I do not normally write reviews and especially not bad ones but in this case, I feel obligated to warn potential travelers. If you have ANY sort of problem there is no one to help you. We arrived before 9pm and were not able to access our room until 10:15pm. Finally someone responded to the multiple messages, phone calls and emails. There was no regret or apology.
I would classify this apartment as a sub-par highway motel or youth hostel. Warm water shower and 1 flat pillow each. I was not able to do any laundry (the main reason I booked here).
Maybe with a negative review someone from this establishment will contact me? I am interested to hear their side of the story - unless this is a regular occurrence? Live and learn I guess!

Good location though just next to a bar that plays music in some evenings which is quite loud and you can hear it in all the rooms.
Old photos on hotels.com as the apartment and the amenities are clearly worn out. The apartment needs renovation though the bathroom was pretty good except the shower which had low pressure and was hard to use.
It is pretty dirty in the stairs entering the building but also inside. It was warm inside the apartment.

Great little apartment

Great apartment in a very central location. It had everything we needed. Just bear in mind it has a typical Dutch staircase so might not be ideal if you have mobility issues but this was not a problem for us. Communication with the company was really good, I got a bit hot at night so asked for a fan and they brought it over. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic, situated perfectly in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The rooms were impeccably clean and exceptionally comfortable, providing a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. I was particularly impressed with the bathroom—it was not only spotless but also surprisingly spacious, adding an extra touch of luxury to my stay. Nice Apartment Terrible bug bites

First of all when entering I thought it looked perfect for what we needed and managed to get some sleep the first night but unfortunately the condition of the beds/bedding/pillows was appalling, stains, bumps and bugs. I was bitten everywhere and so bad that one of my hands was so swollen I had to go get my engagement ring cut off my finger. Thankfully I took pictures and videos in case I get any health conditions from it after I get home as my hand 3 days later is swollen still.

Room full of mosquitoes

We wouldn't be staying here if we ever visit Rotterdam again. The room had so many mosquitoes, our toddler son was bitten so badly that his face and ears were swollen in the morning. Once contacted, the property did provide mosquito repellents but the damage was done. They didn't provide any toiletries first. The room was in the basement with narrow winding staircase so it was really hard to get our bag in and out. There's no lift. And the weirdest part was that on one of the nights, someone was constantly banging on the main entrance door all night as the main entrance door malfunctioned. Not only was it highly inconvenient but also scary.

Ok but not great

The neighborhood and building are nice on the outside - but the patio apartment is a disappointment. First - the patio / garden is not very pleasant - gravel and weeds. Second, to get to it you have to pass through a dingy basement with all sorts of laundry piled on the floor. The room is ok but beds not very comfortable. Also, the key system is a pain. You have to use your phone and data to open all doors which is not good if you are coming from abroad or you are out all day and your battery runs out.

This property is situated in a very lively area that is central to all that Rotterdam has to offer. It is a 10 minute walk from the railway station and just around the corner from multiple eating and drinking venues.

If you can't handle stairs, don't book here. The staircase is extremely steep.

The flat was very comfortable and nice, everything was easy to access, it felt homely and had a nice atmosphere. It was not as pristine as in the pictures but it didn't take away from the experience.

The double bed is just 2 single beds pushed together so a bit uncomfortable. There are steep, narrow stairs so that's something to consider but not a problem for most.

It's next to a bar or something, on Fridays a bit loud when they throw out bags of bottles. And if the neighbors are playing loud music in the building it's very audible.

Someone's fire alarm went off once and it alerted the entire building, I find it a big plus to know that if anything happens everyone is informed and safe.

The reception is excellent and the customer service too. We had some misunderstandings and also needed to check in earlier due to mandatory quarantine and they accommodated for that and helped us with everything. A very nice place for a tourist as they help with anything you need in the best way possible.

We traveled with a baby so we are more sensitive to the noise etc but for young adults this place is ideal and would have been great if travelling just the two of us.

When travelling with kids it's also a good place as they have cleaning equipment and laundry station on every floor and you can keep the place and clothes clean yourself without waiting for the weekly cleaning service.

Overall a very good stay with a few minuses that were more so specific to our situation. Thanks!

There is no concierge, you should call a number to open the door for you. Which was not mentioned during reservation.

WARNING: This property is NOT as advertised. The \"bedroom\" is a closet with two twin beds and no ventilation. The apartment door lock is broken. There is a huge burn mark on the kitchen countertop. The toilet room is so tiny, it's impossible to use without splashing water everywhere. The building hallway was filled with bags of laundry (?) and there's only one exit. How is this even a legal rental property?

Do not stay here, this place is a death trap a seriously horrible place to stay, booked for 3 nights however left after the first night and booked into a different hotel.

The location is amazing and is just a short walk to the main shopping area and local attractions with loads of restaurants next street which is just ideal for a weekend getaway. I arrived via the Metro after having parked my Car at the kralingse zoom P&R which was only £2 for 3 days and it was just a brief walk arriving from the metro to the Apartment. I had missed the note to confirm my arrival time beforehand hence had to wait for the keys to arrive but after calling that did not take too long. The Apartment was clean and had all the essentials for a stay including facilities for making tea/coffee and cooking pans as well. There also happens to be a Spar retail shop in the street beside the apartment which is open late until 9pm. The raised ground floor which I got was good with the stairs as well. Overall a good stay, only thing to note for others is that if you get the basement or the top floors to stay it might need you to navigate a few steep stairs.

