I cannot fault this hotel. It is spotlessly clean. The rooms are a great size with a lovely balcony to sit out on and the bed/pillows very comfy. The bed was so big we did not touch at all. Only down side was the glass sliding bathroom door which was big noisy and cluncky.
Staff could not do enough for you. We had food in both the restaurant and the bar both lovely. We used the spa which was nice as the weather was not so good outside.
We had a car which if you want to explore like we do then I recommend.
The breakfast was vast and tasty! We had fresh fruit every morning! Something for everyone.
Yes the road was noisy, but i knew about this before we went and to be honest zoned out to it, apart from when someone came down revving their engine.
I would fully recommend this to anyone looking for a 5* service in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of praia da rocha.

Very eco-friendly, clean hotel. Loved the gym facilities, both indoor and outdoor options. Nice rooftop pool on a warm day. Also offered pillow service - what a dream! It's a little out of town, close to the marina but they provide a great shuttle service if you want to go to the main strip / beach.

Really nice room, very clean. Hotel itself nice. Breakfast was always very crowded as small area and not a relaxing experience. The pool area was nice but pool was unheated plus lots of people smoking or vaping around us was not so nice. Bar staff great and food really nice. Area around the hotel was a bit grubby and smelly walking into town/marina. Can’t say we will return I’m afraid.

The Jupiter Marina hotel – including rooms, communal areas, breakfast, bar, food, sunbeds and swimming pool – are all fabulous – we were delighted with our stay. Unusually for a hotel the absolute stand out amongst all of this fabulousness was the entire Jupiter Marina Hotel team – from reception, restaurant and bar staff, through to housekeeping – everyone was friendly, helpful and professional and work really, really hard to ensure everyone is kept happy.

The property was run by young people and how amazing was this to see! We had an amazing stay! Room was extremely large and comfortable. Coffee and tea were plentiful in room! Rooftop with pool and bar were lovely with many seating options! The hotel is industrial looking inside but with a warm feeling and casual look. The hotel is well run with the most pleasant staff. The breakfasts were amazing with everything you would want! Walking distance to old town and marina area and transportation to beach from hotel! We loved our stay and should we be back that way definitely this would be a place we would book again!

Recent stay at Jupiter Marina.

Just returned from an excellent week in the Jupiter Marina hotel. Staff were always friendly and helpful and extremely attentive. We were half board. There was an excellent choice at breakfast and the a la carte evening meal each night was of excellent quality. The room was modern and comfortable. The rooftop pool had limited sun loungers but we always managed to find some comfy sofas and beds on the sun terraces around the bar. The bar area itself was relaxing with musical entertainment in the evening with pleasant views across the evening. There was a shuttle bus to the beach but was also within walking distance as were shops and bars. Overall a great stay and would return.

Nice hotel, staff were very polite and helpful. Rooms were very nice and clean. Close to the marina and the beach. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the beach at certain times. Only negative is there was hadly any sunbeds when going to the pool, as people would just leave there stuff in the morning and go wherever they needed and then come back which resulted in not having access to the sunbeds until later on in the evenings.

This hotel is wonderful! the staff are unbelievably kind and helpful. I loved the rooftop pool, breakfast was really good and I preferred being away from the beach front. The hotel runs a shuttle service to the beach every hour so you have the best of both worlds. There are more dining options on the beachfront but this hotel is closer to Numa Restaurant which is absolutely stunning.

A gorgeous hotel with fantastic views from the rooftop. Very clean all around. The spa was delightful and we were able to book last minute as well as change our booking slots last minute too. The hotel is nice. Pros: The staff is friendly. The rooms are very comfortable. There is parking onsite. Cons: the location is not the best. Not a lot to do or places in walking distance compared to other areas. The bar on the top floor is not the best when it comes to drinks. The restaurant inside is okay.

Overall, we probably won’t stay agin just because the location did not work for us. If we could move the hotel to another location that would be great!

The beaches are gorgeous and there is some lovely places to eat around the hotel!

Brand new hotel, excellent facilities. Beautiful views from rooms and rooftop. Also excellent breakfast every morning. Only thing I didn’t like was the restaurant did not offer menu service, only buffet but if you were part of a group in the evening and there are limited options nearby for dinner without driving or walking half hour either direction. Found a local restaurant close by that was ok, and two cafes for coffee and sandwiches but not dinner.

It actually was good that it is not down at the beach front walkway, because it's a bit noisy over there. The infinity pool is really amazing, well worth getting in on a warm day. Very minor point of there was only one elevator was working most of the time and the elevator is very small, so we had to wait often. They don't want you using the stairs, so that was not an option.

We loved our first stay so much two years ago we came back last week. The location isn’t the most ideal but it’s near enough to the beach that it’s not too much of an issue and there’s a shuttle or scooter rentals if you want to use them. Staff, cleanliness, breakfast and facilities are brilliant, only complaint is the rough stones round the sun loungers.

