It's not a hotel, it's like a flat and cut into 5 rooms. You can hear noises and the washing machine. Bathroom is clean but the shower was broke. I can't give this hotel and review, over all it was better than most hotel in that area, very nice staff, she is so beautiful too, over all I would stay there again for a night or 2.

Solid, basic place.
A solid, basic place to lay your head. New and clean, comes with all you need. The shower is a little cramped for a 6'1\" male but it is manageable. The included breakfast was just OK. A fresh croissant is brought in the morning but everything else is pre-packaged. But there is also a single-shot coffee maker and it produces a decent brew. Bed was comfortable.

Needed a room close to the train station and this one fit the bill. It turned out to be a gem of a find. The B&B is located in a multistory/multiuse building between a pharmacy and a cosmetics store, just a few doors down from McDonald's.
The room was spacious and quiet, even though Via Sparano is a \"happening\" street on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Room equipped with Nepresso coffee machine, so wonderful cappucinos available with the press of a button.
Very clean room, comfortable bed, and hot shower made for a great stay.
The building has a doorman during regular work hours, but it is best to let the B&B people know your arrival time in case you need to ring the buzzer at the main door on the ground floor.
I stayed 2 nights here and would stay here again if I ever go back to Bari.

Really convenient location
I was looking for something close to central station and for Viasparano to be any closer it would have to be actually in the station. The shuttle bus driver pointed out the direction and it was simply across the piazza. Fortunately I'd read other reviews and was aware that the room was in a business building and there is no signage, so you really have to look for the street number. The owner contacted me a few days prior to my stay to confirm an arrival time as there is no reception. The room is very clean and spacious. The breakfast is minimal, with a fresh croissant being delivered to supplement the tray in the room. This is a bit inconvenient and as another reviewer mentioned, it would have been better if could be left outside. The flat TV is so small it's hard to see the picture from the bed, and a city map would have been useful. There is a Tourist Information office nearby in the piazza but it has limited opening hours, I think it closes at 1pm each day.

Booking didn't exist
Turned up at the hotel to be told that my expedia booking was not accepted by the hotel. I was left to walk around Bari with luggage to find a room for a couple of nights. Luckily I can understand Italian quite well to know what he was saying as he there is no English spoken here.

Huge fiasco
It is a B&B. The pics look nicer. There is no concierge or someone to assist guests during the day. Wifi went down @ 9PM and it was not solve until next day. Price is too high for the service offered. The breakfast is limited to box biscuits and ONE croissant. The exact checkin time has to be appointed in advance. The only plus is the coffee maker Nespresso. No value at all!

Clean and Modern, Walkable to Bari Centrale
Solo female traveler, en route to Matera. Arrived late at night. The room was impeccably clean. Breakfast was self-serve in room, with croissant delivery at agreed upon time. Staff was accommodating; English was limited which made following coffee-making instructions and other information charmingly difficult. Rooms are located in an office building on a different floor than the one on which the small reception area is located. Keep an open mind. Two blocks from Bari Centrale just down from McDonald's. Street was noisy, despite appearing desolate. Be sure to exit Bari Centrale at the front of the station, not the back. Good value.

Excellent location
This hotel is very close to the main railway station for Bari. It takes a minute to walk there from Bari Centrale. It is a bit awkward to find as it is in an apartment block on the 7th floor but once you realise this and ring the bell it is fine. The owner is very pleasant and helpful but doesn't speak English. I have stayed here twice and both times had very clean, stylish comfortable rooms. The breakfast is adequate consisting of a pastry and packet toast with 2/3 different spreads. There are plenty cafés nearby.

「クレジットが使えないから他のカードの番号を知らせろ」とのメール。hotels.comに登録しているカードは常用してるもので、使えないはずはない。しかも現地払いのはず。怪しい。直前に「カードのクレジットがないから」と一方的にキャンセルされる。余裕であるはずだが。「そちらの知ってる私のカード番号を教えて」とメールしても音沙汰なし。現地で直接交渉しようと出向くも、ホテルが見つからず。（数日後、地図とは違うブロックにあるビルの入居者看板で見つけた）これで、no show 扱いで違約金でも取られたら悪徳。久しぶりに宿の予約がない海外出張という体験をした。

Schwer zu finden. An der Klingel steht nur Viasperano und nichts von Hotel oder B&B und es gibt viele Klingeln da. Auch wenn Google das Gegenteil behauptet befindet es sich im McDonald's und nicht im Burger King Gebäude.

Unbelievable. How can this person be involved in the travel business in the first place?!! My flight to Bari was late. I informed the person prior to my departure of my late arrival. Once in Bari at midnight, I received an email saying that I was too late, that he could not wait for me and that I had to find another hôtel!!!!! Never trust à booking made at this place.

Ho fatto una prenotazione...
mi chiama il titolare dell'hotel per dirmi che il check in va fatto entro le ore 18 (che io al momento della prenotazione non ho notato in quanto occorre cliccare su un miniuscolo pulsantino).
Sapendo di non poter arrivare nei tempi massimi, il titolare mi ha suggerito di annullare la prenotazione.
Al momento dell'annullamento l'operatore Expedia mi dice che non è rimborsabile ma che avrebbero chiamato l'hotel e se il titolare accettava, allora il rimborso sarebbe stato effettuato. Ha chiamato e il titolare ha detto no.
Ho chiamato anche io e mi ha risposto che non me lo avrebbe fatto.
La mia domanda è: ma allora cosa mi chiami a fare e soprattutto perchè mi chiedi di annullare quando non accetti il rimborso?
A me e ai miei colleghi non mi vedrete mai più.
E un consiglio per Expedia è di evidenziare sempre l'orario del check in invece di farlo cercare all'utente.

