Our extended stay suites offer competitive rates and include a two-burner electric cooker, a 14 cubic foot refrigerator, and a microwave. Weekly housekeeping (dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, bathroom and kitchen cleaning) is provided for stays of 7 nights or longer.
Daily housekeeping is available for a fee. Kitchen utensils are not currently available for loan.

There were roaches in restroom as soon as I walked in. I let staff know and they stated no more rooms available. I ended up staying and through the night There were about 5-6 more I seen. Rooms are clean but roaches very disgusting. They didn’t offer option of refund because I booked through Expedia.

Bed is uncomfortable. He gave me a broken iron which I have to get my ID. The iron board was broken. There was a hole in the wall and a shower stall is horribly made to turn it on you get wet there’s no way around it.

I loved this place; the area is perfect to walk around with great eating places nearby. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I stayed in a hotel nearby and had the same safe feel without the up charge. My only complaint were the towels; they were not great at all. They seemed like old used towels that need to get update for sure. I travel with my own towels for this reason but that was the only bad thing at this place other than that everything else is amazing. I will definitely come back.

Mi primero estancia todo bien hasta volvi una segunda vez. Al registrar te piden una identificacion y le toman copia. Pues no me la rregresaron. Cuando me di cuenta que no la tenia llame para ver si la havia dejado ahi. La muchacha que atendio la llamada hasta me dio mi nombre sin yo darselo y me confirmo que su la tenian. Le pedi que me la aguardaran y a los 3 dias cuando llame me salieron con que no estava que segun la buscaron y no la encontraron. Volvi a llamar y ahora nadie contesta mis llamadas y me manda directo a buzon de voz.

It was one of the noisiest experiences I've ever had. You can hear everything. Doors opening, slamming, clinks, clanks I had to switch rooms at 3am because people would not stop talking and laughing by the pool area. Then the next day in our new room there were like 20 kids screaming and running around the hallways in the morning. Then later that night there was what seemed to be a club or concert playing music until 4am. Did not sleep at all. Great location and clean but not good for quiet resting.

For a hotel, these basics are essential. Hopefully, they'll address these issues soon. Until then, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

We have stayed here before, the staff can be a hit or miss, friendly on most occasions but the complete opposite on at least one occasion. The place is centrally located, close to restaurants, shopping and not far from main roads/freeway. The rooms are clean, and includes a small size kitchen with fridge/stove/sink (cookware and utensils must be requested from the front desk) which we have not had the chance to use it so cannot rate on that, but could be a bonus to have. Parking is very limited, so leaving throughout the day or late check ins could be tricky!

Not even cup or fork. I don’t know if they understand the concept of extended stay. Also we were lucky enough to not have water for 27 hours. That means no toilet too. I found there’s no water when I got to my room jumped in the shower ready to wash up there’s no water. I walked by the front desk they saw me didn’t say anything like don’t use the toilet there’s no water…. As hotels.com just as bad they don’t do anything but waste your time. Better luck some other hotel and better company to book your vacation.

Honestly the hotel it self is beautiful and very close to good restaurants. But the people that work in it is not doing well , the rooms are going down meaning not clean like it should, bathroom nasty mold around the shower,

The staff was not as friendly as I thought for a pretty corporate hotel. I have stayed at several places far less expensive with are better staff, nicer beds and rooms, cleanlier and more stocked kitchenette and altogether more updated and having something special to offer. The water is nice to have though. I got 1 towel in my room and 2 small pillows on the bed with no comforter just a sheet. It was kinda funny for spending almost 100$ in tj. The facility is very secure so if that's what you are looking for this is a good place for that.

I liked the location of the hotel but there were a lot of things that were not good. For example no iron, safe, or hair dryer in room. The water pressure was not great. The Tv did not work for one day out of the two days stay. We had to wait for clean towels. You have to ask for toilet paper when you run out.