The location, the breakfast buffer self service the professionalism and friendliness of all staff. Also the fact that you provide hot and cold throughout the day for all your guests and you give guests complimentary cocktails for 2 if it their birthday whilst staying in your hotels. We also appreciate the offering free ride to tge nearest beach ⛱️ 😎 and return back to tge hotel.
These are the things that I felt could be done differently.
1) More than 1 swimming pool for guests.
2) Interactive entertainment for guests daily.
3) Having bureau currency exchange at reception area.

Very clean, modern and lovely adults only hotel. Staff were great and really accomodating for any of our needs (gluten and dairy free options), and helped in surprising my boyfriend with a package on his birthday. Very nice communal areas with plenty of seating in both sun and shade. Complimentary refreshments at receptions was a very nice touch enjoyed by all. We also managed to use the showers in the spa beforr we left as we had a late flight and checked out in the morning.

Added bonus was the sparkling wine station at breakfast👌

Stayed in a very comfortable room with a nice balcony. Bathroom was very clean and the water pressure was excellent. The rooftop bar was very great for a quick bite or a drink. Breakfast was good although a bit busy. The parking was very convenient and at a fair price. Would not hesitate to choose it again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel staff were great, nothing was too much for them. When we arrived very early, they did their best to prepare the room as early as they could for us. In the meantime we had access to the rest of the hotel. The room was spotless & had everything we needed. The only thing I would comment on is the room service/bar menu. The menu was very limited and not great BUT they were happy for us to order food from outside. Cocktails from the bar weren’t great either but they were ok. Breakfast was always fresh and tasty. Best hash browns I’ve ever had! The spa was perfection. Even without treatments it was just a beautiful place to relax in. All in all, great stay. Adult hotel, great location right by the marina. We will return. I recommend that you book to stay here, you won’t regret it.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were very clean. The only downsides are that it’s far from any attractions/dining and the pool area is not big enough- if you don’t go get a spot right when it opens, you won’t get a spot all day. Which defeats the purpose of staying at the hotel in my opinion.

The hotel itself is aweseome! It's beautiful and clean, breakfast was awesome with lots to choose from. Pool are was beautiful but didn't make use of it as it was often busy. Beds were comfortable. View of port wasn't that great, unkept property out front and main road was very busy and loud so didn't opent the patio doors that often. Not much on patio but two chairs and a table to not very inviting. Staff who checked us in wasn't very pleasant which in this industry working with people one needs to be. We're pretty easy going travellers, aren't picky but these were a few things that stood out. Again, hotel itself was amazing and very clean! The rest of the staff was very pleasant and zero compaints! Thanks \"Nelson\" for taking good care of us!

Our stay at Jupiter spa and marina hotel was for 8 days and was amazing wonderful. Staff wellness to assist you with any issues or questions, friendly and outgoing. Each day we would talk with a staff member and get their thoughts on what to visit. Each day we was not disappointed.
After eight days and we were departing, the staff made it a point to tell us how much they appreciated us and were going to miss our chats and did not want us to leave

We stayed in 7 different hotels in Portugal in different areas during this trip. And Jupiter Marina Hotel was our top pick! They were able to give us superior room with a corner room with balcony around the room. Very nice roof top pool and amenities. Breakfast was amazing! Welcome wine and 24-hours espresso machine in the lounge were great. Staff was very friendly and always attentive to answer any questions. We'd love to come back and stay again!

We had a lovely time at the Jupiter, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was excellent and the room was great.
We had a superior room facing the river. They’re quite compact but very nicely finished, very comfortable beds, a small fridge/mini bar, great shower. The rooftop bar was also great and the pool, although the pool area was quite busy when we were there. The spa was also booked up and I couldn’t get a slot for an hour massage.
The shuttle to the beach along in Praia de Rocha was brilliant.

Although the neighborhood right around the hotel is pretty blah -- don't let that fool you, it's a safe area and tons of tourists are walking the streets. The hotel is in a good location, 15 mins walk from the thick of the bars and restaurants, so close enough to walk into, but far enough away to not be interrupted by it.

The hotel itself is lovely, and the infinity pool is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is beautifully decorated, but small. I’d definitely return.

Was great that this is an adult only hotel being able to relax without the screams and yelling of kids was fabulous!
The roof top sunbathing area and infinity pool were great, as was the bar and food area on the top floor.
Our room was well sized and the shower was amazing!
The staff were always extremely friendly, smiling and helpful.
On the downside was the very busy breakfast area, with often long queues for the coffee machines and rarely any poached eggs. The breakfast food itself was delicious with many different options available.
The only other minor irritation was the gravel around the pool, the hotel would benefit from this being removed and hard standing area (tiles or something) put in its place.
We really enjoyed our 8 nights stay here and would highly recommend it for other couples.

The staff were generally young and really friendly. We felt like part of the family whether that was around reception or by the pool and snack bar or restaurant. They even catered for my wife’s particular need in soft boiled eggs :-) . The only negative was the gravel around the pool area. This would be much better as false grass. It is gravel like many of the bunkers on the golf courses to stop it blowing away, it just doesn’t work. Everything else excellent, from the comfy beds to the pool and lounging area.