Ich habe eine Städtetour gemacht. Hauptsächlich wollte ich die Altstadt von Bari, die Kathedrale und die Nikolaus-Basilika besuchen. Der Aufenthalt war für mich ein voller Erfolg. Alle Ziele waren in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Sehr schön war auch die Fußgängerzone von Bari, ein Genuss für alle, die Weihnachtsdekorationen lieben.

This facility is a big scam. I had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. I was at the airport in Milano waiting for my flight to Bari when I got an e-mail saying that the facility would close at 7pm. I answered the e-mail to ask how we could organize with the check-in, since I would arrive around 9.30pm. I got no answer. All further attempts to reach the facility by phone or e-mail failed. I called Hotels.com, which also made multiple attempts to contact the facility with no luck.
I sent another e-mail to Viasparano saying that I needed to cancel my reservation, since there was no way of getting in contact with them. Also this e-mail was left unanswered.
I had to book another hotel in Bari and ended up paying for both. I called Viasparano repeatedly on the next day, and after many attempts I finally was able to speak to an extremely rude and 0% service-oriented guy telling me that I should consider the money lost and there was no way they would provide a refund.
Please stay away from this facility unless you want to risk ending up in the street with no possibilities for a refund. I hope that the booking services like Hotels.com and Booking.com will blacklist them from their listings.

Das vermeintliche Frühstück im Zimmer bestehend aus eingepacktem Zwieback, 1 Croissant und 2-3 Konfitürplastikpäckchen, eine Kaffeemaschine und eine halbe Kanne Milch wird auf Wunsch morgens im Flur gestellt (am 2. Tag natürlich vergessen worden). Wurst/Käse/Obst Fehlanzeige. Das Bad hat großflächig Schimmel hinter dem Boiler, heißt auch nicht zu lange duschen. Die Dusch-Ablage befindet sich mangels haltender Druckköpfe auf dem Boden. Schlicht und einfach eine Enttäuschung. Preis/Leistung stimmt einfach bei weitem nicht.

Struttura in ottima posizione vicino alla stazione dei treni (anche per l'aeroporto) e nella via dello shopping, non distante comunque da Bari vecchia (10 min a piedi). Camera con arredamento moderno e letto comodo; bagno e doccia spaziosi. La mia camera era al terzo piano (reception al settimo) ma con ascensore. Colazione spartana: si consuma in camera con vassoio già preparato con prodotti confezionati, ad eccezione di una brioche fornita alla mattina in orario da concordare. Necessità di comunicare anche l'orario di arrivo, per poter fare il check-in col gestore; pagamento totale all'arrivo.

Ce fut un séjour horrible dans ce lieu.Le gérant est un escroc et une personne violente. Je me suis retrouvée avec une autre personne ayant lui aussi une réservation pour une chambre , il fit un choix entre nous et me claqua la porte au nez malgré ma réservation. Au lieu de trouver une solution à ce problème il préféra user de la violence en me poussant et me criant dessus. J'ai dut me débrouiller seul afin de trouver un autre logement au dernier moment. Ce monsieur ne devrait pas faire ce métier et encore moins être sur des sites tel que hôtel.com

I stayed only one night at this hotel. Probably it is a little bit difficult to find but the place is very convenient. The room was really clean and comfortable. The man in the reception was helpful and friendly but he went out after gave me the room key. There were McDonald's and Burger King near the hotel so you don't have to worry about the restaurant as if you arrive the hotel in the late time.
Anyway the hotel was magnificent and I'm sure that I will stay here again.

駅から徒歩3分程度です．スパラーノ通り沿いにありますが，看板のような案内が出ていないので，番地を頼りに，少し探しました．表札に小さくviasparanoと書いてあり，そこのインターホンを押すと，フロントのおじさんが玄関の鍵を開けてくれます．建物の7階の一部がホテルのようです．おじさんは気さくな人でした．部屋はそれほど広くはなく，また案内写真とは少し様子も違いましたが，２つ星の割には良いホテルだと思います．

Nous avions fixé une heure d'arrivée avec le gérant. J'étais attendu. Aucun problèmes à l'arrivée pour le check-in. La chambre correspondait tout à fait à ce qui était annoncé et montré en photo sur internet. La chambre était très bien : déco contemporaine,ménage impeccable, grande chambre, grand lit, machine Nespresso... Le petit déjeuner était basique, mais la dame qui l'apportait en chambre, et qui par ailleurs faisait le ménage, était très sympathique. Enfin, l’hôtel est très bien situé dans Bari : à 2 pas de la gare centrale, sur l'avenue commerçante et piétonne qui mène à la magnifique vieille ville. très bonne adresse.

우선 예약을 하면 언제 도착하냐는 연락이 옵니다. 그 시간에 맞춰서 주인 아저씨께서 나와주시는데, 그 분이 없으면 찾아가는 것 자체가 불가능합니다. 하지만 객실 내부는 굉장히 깨끗하고 넓고 서비스도 좋습니다. 에어컨도 있었지만 틀어보지 않아서 어떤지는 잘 모르겠습니다. 하지만 매우 청결하고 정갈한 방으로 사용하기 편리합니다. 바리 역과도 가까워서 이동하기 편리합니다.

Ei perinteinen hotellimajoitus, sillä paikan huoneet/huoneitot sijaitsevan parissa eri kerroksessa muuten normaalissa asuintalossa.Minun kerroksessani oli 3 majoitustilaa ja ne olivat todella mukavat ja hulppeat. Aamiasjärjestely oli kiva, sillä perustavarat laitettiin huoneeseen valmiiksi jo siivouksen yhteydessa ja croissantit tuotiin aamulla huoneeseen sovittuna aikana.Verkkoyhteys toimi tosi hyvin ja paikka sijaitsee 1 minuutin päässä lentokenttäkuljetuksista
