La ubicación excelente, la propiedad más o menos, el apartamento que nos tocó es amplio pero es viejo, todo es como de los 80’s, un aire acondicionado que solo da en la sala, al cuarto casi no llega el AC, el baño ok, viejo, a rescatar buena presión del agua de la ducha, el aseo más o menos, no nos cambiaron las toallas y además cuando llegamos al cuarto habían unas cuantas pestañas postizas en el piso en diferentes partes, terrible que a pesar de que pedimos 2 veces que por favor no apagaran el aire acondicionado igual lo hicieron y además abrían la ventana y se entraba el olor a comida de alguien que cocinaba muy espaciado y con olor muy fuerte, el desayuno buffet bueno, todos los días lo mismo pero rico

Fabulous stay here. A positive comment: the Hotel does not go over the top on food abundance but plenty of choice and good quality which hopefully saves over wastage apparent at some hotels I've stayed. Apartments are huge and exceptionally clean and well equiped. Pillows and beds are little uncomfortable but always the case from home. Overall this is a well maintained and managed hotel. Lacks a bit of communal area and there is no entertainment laid on but the location to nightlife the beach and facilities is excellent.

It states that the resort is all inclusive, but that is not true. You have to pay for food when you arrive, pay for the gym, indoor pool and spa. There is no dining. The reason for this is because it is off season. They should let you know that. Also the beds you could feel every spring in the mattress. The hotel has need of renovation. The price was a good.

The room was a bit dated and tired, but given how cheap it was I wasn't expecting much.
The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was fantastic and the staff couldn't do enough, including helping me order a take away as the dining room was shut.

Some of the reviews here mention ‘dated’ bathrooms. Nothing wrong with coloured en-suites - didn’t spend long enough in the bathroom for it to be a problem. Very pleased with hotel - clean - plenty of fresh towels and sheets changed. Room cleaned every day. Great value for money. Well situated. Would definitely stay again.

Our experience was very good. Only downside was it was extremely difficult to get a chair by the pool. People were up early and putting towels on them and keeping them all day. Very unfair and selfish. We also had to pay to use the indoor pool.

Stayed for two weeks, very happy with their Customer Service and Housekeeping staff. The best thing is when we asked to be transferred to a different room the next day, they very kindly honoured our request and they put us in probably one of the best ones on the 9th floor, with great views. Of course, this is dependent on availability. It is good value for money considering the location, just a few steps away to the mini-supermarket, beach, cafes, and restaurants. Did not use the facilities because of the time of the year i.e. the pool, but it looks amazing.

We stayed in the Amarilis for week. It is very good value for money as you get what you pay for. It is not a 5* hotel so dont expect 5* food and treatment. Breakfast was excellent and they have a nice pool bar area. The rest of the food was quite repetetive but as stated earlier you are in a 3* hotel. Great location very close to the beach, shops and amenities. All in all a very nice relaxing week at very affordable price. thankyou all

We had a lovely stay at Club Amarilis. Our accommodation was very spacious and our balcony had a view of the sea and the pool area - perfect for watching the sun go down! Slight downside was we were given a twin rather than double room but it was so nice otherwise we didn't ask to change. Staff are very friendly and the place had every amenity we could want. Only a four minute walk to the beautiful beach!

Very easy to find with plenty of convenient, free parking. Check in was quick & easy with very friendly & professional staff. The lobby was very nice but the hallway approaching the room was a little dark, dingy & creepy at night. The room was very quiet & spacious and the kitchen & bathrooms were decent (nothing special). There was a fabulous, large patio. Downside was the beds - brutal at best. Beds were old and uncomfortable, which did not make for a very good night's sleep. Hotel amenities were excellent with the best hotel gym I have ever seen, tennis courts, a pool with bar service & a very nice restaurant.

I love this apartment hotel. I've been 3 times in a little over a year. The location is excellent only a short walk to the beach and town area. Lots of really good bars and restaurants where you are always sure of a warm welcome.
The rooms are comfortable and clean, maid service every day if needed. The pool bar is great. Food really good.

Arrived early with airport hotel transfer but the appartment was ready with a nice wecome. Well equiped kitchen. Balcony. Large sitting room. Lots of room. Bathroom a bit dated and the TV was small.
The facilities were OK. Wifi only available downstairs but good value for a 24hr ticket. The sauna, indoor swimming pool area I found dissapointing with extra charge with no area/seating to relax but the outside pool and garden were excellent.
