My stay at Les Suites des Tout le Monde in Sorrento was one of the most memorable parts of my trip — so much so that it deserves its own highlight among all the hotels I visited.

From the moment I arrived, the quality of assistance set this place apart. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, friendly, and genuinely welcoming.

I stayed in one of their spacious suites, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The room was generous in size, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully furnished, with plenty of natural light and a layout that made both relaxing and planning the day easy. A private balcony offered gorgeous views of the surroundings — perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening with a glass in hand.

One of the nicest touches was the VIP bottle of wine waiting for me upon arrival. That simple gesture — paired with polite, attentive service — made the whole experience feel personal and elevated. It wasn’t just a welcome drink — it was a thoughtful start to a truly relaxing stay.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the heart of Sorrento, with easy access to local restaurants, attractions, and the train station.

Les Suites des Tout le Monde strikes a wonderful balance between boutique intimacy and elevated hospitality. This is a place I would happily return to and recommend to others.

The space is comfortable, spotless, and well‑equipped. The kitchenette has everything you might need, and the location is great—an easy walk to restaurants and shops. Check‑in instructions were clear and straightforward, though the address was a bit tricky to locate at first. As noted in the listing, there’s no elevator, and the apartment is on the 3th floor (4th floor for Americans), so be prepared for the stairs.

The apartment was lovely & just a short walk from Sorrento old town & not too far from the train/bus station.
It's slightly hard to find but Googemaps will get you there in the end.
The only negative is the way that it is advertised as a \"pool view\" There is a pool but it belongs to a totally different apartment/hotel.
Would I stay there again? Yes, but not if I wanted a place with a pool.

Very Impressed, was decently priced, great location. less than 10 minute walk to the centre where all the shops are, less than 15 min from15 train station, 15 to the port. Loved sorrento’s vibe. Would definitely come back and stay longer. Water pressure was great!

Stayed two nights. It's reasonably cheap and central.

*Shower is a bit old and clunky and mostly not working.

*Lots of plastic used for toiletries

*Water on first day not on second. In the same way the mini snacks (fette biscottate) on First day bit second

*As VIP guest, you get a bottle of wine (rather common perk). What was unusual was to get a 175ml bottle (the ones you get on a plane) rather than a normal sized bottle

* Very poor sound proofing, so if the other guests are noisy, you'll hear everything

*On the Saturday, we got awaken by the cleaner who arrived in the flat and yelled on the phone for over 15 minutes. Really annoying.

The area was safe. We were able to walk to the grocery store, the bakery and all the shops and restaurants. There was also a laundromat near by. Our room was cleaned every day and we received fresh towels. The train and bus station was 15 minutes away.

Great room! Very clean, good size with kitchenette conveniences and a nice patio as well. Good communication with the staff prior to arrival. Directions coming from train station were a little confusing but we figured it out. Good location for the price and can walk to shopping and to the water but I wish it was a bit closer. But the location for the price is well worth it. Oh, and a lovely bakery right across the start along with a produce stand.

Our stay here was excellent. The property was easily accessible for self check in and had all the facilities we could have needed for our time here. The staff we met each morning were lovely and our room was always made spotless for us coming back. The pool facility belongs to the hotel next door but was available for our use for €20pp. The area was quiet but felt safe and was only a short walk from the main square and all major transport links

The accommodation is also very close to Sorrento town centre and is not in a hilly area which meant we could easily walk to the high street for dinner or to the ferry, train station or bus stops to go on day trips. 10/10 would recommend

Very good location and close to all the main tourist attractions. Easy walk to and from train station. Well maintained and clean apartment with clean towels provided daily. Nice balcony. Air conditioning works well. Only issues were no English TV channels and the bathroom door would not stay closed and did not have a lock.

I'd stay again in a heartbeat

A great spot to stay when visiting Sorrento! The room was cute and comfortable and the team was super responsive when coordinating checking in. The kitchen setup was fully stocked with everything you could need if you're staying for a bit. Although it may LOOK like its not near the hear of the town on a map, it was a 6 min walk to get to all of the shops and resturants. I just wish our stay was longer so that we could have enjoyed it more.

The little grocery store down the street and enabled us to get groceries so we could have breakfast every morning!! Definitely recommend! Close to everything.

The hotel is lovely and the reception lady was very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and clean, with extra coffee in the hallway of needed! It is also only a 15 min walk down to the port, walking through all the bars and restaurants. It was exactly what we expected, apart from the only one thing I will say, and it's been the same for all the hotels we stayed in during our mini tour of Italy, we included parking in the filter when searching as we hired a car, but none of them actually have parking. For this hotel, we arrived very late so we just left the car on the street, so we got one free night, but then it cost us €75 for 3 days/nights parking.
However, as stated, this is a lovely little independent hotel.

Nice to have someone there every morning asking if we wanted the room cleaned and for requesting additional supplies. The only down side was the shower unit not being fully functional.

We spent four nights here as part of a longer trip. Sabine helped us get settled in and was responsive to our needs. Mrs. Llavia came by every day for housekeeping! Situated very conveniently to town center, Piazza Tasso, the train station and the port. Everything you need within walking distance.

