes like coffee, oatmeal packets or nutrigrain bars. I’m not one to complain about free amenities, but this was sub par.
In general, if I had to stay here again for one night, I could do it, but I’d rather stay somewhere else.

I wanted a clean, safe place to sleep, and that is what this is. The staff was very friendly and tried to be accommodating when I asked for coffee and a coffeemaker. The coffeemaker was broken, and they didn't have any blow dryers or shampoo. I made do with instant coffee and not blow-drying my hair.
There are plenty of places to get food, and a Walmart is across the street. This is a fine place to stay short-term.

We would not recommend staying here. The smell of the hallways and room was unbearable. They use a ton of noxious chemicals to try to mask the smell of cigarette smoke and pet excrement. The kitchenette is completely bare so you have to ask them for dishes and cutlery which they may or may not have available at the time. At our stay they didn't have forks or cups so we had to buy disposable ones. You can only have one roll of toilet paper at a time. You have to ask for shampoo and there aren't enough hair dryers for each room, so we had to ask the front desk for one and they had to dig to find one for us. They only provide one trash can, so you have to be ok with mixing bathroom trash with kitchen trash. They obviously run this place as an SRO as well. But just be aware of the dump this place is before you book. Will never stay at this establishment again.

Dumpy. Booked 2 queens, settled for full upon check in. Door to room wouldn’t open unless you put your full shoulder weight into it. Multiple lights in the room didn’t work, bathroom vent was covered in dust and ran so hard it shook the room. AC unit emitted a high frequency so had to be shut off and use fan only mode. No service personnel could be found at check out to discuss issues. Have stayed at this chain elsewhere and not had problems, will never return to this hotel.

Smokers congregate at the front entrance making you walk through all the smoke. Refrigerator did not work, multiple calls and nothing done. No housekeeping unless you request it at an extra charge. Kitchen is not stocked with any dishes, pans, pots, utensils or glasses. You have to request from front desk and they give you exactly 2 of each for two people making you have to wash everything after every meal.

Very disappointed with our stay here. We’ve stayed at Extended Stays before, but this location was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We arrived after the check-in time and rooms were still being clean and not ready yet. Check-in was slow due to staff and computer issues. The entire second floor reeked of pet, taco meat and body odor. Our room was below standard - fridge was very loud but wasn’t cold at all inside. There was garbage throughout the room (under bed, in closet) There was a single bar of body soap in bathroom. Breakfast was a selection of packaged muffins. I highly recommend spending a little bit more to stay anywhere else but here. The best part of our stay was checking out knowing we would never be back.

Basics on a Budget

Room was large and quiet for the most part. Some dogs barking periodically. The grab and go breakfast was minimal so even though it says breakfast included we had to get outside breakfast each day. No housekeeping services during seven night stay. Whenever we needed towels, toilet paper, etc. we had to ask at front desk.
Was worried about smells when entered and up to the room but the room was okay. If looking for budget stay it’s okay but no amenities beyond the very basics.

Receptionist was super friendly and pleasant. She helped us quickly and efficiently when we got to our room and found that it had not been cleaned. Alternate room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Was a bit disquieting to see the policeman come into the lobby to address some issue but it had no impact on our stay. Breakfast is very skimpy but slightly better than last visit. Location was helpful for our visit and many restaurants nearby.

The room wasn’t clean when we arrived late after a longgg drive! There also was no tv remote in the room but the front desk was able to resolve this quickly.

The tub looked like there was black mold in it and it was obvious that the room was quickly wiped down with not much care!

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable!

I would never recommend this hotel or be going back to any of the hotels within the chain!

As a frequent traveler there is a bare minimum to cleanliness and expectations based off the description given on the website!

They could do better.

My stay was ok. I was welcomed by a nice lady at check in. The rooms appeared pertty clean but it did have a strange sent. I stayed 4 days and no one cleaned our room not 1 time during our stay and when i mentioned it to the front desk i was told the only clean the rooms every two weeks. No one would bring up tolite paper or towel. You had to bring down the old ones in order to get new ones. And there was a roach in my room when i came back from being out all day. So the stay was ok.

Check-in was VERY slow, but the staff is great. This place isn't fancy--the front hall smells like dogs--but there were four things I really liked that are super-important to me:
1. The room was really clean.
2. The hotel itself is very quiet--more so than more upscale places I've stayed. I'm guessing that's because this is an extended stay place, so residents are more careful about being obnoxious because they're not checking out the next day.
3. The A/C and heating unit work very well and are quiet.
4. The bed was super-comfy: the pillows were perfect for me.

Spent one night. Paid for two queen beds, but was given a room with two full beds. The very nice desk clerk insisted they were queens and I didn’t see the point in arguing without a tape measure but as a couple who sleeps in a queen bed at home, these beds were definitely full/doubles. The hotel was very noisy throughout the night in the hallways and neighboring rooms. Our door was filthy and hard to open. Would not stay in an Extended Stay again unless I really needed the kitchen.

Halls smelled of smoke, weed, and strong chemicals trying to cover them up. There appear to be semi-permanent residents staying here who camp out at the exit and chain smoke all day and night. Keys kept demagnetizing and rooms aren't equipped with kitchen supplies. They say to ask for them...when we did, they did not have forks/knives available. Staff was friendly and tried to help, but mainly seemed sheepishly apologetic for problems they couldn't really fix.
