Just awful on every level. Rooms, stairwells, property filthy and run down. Check in person rude and dismissive. People smoking cigarettes outside entrance doors. Had I not been staying only one night I would have not even made it through. A horrible experience.

Disgusting and we refused to stay there. Although it’s not in a bad area, we did not feel safe. Property had obviously not been maintained in a while, grass was overgrown. Garbage in lobby was overflowing, floors were dirty. Waited almost 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to tell them we weren’t staying. Refunded our money and said we had to go through Expedia to get it processed because that is who we booked our stay through. That night the hotel recharged the credit card and, because they don’t answer the phone at the front desk, Expedia said they can’t do anything because they can’t confirm what happened. Five days later they put a $14 charge on my credit card as well - we have no idea what that was for and they deny it but it’s listed on my statement clear as anything.

Extremely dirty, sketchy, and overbooked. My room had a broken door that needed to be lifted up and wedged into the door frame in order for it to close. The sinks were filthy, the refrigerator was broken, and one of the lights wouldn’t turn on. Expedia is at fault for overbooking, which meant I had to accept the only room available despite its flaws. I also didn’t feel safe at all and would have gone elsewhere if there was a single room nearby open… there was not. Please never stay here.

This hotel needs new management, new technology new furniture etc . Absolutely terrible experience , seems like everyone that night had trouble either with reservations not being acknowledged or incorrectly booked . I booked a 2 double queen instead got a 1 king bed, no towels to shower with and was told I’ll be contacted 8 PM at night with the actual room I booked(which did not happen) . There were flies all over the front desk reception area , a garbage rooms with trash filled all the way up to the ceiling .

I never wanted to do this but it would be bad of me if I don’t thin place is the worse place I’ve ever stayed the place is so dirty full of roaches,smelly and the staff ma there don’t care about your concerns the place is a mess ,I was sick the two days I was there dogs all over the place,please choose somewhere else to stay and not there,these people wanna charge you for light and everything terrible place stay away.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The property was dirty and did not appear to be well maintained. There were individuals loitering around the property, which made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. In addition, there was often no staff available at the front desk when assistance was needed.

Based on the condition of the hotel and the overall experience, I did not feel comfortable staying there. This was not the quality or level of service I expected when making my reservation. As a result, I would not recommend this property to friends, family, or colleagues.

Given the significant inconvenience, stress, and disruption caused by this experience, I believe appropriate compensation is warranted. I respectfully request a complimentary weekend stay or comparable accommodation as a gesture of goodwill and to help restore my confidence in your brand.

I look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution to this matter.

Don't stay here. We checked in (3 hours later than what it was supposed to be). The room was dirty. They were going to clean it. We came back later and someone else was in our room. Our room keys didn't even work. We had to find another hotel at midnight. It's a dissaster.

I made a reservation a month ago to make sure I had room for the Memorial Day weekend. When I arrived after a 6 hour ride, I found shopping cart in the entrance to the hotel.
I entered the lobby to find that the check in counter had a hand made sign on saying \"All rooms are booked, Front desk is closed\"
Somebody asked me, \"can I help you?\" I said I had a reservation for 2 nights. She said she was sorry, but there was nothing available because they had no clean rooms, and that the housekeeping staff was gone.
I felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode. A \"RESEVATION\" is a \"Reservation\".
She told me I would have to go find some other hotel.
When I booked, there were no other rooms in the area.
The cost of the this hotel was around $20 for 2 nights. I did find a place, but it cost me $660 for 2 nights, and that cut my trip budget pretty bad.
This place is disgusting....DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Let's start with the hotel's sketchy booking practices! I made my reservation and paid in full. When I arrived, I was told we're fully booked. \"NO ROOM!\" It wasn't just me. There was a lobby full of folks (not an exaggeration) who'd made reservations, paid and were VERY UPSET (no expletives here) because they'd driven hundreds of miles only to be told \"NO ROOM.\" Thankfully, Hotels.com did me right and found me a room for the evening... although it did require an additional 30-mile commute!

Next, this place is horribly understaffed. When I arrived around 9pm, no one was at the desk. The gentleman handling the desk was cleaning rooms because he was also serving as housekeeping!!!

So, my original reservation was from Friday, May 21 until Monday, May 25, 2026. I'd attempted to extend my reservation but been told that I could not. Instead, I made a separate reservation for Thursday. Because my first night's reservation was only for one night, that's what Hotels.com shifted my reservation for. After staying one night at the substitute hotel, I had to come back to this one for my previously scheduled reservation. Check-in was at 3pm so I arrived at 2pm just to be safe. Like before, there was no one at the front desk and there was a similar but smaller crowd already gathered. The young lady on desk duty was doing laundry and making up rooms and let's just say she wasn't happy about it!!!

