Let me just say that the A/C was terrible. Had on hi and the cool air came out slow. Did not cool room enough. But of course thats something that can happen. The bed was terrible. I sank in it. I had to sleep on the very edge of the bed to get anytype of firmness. I stood in line to check in for a very long time. There were a group of what looked like to me of airline employees from a different country. No fault to the employees but that was one of my gripes. Parking was ok. A family rented their hall for bday so parking was minimal but i did find parking .

The condition of the room was unhygienic. There was a dying cockroach on the floor and stains on the carpet. The front desk couldn’t care less. They did not apologize or offer to help in anyway. What’s worse they have refused to give me a refund. Expedia has made many attempts to obtain a refund and they can’t be reached. I will never stay here or recommend this place to anyone.

After getting back late from Disney and check in we encountered in the first room at the bed head board a small roach and also roach in the bathroom so they got us another room and that room we encountered hairs under the sheets so then we went to a 3rd room we encountered bed bugs so we decided to get another hotel at 1am im the morning

The parking that is the closest to the entrance is very limited. Although there are spots way in the back, this makes it inconvenient for people who are in a rush or prefer closer parking. Not only this is inconvenient, but they charge us 29 dollars a night for parking that is sometimes taken by people who are here for certain events for the whole night while people who actually pay for their hotel rooms don’t have the chance to have closer parking. I drove around for almost 45 minutes to find the closest parking. The only available ones I found were way in the back but the area felt unsafe and empty. This is very disappointing and inconvenient.

I thought 29 dollars a night for parking when you have to park in a big lot far away from the hotel and walk a long distance to the hotel is kind of high. If it’s a nice covered parking close to the hotel 29 is fine but in this case should be 10 dollars a night. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

we were unhappy with our experience due to lack of hospitality, shower continued to leak water outside of the tub, we used numerous towels and it still kept leaking, with the result of getting the floors completely wet. no mirrors and no microwave.

The staff was always available and helpful when we needed to know where places were and how to get there. The rooms were clean and the cleaning people were always helpful and gave us what we needed. The only thing I had a problem with was the bathroom sinks were to small.
