My instructor didn't stay due to unforeseen last minute problems. We tried to change the booking for five days later and Hotels.com were very helpful but the hotel refused as I hadn't taken out the cancellation option. I had hoped that, as my company often uses the hotel, they would be understanding but they were very short-sighted and were extremely corporative. We were told that we should have booked with them direct and not through Hotels.com. We will be going to Europoort many times in the future but will NEVER use this hotel again. Their loss, not ours!

The bedroom was just adequate but pillow were soft acrylic type. But the big disappointment was the bathroom. Not big enough to accommodate a larger frame (1.89cm height) getting in fully. Sink was very small with a tap the was too large and therefore the floor was constantly wet. The shower cabinet di not have anywhere to put soap/shower gel.

It was okay generally, but the bed wasn’t the most comfortable I’d ever had and there seemed to be a general aroma of cigarette smoke in many areas, including my room when I first entered, despite the window being open. I am a non smoker and as such I probably noticed it more than many others.
The staff were friendly and the food options were good for me but not so good for the two vegetarians in our work group. They both said it was a little limited for a longer stay. Overall it suited our needs due to the location, but it could easily be improved.

Stayed in the room next to the corridor door and seriously disturbed by the door slam sound. Shower area is quite small. Bad design of the sink that you can't wash your face without wetting the floor. By the way, the staff is nice and restaurant is good for dinner.

First visit since the major refurbishment, the improvements are good, the hotel has almost doubled in size. Some areas in the hotel are kept too hot and parking isn't always easy.

It is a simple motel-like hotel outside of the town. Since the town is small, it is 5-10 minutes walk to the center with its old charm. Rooms are not large, but good for one person, who is not spending much time in the hotel.

Während unseres Aufenthalts waren zahlreiche Bauarbeiter im Haus, was zu erheblicher Unruhe führte – insbesondere durch lautes Türenknallen zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit.
Das Personal war leider durchweg unfreundlich, vor allem beim wiederholten Reaktivieren unserer Zimmerkarten, die täglich den Dienst verweigerten. Hier fühlte man sich als Gast eher lästig als willkommen.
Die Zimmer selbst sind sehr klein, das Badezimmer winzig – man kann es nur vorwärts betreten und muss rückwärts wieder herausgehen. Der Lüfter im Bad war extrem laut und störend.
Das Frühstück war eintönig und jeden Tag identisch – keinerlei Abwechslung oder frische Ideen.
Fazit: Für den aufgerufenen Preis definitiv nicht empfehlenswert. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

De locatie is prima. Brielle is een mooi vestingstadje en strand is vlakbij. Het interieur van het hotel is prima en er is airco. Maar we hadden geen parkeerplek. Er logeren alleen werklui. Daarom moet je tussen 6 en 9 ontbijten, te vroeg.

Bij aankomst bleek de verwarming aan te staan , waarom in de zomer ???. Schemerlamp op bureau niet aangesloten zwakke verlichting ,formaat buiten proporties. Koffiezet apparaatje geen instructie. Bed kussens erg klein formaat daardoor verplicht om tegen achterbord te liggen . Televisie kijken vanuit bed mede door gebrek aan kussens en foutieve plaatsing bedlamp niet comfortabel. Kraan wastafel niet vast gemonteerd, wc rol houder los. Wastafel erg klein (planchet relatief te groot voor kleine wastafel. Geen labels voor niet storen of kamer opruimen aanwezig. Verblijf 19/8-20/8 ka 41.

Prima kamer maar was alleen te warm, radiator was dicht maar door de warme vloer (er was geen vloer verwarming volgens receptie) sliep het niet lekker. Raampje open hielp niet veel en om nu de airco voor koeling aan te zetten in de herfst terwijl het buiten rond de 5 graden was…