This place was OKAY. If we ever returned to Sorrento we would pick another place to stay. Keypad to our room did not work consistently so we were stuck outside many times. Our sink and shower kept getting clogged, the toilet was slanted to the right, the bidet was not working. We needed new towels and they didn’t come by until we sent a message to management. It was all just poorly managed and the place didn’t take the initiative to do anything.

I did not enjoy my stay. Originally, I was travelling with my youngest sister (17 years old). My middle sister surprised us on this trip. I tried to get a bigger room but they were fully booked online and it was too late to cancel. The three of us ended up sharing one bed and room which we prepared for since I was unable to upgrade. What surprised me was the host charged me an additional 120 euros plus the city tax with no extra amenities (not even a cot). This was the only hotel that gave us a hard time on our 12 day trip across Italy (Sorrento, Florence and Rome). Our other stays were very accommodating and allowed us to upgrade or just charged us the additional city tax. In addition, the bathroom shower was clogged our whole trip and the wifi barely worked. The location is okay, it’s a little hard to find but it’s located about 15 min to the centre and train station. I wouldn’t recommend this stay, no one is there to help you but they are watching you. Upon check out there is not a secure location to leave your bags if you need like other hotels. Honestly, the had horrible customer service.

If I had known that ahead of time I could have booked it during my stay but unfortunately wasn’t able to as it was booked solid for the days I was there.

All i have to say is 5 star all around. Perfect accommodation and host. Modern unit with all the amenities. Balcony is awesome to relax on after a day of beach, boating or walking around. Geat value for money.

Nice, clean apartment, walking distance to bars restaurants and the train station. We stayed for 7 nights using the apartmnet as a base to explore the Amalfi coast, only downside is the balcony is over looked so not very private but all in all great value for money for waht we used the apartment for.

Extremely hard to find. There are multiple items in the description that are false or misleading. There is no luggage storage, no breakfast, sketchy elevator, no pool and no front desk. My boyfriend and I have allergies and they were acting up the entire stay, there is some scent throughout the whole building. The room looks like the pictures and it’s nice there is a kitchen. But it’s not a hotel, more like an air-b&b.

The location was great - we could easily walk to the city center within minutes. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable and prevented all of us from getting a good night's sleep. We asked for some mattress pads to provide some cushion from the springs and extreme firmness, but nothing was provided. Also, be warned there is no shower. There is a jet tub with a shower nozzle, but you have to sit in the tub and hold the nozzle above you if you want to shower - it is less than ideal after a long day of walking and sightseeing.

Room was a great size, even had a really nice balcony with furniture. Check in and out process was explained well. Somewhat hard to find as the hotel looks more like an apartment building and you have to walk through a parking lot to get to the entrance. Overall great location absolutely would stay again. Probably my favourite hotel we stayed at in our entire Italy trip!

Bathroom and ac don’t work. The “owner” doesn’t live close so if there’s an issue after 1130am - you have to wait until the next business day between 730-1130am as their is no front desk.

You’re limited to 6 total towels - which they change every 3 days.

We stayed here in April 2023. The location and apartment were very good. The business district is just a few blocks away. The apartment has a nice simple kitchen with a coffee machine, a large bathroom and a balcony. It was fairly easy to find using the email directions. I would add to the directions that the guesthouse sign is across the street (Via Parsano) from a laundromat, a wine by the liter store, a small grocery store and a school. And just before the street where the Hotel Leone is located.
Self check-in was a series of passwords and buzzer.
We would stay here again if we go to Sorrento.

In the end, I decided to leave and find another hotel and file a claim with the owner of the \"Suite\" with no hope of getting my money back.

Apartment is exceptionally clean, has decent AC, and larger bathroom. Has nice balcony to relax too. Kitchen is tiny but has most of the basics to reheat food and make some basics. Balcony overlooks a pool but it is for another hotel I think. There is a self check in process that requires a bit of extra attention with different codes, keys, elevators for entry the first time with instructions but then gets easier after to keep track. Overall, it was a great apartment for price and location.

We found the rooms very clean, tidy and in great order. They were nicely decorated, airy and well managed. The property was ideally situated close to the railway station and to the centre of Sorrento. Having this as our base added to the enjoyment of our holiday. And leaving us some coffee was an added considerate touch. We'd have no hesitation staying there aagain or recommending it to our friends.

Very nice property to stay at - we were kindly asked via WhatsApp if we wanted the room cleaned which was good, had a small issue with bathtub which had a small leak, this was fixed same day whilst out exploring, very attentive.

Nice touches such as the coffee pods on arrival, umbrellas for a rainy day, which come in handy!

Location was fantastic, 15 minute walk or so to the main square and train station, some nice places to eat around this accommodation too.

Would strongly consider staying here again on return of Sorrento.

Sorrento get away!

This hotel is located in a residential area which for us was great! There is a small market that we used and a laundry service close by. The room was spacious and so was the shower. Great bed and pillows. I would stay recommend and stay here again!