Bottom line: AVOID THIS HELLHOLE AS IF IT HAD A COMMUNICABLE DISEASE!!!

Problems began at checkin: I was given keys and went to the room number on my folio card, only to find out there were already guests in that room.

My friends had to wait while someone went to see if their assigned room had in fact been cleaned. Mind you, this is after 5pm.

I finally got a room and while it was clean and well maintained, there were zero amenities. Luckily I was traveling with all I needed. My friends went to the desk to get what they needed.

There is a good amount of litter in the parking lot. It's evident this property houses those who need formal shelter, and it's unfortunate they treat the grounds as they do.

The staff were wonderful, helpful, and amazing. This property appears to be a work in progress with great efforts made to rehab it from a prior state. It was cleaner than I expected and quieter than I expected even though it was full to capacity. Shout out to Michael at the desk for service above and beyond.

There was no one available at the front desk and there was a sign posted that said my reservation had been canceled and they apologize for any inconvenience. Since I arrived at about 9:15 p.m. I had no place to stay overnight and had to find another place. They had a telephone number for you to call if you arrived when the desk was closed however no one answered that phone. I ended up staying at another hotel 15 miles away.

I did not actually stay at this property. I booked my reservation at approximately 4 PM on the day of check-in, in anticipation of driving about 4 hours to the property. Traffic delayed me and I arrived after 10:30 PM. The Expedia booking platform did not provide any area or mechanism to notify the property that I would arrive late and need late check-in assistance. Likewise, there was no conspicuous indication that check-in after 10 PM was not permitted. Thus, I arrived to the property to find the front desk closed and unattended. I called several times to the posted \"after-hours\" assistance phone number and was directed to a voicemail box that plainly is not monitored--I still have not received a response to my voicemails. When I contacted Expedia about this, their response was simply that the property closes at 10 PM and they could not offer further assistance--including contacting the property on my behalf or offering some other accommodation so that I did not have to sleep in my car in a parking lot that is posted on every corner that valuables and personal items should not be left in vehicles because of break-ins in the area. Worse, when I made contact with the property the following day, they refused to refund any of my reservation fee. I have used other booking agents and they always ask or provide an area to request a late check-in; this was a combined customer service failure by Expedia and the property.

Room was clean. Heat/AC worked well. Bed was decent.
No toiletries. Kitchen has nothing in it. No cooking utensils,eating utensils........nothing! This hotel is badly in need of updating. Very short staffed. Rarely saw anyone at the front desk. However the price of the stay was half of any of the surrounding properties (and there's many)! There is a Super Walmart across the street for anything you might need. If you're on a super tight budget this hotel just might fit your needs.

Facility is in good shape and has great potential. Problems are staffing and management. In 3 nights I've stayed there, I have not seen a single housekeeping staff. Garbage rooms overflowing. No Front desk staff overnight. If you book through any app/website but Studio 6, your check-in will become a quest. I had 2 different bookings for 3 nights. Initial check-in took us 30 minutes of pure calling back and forth to expedia. Front desk Jojo went above and beyond and was very pleasant. Second day, my second booking was for a different type of room. No rooms were available, because there was no housekeeping. Expedia couldn't change type of room, cause system showed \"none available \". Studio 6 system was not allowing Front desk person Chris to change it on his side. I ended up Cancellation expedia booking and paying at the front desk. Overall took us more than an hour to resolve. Chris went above and beyond and was very pleasant, despite frustrating situation. Definitely not coming back.

We reserved the room at least week prior to \"staying\", and when we got there to check in, we were told that there were no rooms left. I then said that we had paid for a room already, and the receptionist gave attitude and told us \"well we don't have any rooms.\" There was an odd smell as soon as you walked in. Can't even imagine what the rooms would look like or smell like. I didn't even feel safe in the parking lot. Just a rough place. Pictures are very deceiving. Price is cheap for a very good reason. If you can afford it, pay more for somewhere better.

The manager left for the day with 6 people waiting to be checked in. They had a new system and check in was lengthy. We stood waiting to be checked in over an hour. The clerk Jonae was very good and kept her cool. The room was clean, but not the room I reserved. I asked for 2 queens, I got 2 fulls with a kitchenette. The beds were small for 4 adults.