Ha sido una experiencia súper práctica para poder ingresar! Se destaca la ubicación es excelente, la tranquilidad y los espacios del piso. Vine con mis padres, dormí en el sofá (no es el más cómodo del mundo), la cocina completa, cómoda para hacerte algo de comer. Criticas, tal vez, que no estaba tan limpio, había un tupper con comida dentro de la nevera y mugre debajo de la cama. En resumen, no está mal para pasar unas noches y conocer Rotterdam!

Goede communicatie met de host. Gemakkelijk systeem zonder sleutel om binnen te komen. Ruim appartement met hoge plafonds. Vlak naast metro en tram en centraal gelegen. In het weekend veel lawaai van nabijgelegen danscafe waardoor je niet kan slapen voor 2H. Geen handzeep of shampoo voorzien. Pannen zijn volledig versleten.

Bon logement, je retiens l'adresse

Très bien situé à moins de 15 minutes à pied de centraal station, a 7 minutes de la station metro Beeurs, propre, fonctionnel et confortable, assez spacieux.
Tout parfait, sauf une fenêtre étroite dans la chambre qui n'a pas de rideaux, la lumière du jour vous reveille donc tôt le matin.
A part cela, vraiment rien à redire.
L'ensemble du bâtiment est calme, les escaliers très très raides, comme dans tous les bâtiments hollandais.

Horriblement bruyant

L’emplacement était très bien et l’appartement en soi agréable. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu dormir entre 2 heures du matin et 5 heures. Aucune isolation, des portes qui claquent et des gens saouls qui hurlent. Les parquets tellement sonores!
Sincèrement je ne suis pas critique d’habitude mais là ce n’est pas admissible.le prix n’est pas négligeable .Je suis déçue et ne relouerai pas sur ce site.

We travelled as a family. The apartments are nice, but not suitable for families in my opinion. The sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep on. We opened the windows the first night and was eaten up by mosquitoes. The staff tried to help, but the damage was done. We ended up leaving early to have better facilities. Not coming back. They should find a solution so you can have fresh air in the apartment in the summer with no mosquitoes

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Es befindet sich on der Nähe der Kneipenszene mitten in der Stadt. Wir hatten ein Apartement (Lima) im 2. Stock, erreichbar über 2 SEHR steile Treppen.
Das Apartement macht auf den ersten Blick einen netten Eindruck. Es ist aber schon verwohnt und in kleinen Teilen reparaturbedürftig.
Die gute Lage und den akzeptablen Preis erkauft man sich mit großem Lärm an den Abendstunden. Bei Einfachverglasung und großen, nicht fest schließbaren Fenstern direkt über einer Kneipe und an einer belebten Straße mit Straßenbahn ist am Wochenende bis morgens um 3 nur wenig Schlaf zu finden.
Die Beleuchtung im Wohnraum entspricht leider nur Kerzenlicht, lesen fällt schwer.

Plussat: sijainti! Keskustassa ja metroaseman vieressä! Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Varustelu - täällä oli ainakin meille kaikki tarpeellinen.

Miinukset: sijainti baarikadun vieressä - täällä on yöllä meteliä, mutta se kai täytyy hyväksyä keskustassa? Nuhjuisuus ja likaisuus - siivous oli jäänyt väliin. Paikat olivat kaikkialta hieman rikki.

Het plekje en het uitzicht waren fantastisch! Toen we aan kwamen was de kamer alleen veel kleiner dan we hadden verwacht, de wc was kapot en het douche water liep niet goed weg waardoor alles dus overstroomde en we onze handdoeken moesten gebruiken om het droog te houden.

Charmant Appartement dans une beau quartier

Séjour à l'occasion du Marathon de Rotterdam donc idéalement bien placé.
Pas de bruit, bien au calme.
Station de métro et tramway au bas de l'immeuble.
Bel appartement avec toutes les commodités dans une ville superbe !
De plus nous avons été très bien accueilli .
Très bon souvenir de Rotterdam.

Prima verblijf. Geen receptie en personeel aanwezig, enkel een dame bij ontvangst om sleuteloverdracht te doen. wij hadden de eerste nacht geen wc-papier en de afstandbediening van de TV werkte enkel op 2 meter afstand van het toestel. Wc-papier aangevuld, tv werkte na melding nog steeds niet. Complete badkamer; teleurstellende waterstraal in wastafel. Scheerspiegel ontbreekt en geen lamp boven de wastafel. Handoekhakjes ontbreken zowel in badkamer al keuken. Iets beter schoonmaken en verbeter bovenstaande punten dan een dikke 8.

Hotel très bein situé. Tout peut se faire à pied.
Proche de la gare, du centre.
la chambre se situe au rez de chaussée mais est bien isolé.
Les chambres sont au niveau de la rue et les escaliers pour y descendre sont très étroits et pentus. C'est bon à savoir avant d'arriver.

We arrived and the cleaner was there to give us the keys. I had tons of questions which the cleaner couldn't answer. They took the money twise from my bankaccount, the windowes where totally broken, the plates where not clean, the matrasses where a joke. We where on 3rd floor with no lift and that was horrible because of the weird narrow stairs, no view, so i Made some phone calls and got a rude person on the phone telling me that it's normal. Will never go there again