Nobody was working the front desk from 3pm to 11pm. Why were they letting people book rooms? Nobody to check you in. Had to wait hours to get in room. Once we did. No towels. Floors dirty, room smelt.
I tried to address it next morning and was spoken to in the most rudest manor and nothing resolved. No manager apparently. Taking my complaint to corporate. DONT STAY THERE

The room was clean but the shower showed water damage and the shower head was falling of the wall and mounted too low. The biggest problem was the entrance door. It stuck horribly. It took three minutes of playing with it for it to open. Very frustrating

The hotel was terrible. We booked thinking a 1-night stay I arrived underwhelmed but I didn’t want to initially alarm the others in my party. During check-in attempt multiple people coming in and out appearing to live on the premises and looking suspicious. Upon entering the floor, STINK was the welcome. Then STINK greeted us as we opened the room door. We immediately turned around and booked at a nearby hotel with comparable rates, and accommodations were a complete 180 degree difference. The staff was very courteous and responsive. However, the building itself badly needs a refresh. Peeling paint and worn carpets need to go. The described “fully equipped kitchen” had not one dish, spoon, or mug, not to mention plates or pots and pans. Despite a full sized refrigerator, sink, and 2 burner stove, how exactly would one cook ?

I would never ever recommend staying here the room was infested with brown I believe ladybugs but I am not 100% sure they were all over the window in the room and the bed. There was no communication from the staff when the fire alarms went off and there was a fire two rooms down from my room the front desk staff was nice, but when checking in there was nobody there and we had to wait a long time for somebody to help us. The room was gross because of the so-called ladybugs I also believe that this might be a shelter since there were people there after we figured out about the fire that said they live there for over three months and this always happens that should be written somewhere if that is the case, so people have the right to make a educated decision on whether to stay there or not. I am extremely unhappy with my stay there and again would never recommend staying here. You should really fix the so-called ladybug problem in the room that is unacceptable

This hotel was awful..I wish I could give it zero stars. At 10:30pm when we arrived it was so noisy with a party. When I went to check in the front desk girl let me know yes I had a reservation but they gave it away because they overbooked and it was first come first serve. We asked for a manager who was rude and told us it was our fault because we didn’t arrive earlier. She refused to help us and did not want to refund us. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone..it was dated and dirty inside as well and lots of men coming in and out while we were in the lobby.

How to begin.1st: Hotels.com assured me what I saw is what I pay HOWEVER when I got there they required me to pay $100 deposit!!! For what??? 2nd: Hotels.com was not CLEAR about the mixed-bag of people who LIVE there. I am not against long-term residences living there but the amount of people hanging out in the parking lot after dark was unnerving. 3rd: The sticky floors in the room, no drain stoppers in the sinks, the mixed smells in the hallways (mostly from cooking--no exhaust in kitchen) animal poop in the stairways, unsecured shelves in the closet cubby, and constant need to recharge our keys (just to name the \"highlights\") was NOT acceptable. would never recommend this hotel chain(?) to anyone. Hotels.com needs to re-evaluate this choice of hotels on their site. We booked 4 nights, stayed 3 and the 4th stayed elsewhere forefitting $$$. NOT happy at all.

The front desk staff and cleaning staff were very helpful. The place needed maintenance and the furniture was worn, although the king size bed was very comfortable.

One you get past check-in there is nothing and nobody in sight. Asking for towels and soaps was more of an inconvenience to staff so it was more pleasant to go across street to Walmart and purchase toiletries and towels. I checked out a day early and stayed at a different hotel due to overall uncomfortableness. No refund or even a question as to why I was leaving early. Very unpleasant staff.

Nice hotel. I liked that it had a kitchenette with a stove and full refrigerator. What I did not like was that there was roaches.

It was ok. However, I was concerned to see people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. Additionally I was disappointed to see people in the parking lot sitting in beach chairs and drinking and doing drugs.

Staff were absolutely amazing, polite, professional and accommodating. First Rm I was given smelled horrible and I politely went back to the front desk explaining and she apologized and immediately made accommodations. Rms needs to be updated, Rugs removed, bathroom wall above door had bubbles from water leaking and in the morning as I was packing my things a roach run across my Bed!! If these place made these updates I’m sure that their rating and reviews would go up.

Not meant for anyone to stay an extended period.

Ok for one night, but definitely not an extended stay. There is a kitchenette but nothing stocked. It states that things are available on request, but after asking the front desk for glasses, they told us that wasn’t available. (We did get disposable cups.) We also asked for shampoo and got mini bars of facial soap and body soap.
The on-the-go breakfast consisted of coffee or hot water that tastes like coffee, oatmeal packets or nutrigrain bars. I’m not one to complain about free amenities, but this was sub par.
In general, if I had to stay here again for one night, I could do it, but I’d rather stay somewhere else.
